20/11/2025: The shop has been nice since the renovations. The pizzas are good (my favorite is the croque monsieur). Kevin and Cyr are friendly and always provide good service.

10/11/2025: I came here for lunch today to eat a pizza, and I'm really disappointed. The restaurant seems half-abandoned, the hygiene is appalling: an extension cord was lying in the middle of the counter, the toilets were filthy, and there wasn't even any water to wash your hands. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked and frankly inedible for €17. I strongly advise against going to this place.

27/09/2025: I was able to try the chip shop in Paradise recently, I am more than satisfied, I was welcomed with a smile, plus the Americans are super well germinated, I recommend +++

08/01/2026: Excellent! I received a very warm welcome from a very smiley young man who immediately offered his services. He even helped me place my online order to get the discounts. The service was quick, the pizza looked delicious, and it was very good too. I highly recommend it!

07/09/2025: We went in July for our honeymoon, and came back with our daughters and friends to eat again. The meals are truly delicious and the mussels with Maroilles cheese when I come back I won't go anywhere else I'll eat the mussels with Maroilles cheese directly there delicious nothing to say super friendly manager and great server thank you see you soon

15/02/2026: A fantastic experience at this brasserie! The dishes are generous, perfectly seasoned, with that authentic touch reminiscent of home cooking. You can really taste the homemade quality, and it makes all the difference. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable and want to return.

08/11/2025: I'll be objective: The driest and worst kebab meat I've ever tasted. I didn't try the rest of the menu and I'm not likely to go back. It's up to you. I find frozen supermarket meat much tastier... Luckily, the prices are reasonable. Basically, I threw it all away.

16/11/2025: For my first visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed. I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza and a Reine pizza with an extra minced steak for the goat cheese and honey pizza. When I opened the containers, the honey and minced steak were missing from the goat cheese and honey pizza. Also, the portion of the goat cheese and honey pizza was more like dough than anything else. I do not recommend it.

25/08/2025: An hour and a half wait for two Margheritas... as cold as the North Sea in the middle of January. The dough? A mix of recycled cardboard and discarded toast. The baking? Clearly on RTT. We thought we were ordering pizzas, but instead we had a sensory experience: dryness, coldness, and frustration. And the cherry on top? €30 ​​for two Margheritas. Yes, €30 for this extraordinary culinary performance. In short, if you like paying gourmet restaurant prices for a cold canteen feast... go for it, you won't be disappointed.

20/10/2025: Beautiful, magnificent place. Group of 23 people. Aperol Spritz cocktail = water, no taste, Picon beer = just beer 😵‍💫 Decent starters, some guests got their main course with mashed potatoes and cold vegetables?! Deserts served even though the plates weren't completely cleared.... Despite everything, the waitresses kept smiling 👏 too bad for them because they've heard all the criticism. No positive communication for this restaurant.

13/08/2025: Despite the negative reviews, we were delighted with our visit; the service was excellent and the staff were pleasant.

16/11/2025: WARNING!!! Tonight we placed an order and ran into a problem: first, after placing our order online, we received a phone call informing us that the card machine in the store wasn't working and that the others were being delivered. When my son went to pick up the pizzas and paid in cash, one was missing, and we only noticed it when we got home. He went back to the store, and another employee showed the total of our order on his till, revealing a shortfall of €45 compared to the amount we had paid in cash! They then confirmed that the card machine was working. We did, however, receive the missing pizza, thankfully. Very disappointed!

24/10/2025: A real horror! Run away before even entering! Bad reception, no hello, stared at by the waiters, they made us feel like we were in the way. We left before even ordering... I never thought I'd experience this!

14/02/2026: Kitchen Nightmares!! When we entered this restaurant, we asked for a table for two, if possible in a corner (as the dining room is extremely small and the tables are very close together). Our request was refused by the waitress, who replied in a nonchalant tone. As a result, we had to constantly move aside to let her pass from one table to another. The tablecloths were a sorry sight. We can't judge the quality of the food since we were only there for 15 minutes; we decided to leave when we heard the table next to us, which had been there for 30 minutes and still hadn't received a drink. This prompted the gentleman to go and get a glass of tap water himself from the restroom. This restaurant should get a visit from Philippe Etchebest to turn things around. We then ended up at Papy Henry's (across the street) where we enjoyed a delicious burger with excellent service and a warm welcome.

11/01/2026: We ate the most awful Welsh rarebit, even though the welcome was friendly.

25/02/2026: After a long wait for a second drink, we finally changed bars; the waitress was just waiting for that.

25/02/2026: The waitress lacked enthusiasm; we lost patience and changed bars – luckily there are plenty in Arras.

16/01/2026: First of all, the pastry is disgusting, there's way too much cheese even though I didn't ask for much cheese, and then the next day my whole family got gastroenteritis, so frankly it deserves 0 stars and I'm being nice by giving it 1 star!

23/02/2026: Unpleasant, exorbitant bar prices! And they're smoking in the back room behind the bar, the stench reaches the tables!

18/02/2026: Check your cards; the price shown doesn't match the price you're charging customers—it's a disgrace! They claim it was removed from the card... We're forced to spend €10 if we pay by card! What law requires this?!

30/01/2026: If you like casinos and slot machines, go for it, because there's a 50% chance it'll be good and a 50% chance it'll be bad. Good luck!

28/01/2026: The lunchtime buffet is reasonably priced at less than 19 euros including drinks; for a buffet restaurant, that's very good.
