07/03/2026: Discovered this brasserie for lunch. Simple but tasty cuisine (the flank steak was incredibly tender, for example). The quality of the service was noteworthy. The young waiter did a great job despite having to manage 40 covers all by himself. Otherwise, it's a classic brasserie with the standard dishes listed on the menu. A good stop.

06/03/2026: We had a great meal, the service was perfect, the waiters were excellent, and the food was superb. I highly recommend it, especially considering the very reasonable price of €20 per person.

04/05/2026: A superb stay at Château d'Augerville. The setting is magnificent, the spa is truly excellent, and dinner was superb. The staff is incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Our dog was welcome, which is very important to us. We highly recommend this place.

10/01/2026: We had a great meal! The pizzas were generous and delicious, made with regional ingredients, and the pizza dough was homemade. 👍🥰 The children's menu was good value for money. The owner also provided excellent service. No complaints whatsoever. We'll be back.

07/03/2026: I received an email invitation for a wine tasting 🍷 on Thursday, March 5, 2026, and I confirmed our invitation by phone. I got the answering machine, so I left a message: "I'm reserving this tasting for 3 people." We arrived around 6 pm, and the person who was "organizing" this event told us: "But it's canceled! Didn't you receive an email?" "No! I called you!" "Oh dear, our voicemail is full!" She was barely polite, seemed very busy, even overwhelmed! She left us hanging! She came back a little while later with a brief "Excuse us" at least! The woman was really not very friendly, and certainly not customer-oriented!

17/04/2026: They deserve 5 stars for all their hard work! It's a village institution, and you can tell they work incredibly hard! It's delicious, and you're all super cool 👍🏻 (If you ever put curry sauce in your tacos, I'll cry with joy 🤣)

15/04/2026: We ate there with the children today and it was a wonderful discovery... Contrary to what the name might suggest, it's not just a place to eat pizza... the pasta is fresh, the salads are very generous, the lentil dishes are worth trying, the desserts are perfect, and the "all-local" approach is commendable. Plus, unlimited soft drinks! A truly great place, we highly recommend it!

30/03/2026: The Scala restaurant in Pithiviers is an institution, part of the town's history, and has been there for over 38 years. The Scala, which has never once been a problem for me (people of Pithiviers), has wanted to sell for ages. The staff (the owner) are tired of the environment and the shop next door. They say it every day: "We can't take the shop or the people around the Scala anymore." Isn't it time for the Scala, after so many years, to retire?

04/05/2026: One word immediately comes to mind: friendly! First of all, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, even though we were 30 minutes late. Of course, we had let them know, but still, it was more than pleasant to be greeted with such kindness and a smile. The setting was also lovely. We were lucky enough to enjoy the shaded and peaceful terrace. And finally, the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Special mention for the amuse-bouches! 😍 A truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful plates of food.

21/01/2026: Pleasant bar, friendly welcome, good beers and tasteful decor... Quiet environment

16/04/2026: Quite disappointed. I came to spend some time with friends, and we'd barely had a sip of our aperitif when we were asked for our main course choices. We asked for more time, and the waiter returned after 5 minutes. The side dishes were rather small. The food itself was good, but it's unpleasant to be rushed out the door and not have the chance to enjoy a leisurely dinner. I won't be back anytime soon.

12/04/2026: We wanted to have dinner for 10 people. We called to make a reservation. They refused but told us to come between 7:15 and 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7:20 pm and were turned away. Great for two couples with young children who had traveled a long way to spend time together as a family. We will absolutely not be going back. The waiter wasn't even sorry.
