In terms of quality/price, you can't do better for a Saturday evening or Sunday lunch

Small room with around thirty seats, reservation is required.
The waitress is very friendly

28/08/2024: Very pretty table, very pretty setting. Fresh products, home cooking. Very warm welcome.
23/08/2024: Superb discovery in the heart of Pilat.
The owner and the cook are really friendly and welcoming.
The products are of quality and quantity, it is rather rare. And lots of farm products.
The wines are affordable and of good quality, we had a St Joseph for €23, very good.
We will come back.

07/08/2024: A nice place !
During our hike on the pretty paths around Salvezinet, we discovered the Auberge de la Valette, where we stopped to quench our thirst. We were welcomed very warmly. The person showed us around the place (restaurant, bar, and the terrace which is ready to stop for a while). So, we also had some homemade pastries.
As luck would have it, we can't wait to go back and eat there again.
It makes you want.

01/09/2024: Toujours bien reçu,avons fait découvrir l'endroit à des amis italiens, très connaisseurs qui ont confirmé ce qu'on pensait de l'établissement : pizzas excellentes et l'accueil qui ne change pas
Cela donne forcément l'envie d'y retourner
31/08/2024: A great place that we discovered with friends, the cuisine is exceptional, from the starter with the Panzerotti to the Pizza and the Panna Cotta to finish, everything was very good!
The waiter who took care of the table was very pleasant and often came to make sure we didn't run out of water or anything else, very nice!
A small downside for the temperature inside the restaurant despite the air conditioning, but it's a detail, the quality of the food is there and that was the important thing.
To do and to do again!

31/08/2024: Inventive and tasty cuisine, a beautiful presentation, no doubt, cooking cannot be improvised, it's a profession! Working time and mastery of products are reflected in the dishes offered.
A short card, which is a good sign and makes you want to try everything. On my plate, it's delicious, but among the neighbors, it must also be memorable... Everything is of high quality, the prices are very reasonable, the service, efficient, can also be described as cheerful. The restaurant is small, it is prudent to reserve. What a good address!
04/08/2024: Totally fan of this restaurant! The vintage storefront. The bistro spirit of the room. But above all, a cuisine to die for! Mixtures of flavors and textures. It’s beautiful and it’s good!
The service is awesome. Welcoming. Warm. Everything we love.

22/08/2024: We ate cool inside. Well-filled pancakes with fresh ingredients. Crêpe Belle Hélène a delight. We had a good time in a Breton atmosphere. 4 star service only because a little length, but nothing serious.

The crepes 🥞 but always a great time! Be careful, it's not a fast food restaurant, it's a place where you take your time 🌟

25/09/2024: Warm & very pleasant welcome.
Very good food, the menus are stocked and the quality is there. I recommend for your lunches and/or dinners.
Small downside that I would like to point out, I am not in the habit of checking what I am charged (completely my fault), taking into account a "Barbara" menu while my partner had a "Train" menu Blue” + taking into account a 50cl pitcher vs 25cl in real life, so a little bitter taste when you realize it, but the experience is in no way spoiled thank you.

26/08/2024: What is on the menu is not on the plate, the breaded fish is much too dry, unfortunately the baba with cristillate too... And I forgot the glass that we rinsed because it had a smell of the tide. This experiment was not successful, unlike the other times.

20/09/2024: Nous étions déjà allé dans ce restaurant mais ce jour les grenouilles étaient excellentes et surtout un superbe service avec des jeunes certainement en études qui nous ont très bien servi
Les prix sont à la hauteur du repas
16/09/2024: Très bon restaurant l’accueil est parfait le menu et les grenouilles sont au top merci au chef c’est une bonne adresse pour passer un bon moment en famille le service est aussi parfait l’équipe est toujours à l’écoute le chef de salle est très professionnel on reviendra avec grand plaisir

01/10/2024: A good pizza restaurant and perhaps the only purely Italian restaurant in Roanne. The atmosphere is warm and the decor is very nice!
Desserts, on the other hand, are frankly not worth saving a little space at the end of the meal and the prices are clearly above what is offered.
However, it remains a great address for a restaurant with friends!
29/09/2024: A family atmosphere that I loved, there were 3 birthdays 🎂 that evening, what a party, the super friendly service, the pizza 🍕 and the dessert 🍨 top notch, I highly recommend, I will return with pleasure. Gentlemen, ladies, on your telephones by appointment given the world and the reputation. It feels like a family meal like there in Italy. See you soon.
