19/09/2024: After ordering on an online platform, the menu specified that the drink or dessert was included. Unable to choose my dessert on the app, I decide to call the restaurant. They inform me that dessert has not been included for two years. However, the announcement dating from 2024 clearly indicates that this is the case. They refused to honor their commercial offer. The employee subsequently hung up on me and my order was canceled. Very unpleasant customer service.

06/07/2025: A disaster!!!!! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. Had to call several times to see that the delivery person didn't seem to know our address. Delivery person annoyed at waiting 2 minutes at the wrong place because he couldn't find it despite a specific address... forgot something in the order, had to call the restaurant back, which didn't respond, switchboard closed at 10 p.m. Wrong drink and wrong order, I got something I didn't like. Dry tacos and no goodwill gesture.
To sum up, never again!!!!
06/07/2025: I'm giving one star because you can't give 0! Completely crappy service!! We order and it doesn't deliver and what's more they don't answer the phone anymore!

We were the only two covered for lunch.
Very warm welcome from the waitress, professional and attentive.
The dishes are simple, it wasn't bad, the fries are not homemade but the sauces are which is nice. It is a shame that there is not enough network marketing done on this place in the restaurant because for eating on the go it can be nice. But everything is highlighted on the Karaoke weekend side…. I was not seduced by the gourmet stopover aspect that the adventure promised…. Damage
17/11/2024: We came yesterday afternoon by chance.
We open the door... A smell of rotten pipes in the restaurant, gloomy decor…. And NO ONE to welcome us left…. To flee!

02/10/2024: So I frequently went to this restaurant with friends or family.
The buffet has been the same for years, no change, the last time I went I found a hair in my salad, no compensation… and I promised myself never to set foot there again without forgetting the service which is not not crazy!
19/09/2024: The cheapest all-you-can-eat buffet in Compiègne, here it is. Paying only €12.90 for lunch and €16.90 for the evening, to have access to the entire buffet and all you can eat, it's definitely worth the detour. Certainly, the buffet is smaller than the other buffets that can be found in Compiègne, but for the price the choice remains extremely wide. The service is impeccable and of unparalleled kindness (free small hot towels at the end of the meal to relax)

Buffet pas encore totalement installé à midi, des aliments sont encore en cours de préparation et cuisson.
Le resto n'est pas grand dont le buffet n'est pas conséquent lui non plus.
La qualité est moyenne.

17/12/2024: Never again! THE WORST BK IN FRANCE!! I understand why there were people.
Very poorly behaved staff, so I don't eat beef but apparently on the order it was written beef I go to the cash register to change it, I kindly ask to change it for me since the price remains the same and I don't I didn't touch it, and then I was told that it was my fault that there was nothing we could do about it. I stayed for 20 minutes to find a solution and scream just for a sandwich, the guy had nothing to do and talk about an unpleasant tone never again! Fortunately, I strongly advise against the fact that the manager arrived even if it took a long time to arrive.
13/12/2024: What a disappointment to have come as a family. Once the order is paid, when you ask for explanations, they tell you they're out of fries so they'll give you nuggets. We can't tell you before paying, you thought maybe we wouldn't notice!! Hygiene to review: the tables are dirty, the toilets let's not talk about it: clogged toilet, no soap and the smell that goes with it 🤮. The front door is full of marks. I asked to clean the table, it was up to the one who would do it!!! Towels are optional. Incompetent staff One certainty, we will never come back.

19/09/2024: The Compiègne flunch is very pleasant, my family and I have a pleasant time every time! The dishes are delicious, the restaurant is always very clean and the welcome is wonderful!
I highly recommend for gentle breaks! 😊
