An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. 15/05/2026: Lunch for a birthday celebration. Excellent welcome, very good quality meal, with perfect service. Run by a couple of a certain age (like us), the husband in the kitchen, the wife in the dining room, it's a very cozy, family-run establishment. Highly recommended.

Equivalent to a grand hotel restaurant in the luxury districts of Paris. A wonderful surprise to find this place in St. Galmier. And above all, the owner is incredibly involved in every aspect of the business – truly unheard of. As a resident of St. Galmier, I'm blown away. I highly recommend it! 👍😉

05/04/2026: We had a very good meal there and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The nice restaurant was a 10-minute bike ride from the camping car park. The owner kindly locked our bikes in a garage for us during our stay.

No frills, the food is authentic, delicious, and plentiful! 😋 Set menu (I had it at lunchtime) Starter, main course, and dessert are all included. A set menu for workers (and there's plenty to eat!) is also available, though it's different from the regular menu. Very reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended. Just so you know, they don't accept credit cards.

25/06/2026: I discovered the Auberge de Thelis la Combe and fell in love with this place. A peaceful calm reigns over this verdant landscape. Upon arriving at the inn, I received a warm welcome, and then our taste buds were put to the test. Indeed, my friend Jacqueline and I were treated to a feast of flavors, all thanks to the talents of the inn's chef. I highly recommend this little corner of paradise and this inn.
