11/07/2025: We stayed one night in a family room (double bed and sofa bed). The bedding was very good, the size of the room and bathroom was a little small but sufficient. We really appreciated the self-service water and fruit juice and the little touch of the chocolate bar in the room, which was delicious. The breakfast was varied and very good, with crepes and pancakes, pies, scrambled eggs and sausage, cheeses.... Lots of activities available, including a beautiful outdoor pool with parasols and straw hats available. Tennis court, playground and terrace for aperitifs. We wanted to have dinner on site but unfortunately we didn't get back in time before closing time. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.

10/07/2025: A team dedicated to serving its customers, all in a pleasant and relaxed setting. We had a wonderful time at the Novotel Demeure de Campagne for a family meal. Lovely food, very well-prepared meals, and attentive service. The children had access to the activity/games room, which allowed us to have a great time together as adults. I truly recommend this establishment and its restaurant. Thank you to the team.

07/11/2025: Since reopening, the staff have been incredibly friendly and the Kisquitos are excellent. I suggest you go; you won't regret it.

The meal was good, but nothing special for a Michelin-starred establishment. Other restaurants in the Gien area are worth recommending; they are less expensive, better, and offer more elaborate menus.

12/12/2025: Great atmosphere, the music is fantastic, the place is quite dark which makes it really cool. The shooters are nice, but it's a shame there are so many vodka shooters and fewer other spirits in terms of the shot glass selection. The place is friendly. A negative point is the seating at the entrance.

26/09/2025: If the reality of the pictures doesn't match the catalog... Tastelessly 'renovated' and furnished, and the air freshener was awful. The windows wouldn't open and shouldn't have been opened anyway because of the insects (the river). I bought a top-class room, but I didn't feel comfortable! The restaurant, apparently not part of the estate, would be wonderful if details like the out-of-power bulbs in the chandeliers were replaced... Decor: something to complain about...

23/08/2025: We've been a long-time customer of yours, it's over, we won't be coming back. Management needs to do what's necessary; the staff has nothing to do with it.
