20/11/2025: I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I finally did, and I should have come sooner! It's a great place; the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Water is served either by the carafe or as filtered sparkling or still water. They don't sell bottled water of any particular brand. The service is quite fast. The pig's trotter crépinette is delicious. It was my first time trying it. The trio of crème brûlées is fantastic. It's perfect for Juno.

16/09/2024: La Brasserie de la gare is a nice place where I usually have their salads which are fresh and made with good products. Their mocktails are very good and the service is always impeccable. The desserts are excellent and original

02/12/2024: We've been wanting to go there for a while...we should have come instead! We had a great time. Taken the menu for 37 euros, with kir, seafood platter (which could make a meal in itself), trou normand, fish plate, cheese platter and dessert. It was perfect. And with a super nice and very pleasant boss. We left delighted. We will come back.

02/11/2024: A little restaurant that I like, where I enjoy having lunch when I'm passing through Doué. I recently ate a perfectly cooked salmon steak there, accompanied by sweet potato puree. A real treat! And the prices are very affordable.

19/11/2024: Worker/roader restaurant just the way we like them! And unfortunately more and more rare. Traditional but varied cuisine. This day the saithe fillet accompanied by its spinach cream sauce was very good. In the dining room you can eat in a table as well as in a table of two. Welcoming and not stuffy staff. A new decor makes the atmosphere even nicer. I recommend.

16/12/2024: Déjeuner entre collègues avec impératif horaire spécifié lors de la réservation qui a été entièrement respecté. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Menu du bistrot (entrée, plat et dessert + bière de Noël) de qualité et sortant de l’ordinaire avec une viande de cerf très tendre, marquée en goût mais suffisamment « adoucie » avec la marinade pour être appréciée lorsqu’on est réticent sur ces viandes au 1er abord. Stationnement facile lorsqu’on arrive en début de service. Après plusieurs repas à intervalles irréguliers, sur plusieurs années, l’avis est toujours très positif sur un rapport qualité/prix qui ne déçoit jamais.

22/09/2024: On this day of heritage discovery and before going to see the castles, we made a very nice gastronomic discovery! We've been wanting to discover Laurent's burgers for a long time, and it's a done deal. An excellent welcome and tasty burgers cooked with fresh produce in original recipes. Excellent fresh fries. It was really great and the atmosphere with very nice music. We had a lovely time and we will come back. Thank you Laurent! Keep it up 😉
