31/08/2024: Arrivé à 13h le dernier samedi avant la rentrée des scolaires, je rentre dans l’usine. Vite placé à l’intérieur (la terrasse est fermée malgré le beau temps), je dois presque hurler tant le volume sonore est élevé ; les enfants se faisant manifestement concurrence dans les courses poursuites et les cris. Je commande une entrecôte saignante avec une badoit rouge, haricots verts, salade, sauce béarnaise. Le total sera de 25,40. L’entrecôte arrive complètement carbonisée ; le gras ayant la même couleur que le maigre. Les haricots verts ont le goût d’eau et tièdes. La salade est recouverte d’une sauce largement moutardée. L’entrecôte est difficile à couper malgré le couteau à dents. On a vite envie de se sauver et c’est peut-être la recette pour faire un max de couverts… Bref, une expérience unique.

14/12/2024: This brasserie is a classic to do in Saint Omer! Meals on site, fast service, good atmosphere, pleasant waiters and above all the meals are delicious, just like the desserts! Even the simplest meals are delicious. I recommend this brewery 100%!

15/09/2024: Dans l’assiette, tout est là: la fraîcheur, le fait-maison, tout est très bien cuisiné, les produits sont de qualité. C’est vraiment excellent. Dans la salle tout y est aussi: les couleurs, les lumières, les bougies sur les tables… J’ai vu une équipe efficace, un chef de salle qui plaisante avec ses clients, une équipe qui communique entre elle, en toute bienveillance. J’ai vu une salle conviviale et chaleureuse. Je recommande ce restaurant. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!

14/11/2025: Discovered after a visit to Notre-Dame de Lorette. A place I highly recommend. Both the main course and dessert were homemade, and the service was impeccable. It's a pleasure to find restaurants where the cuisine is authentic and delicious. The 5 stars are well deserved.

15/10/2025: We enjoyed this restaurant for its traditional cuisine. The dishes (waterzooi and Flemish carbonnade) were served in hot containers, which was very nice. The waterzooi was served with fries AND peas/carrots/bacon, so it was very filling. The service (weekday lunchtime) was decent in terms of waiting time. The staff was pleasant and efficient.
