If you're looking for exceptionally high-quality mussels, look no further: LA MOULE EN FOLIE is "The Place To Be". Everything was absolutely perfect: On the plate: The mussels were succulent, plump, and perfectly prepared. And what can I say about the fries... authentic Belgian-style fries, cooked in beef fat. Absolutely divine! You can taste the passion for the product. The atmosphere: A fantastic welcome that immediately puts a smile on your face. A huge congratulations to the owners: Monsieur works wonders in the kitchen (a true chef!), while Madame provides impeccable service with boundless energy. Special mention also goes to the waitress who was lovely and attentive throughout the meal. You feel good, you eat (very) well, and you leave with only one desire: to come back! The owner is a super nice and friendly gentleman, who served us super good tagines and couscous, the best we've ever eaten. We highly recommend this restaurant, which deserves all the visibility possible. We had a great time and we will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything!

13/04/2025: Perfect cuisine, I had a royal couscous for 11 people, it was a total treat For my family, including small child. Abundant, vegetables cooked to perfection, succulent meat, semolina just right, the best couscous in St Etienne, to eat and return, the boss is very kind and friendly

18/03/2026: We stayed for two nights, from March 8th to 10th, 2026. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The room was spacious and clean with a perfect bed. It was very quiet. The managers are very friendly and attentive, and the meal tray was delicious and very generous. I recommend it 200%. We will definitely return.
