26/05/2026: We stayed in this charming hotel in a very clean and comfortable room, which also boasted a splendid view of the Loire River. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect! The menu showcased local and organic produce, a true expression of the Loire Valley's terroir. The dishes were beautiful and, above all, delicious, with an incredible balance of flavors. To complement them, the wine list was also very local, featuring vibrant wines that perfectly reflected the chef's cuisine. A fully realized and consistent identity. 10/07/2026: A restaurant worth discovering and sharing! Highly competent staff, impeccable service, creative cuisine, all in a very pleasant setting. Step outside your comfort zone and venture a little outside the city to discover this place, and if you don't go back, you've missed out! We've been twice now, and each time it's been perfect. In winter, the dining room is incredibly cozy, and in summer, the garden is idyllic. There are a few outdoor games for children while parents relax over a wine list that, while concise, is carefully curated. In short, a place to visit again and again. Marion and Antoine

04/10/2026: We had read good reviews and wanted to come eat here. At first, we were put off by the fact that this was the only place that didn't open until 7 pm, which made us hesitate. We went anyway, and we really enjoyed the best steak tartare we have ever eaten! We are glad we went after all 🤩

27/09/2026: My opinion is very mixed. The setting is lovely, and the amuse-bouche and starter were perfect. I was a little disappointed with the meat, which was unremarkable. However, I was very disappointed with the dessert and pre-dessert. They were far too adventurous (tomatoes, fennel, celery) but lacked the indulgence one expects from a dessert. This type of dish would have been more appropriate as a starter than a dessert. To satisfy the customer, perhaps they should consider their expectations a little more. As a result, we paid a lot only to end up not having dessert. After stating that I hadn't eaten either of the two desserts, I was offered another one, but I would have had to pay extra. It's a shame to end on such a negative note.

27/09/2026: A somewhat disappointing experience. The cuisine is original, creative, and bold, with a focus on vegetables, but sometimes disconcerting. Simple, basic ingredients whose authenticity is hard to discern, and unexpected flavor combinations that don't always elevate the dish. The portions are minimal and leave you feeling almost hungry. On the other hand, there were some lovely discoveries with the wine pairings, all within an intimate yet modern setting. The welcome and service were good.

We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome, the kindness, and the attentiveness of the person who served us throughout the meal, with thoughtful attention paid to every moment of lunch. The restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, inviting, and convivial. The comfortable armchairs and generously sized tables also allow you to fully enjoy your meal. The cuisine is excellent, particularly refined and creative, both in the presentation of the dishes and in the handling of ingredients and flavors. The spices are used with great finesse and subtlety, adding a real richness to the various dishes without ever overpowering the flavors. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

04/08/2026: First come, last served; our dishes were probably forgotten among the others since they were lukewarm rather than hot. The drinks we ordered with our meal were posted but never brought. Ultimately, we were very disappointed with the experience, especially since the menu seemed promising. The restaurant really needs to hire a waiter with a minimum of organization and experience.

21/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant Le Côté Piste! We were a group of 15 with children. We were able to organize everything in advance and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the service was friendly. I highly recommend it!
