21/03/2026: Since the change in staff, takeaway orders are really limited. Orders are taken approximately, delivery times are not respected, and there's always a problem when the order arrives. It's a shame because the products are good!

23/03/2026: We came as a family for a birthday celebration on Sunday, March 15, 2026. We waited quite a while before our order was taken. We had to ask for cakes with the appetizers, and they brought us a leftover peanut, telling us it was all they had left. Then the main courses arrived, and half of them were cold! And don't even get me started on the tasteless cake. We won't be going back anytime soon!

06/05/2026: I really liked the hotel, very well maintained, refined, and the garden spaces are beautiful, with various types of animals, magnificent! The restaurant is very good, with great gastronomic experiences.

08/04/2026: I am surprised to find (on April 8th) a call from you on my mobile phone on Sunday, April 5th at 1:05 PM asking if I was keeping or cancelling the reservation for two people for Sunday, April 5th at 12:30 PM, when we arrived that Sunday at 12:15 PM and our reservation made by phone on Tuesday, March 21st was not taken into account! Luckily there was space available! What is your explanation? Thank you. Ms. M.C. Bourin

19/03/2026: I don't understand the 5/5 ratings and reviews that highlight the manager's smile and welcoming manner. Unfortunately, we didn't experience these qualities. We ordered inside, there was no table service (understandable since the manager seems to be doing everything himself), but the welcome was quite frosty, and the order was taken rather rudely, asking if they had black teas ("look at the menu"). In short, there are much better places in Orléans for a coffee! P.S.: There are no restrooms at this location.

21/10/2025: The meat (veal blanquette) was a little undercooked and the cream puff was, to my taste, a little too flavored with rum.

02/10/2025: Very nice establishment where you are welcomed with a beautiful smile. The dishes are homemade, with local products, are delicious at an affordable price. The service is a little fast for people in a hurry 😉. Nice wine list and an excellent Châtaigne kir.

25/02/2026: Restaurant Le Cheval Blanc in Ferrières-en-Gâtinais. A beautiful official ceremony took place on April 12, 2024, with the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or (Brotherhood of the Golden Sabre). Several Knights of the Sabre were inducted, and a Master Sabre was inducted: Mr. Xavier Paris, hotelier-restaurateur and owner of the establishment. A first "Sabering Cellar" was inaugurated in his lovely restaurant, where guests can learn to saber a bottle of champagne ordered for an aperitif and/or with their meal. A delicious gourmet dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Rémy Mariolles and his team, was served, and all the bottles were sabered. Many thanks again to the front-of-house team for the excellent organization of the evening. The horn-blowing group "Les Echos du Grand Ponteau" provided excellent entertainment for the evening. 13/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise. It wasn't planned. We went to eat on the terrace by chance. The waitress was lovely, and the dishes were fragrant. The caramelized pork was absolutely delicious; a very enjoyable experience! 👍
