21/01/2025: Une cuisine surprenante et délicieuse. La serveuse est d’une grande amabilité. Très souriante. Quel plaisir d’être venu manger dans ce restaurant. Les plats sont tout aussi originaux que délicieux. Nous reviendrons assurément.

03/12/2024: Very pleasant welcome even for a table of 8 people. The dishes are tasty and for many people there are still some left. The dessert is the essential natal paste. I recommend this restaurant. Accessible parking for people with reduced mobility.

16/08/2024: Habitué à fréquenter cette chaîne à Clermont Ferrand sans jamais être déçu j'ai voulu tenter celui de Saran pour déjeuner et ce fût une déception. Le rapport qualité/ prix n'est pas à la hauteur. Ma fille a commandé un risotto aux pointes d'asperges vertes et fèves, ces deux ingrédients étaient brûlés. Le serveur l'ayant constaté est reparti en cuisine avec le plat. Au retour, le plat n'avait pas été changé, les légumes les plus brûlés seulement retirés. Pour ma part j'avais commandé des pâtes carbonara. Celles ci étaient sèches et pas suffisamment cuites, ce que j'ai indiqué au serveur lorsqu'il a demandé si le repas s'était bien passé. Ma femme par contre avait pris des pâtes farcies au légumes du soleil et là rien à redire, le plat lui a convenu. Nous continuerons à fréquenter l'établissement sur Clermont Ferrand mais pour celui de Saran, il n'y aura pas de seconde visite.

30/08/2024: We hadn't been here for a few years and we were very disappointed. We have visited the place many times, in small groups or for family reunions, and it has always been a taste pleasure. Forced to see that the quality is no longer there. We ordered two sirloin steaks which tasted nothing like a sirloin but rather a sinewy piece of grilling. Impossible to finish. We asked for a doggy bag, and they gave us the meat in a ball in cellophane. The wine list mainly contains wines that are very easily found in supermarkets. Really limited value for money. The origin of the meats is not indicated. I was a little doubtful when we had dinner (and not lunch) for barely more money the next day in Fontainebleau with a good portion of local products or products whose origin was at least indicated. While a cooking error was reported on the neighboring table and the service was clearly long for a lunch, a service person ended up responding very coldly to the customer who was just worried about the clock that was ticking for her. I also asked to change my wine glass which was chipped in two places. The feeling of annoying the waiter clearly. It's regrettable in a town like Malesherbes that "The" good address is evolving like this.

03/09/2024: Very good meal shared with friends. From starters (scallops, or foie gras), to desserts (pavlova with red fruits, pistachio whipped tartlet, flambé plumière), including main courses (beef steaks with foie gras sauce, farmhouse poultry supreme, mushroom risotto ), everything was perfect! (May 2024). Returned at the end of August 2024: card renewed, still as good. Semi-cooked foie gras, piece of beef with foie gras sauce, sea bass fillet with sparkling butter and yuzu sauce, strawberry soup. It was almost perfect, as we somewhat regretted the wait between courses.

23/08/2024: For the first time, I was too disappointed with this restaurant, I bought an expired dessert, they didn't even replace it with another one. I'm really dissatisfied, they're not at all friendly, I won't set foot in them again.

12/12/2024: Came today as part of a Christmas meal with colleagues. We were very well received and the meal exceeded our expectations. Everything was very good and magnificent presentation. Too bad I can't share the photos. Thank you and congratulations to the chef and the whole team. I promise I will come back with great pleasure.

Service: none because we had to take our plates and place them at the end of the table and pass them around, presentation of the dishes not at all like in the photos, much less in quantity, the meat was full of nerves 😟.. I remain very surprised because the reviews were very good 🤔🤔🤔🤔
