Everything is perfectly balanced: the dishes are good, homemade and well served; the team is attentive, authentic and without fuss (a special thank you for your good vibes with the children!) and of course, the wines are excellent. In addition, thanks to the sommeliers' explanations, we appreciate their history as much as their flavor. A real pleasure when you like to know what you are tasting! So, even if there are too many fennel seeds for my taste (yeah, I think that if you're not team coriander, you're not team fennel either! 😆), I'm not far from saying that Dame Jeanne is one of my favorite places in Arras, to do as a couple, with friends or family! Go take a look, you won't be disappointed! In any case, we will be back soon! 😁

09/12/2025: A real disappointment. We waited almost an hour for our food, and it wasn't even what we ordered. The meat was overcooked, even though we specifically asked for it rare. What's more, the place didn't seem very clean, which is really worrying. I see no reason to come back here; it was a bad experience from start to finish.

She doesn't tolerate young children and adopts a nasty attitude as soon as she sees you, trying to get you to leave. No smile, a closed face, a sharp mouth, sidelong glances, unpleasant remarks, and a condescending, authoritarian tone (even towards children). Madam, you're just running an ordinary crêperie. I'm sorry you weren't taught tolerance, respect, and politeness.

14/09/2024: Les galettes sont très bonnes. Il y a pas mal de choix, mais pas beaucoup de galettes végétariennes (mais on trouve quand même notre bonheur). Les crêpes sont très bonnes également, avec des assortiments très sympas. Le lieu est mignon. Je recommande donc cette crêperie sur la Place d'armes !
