26/10/2025: A reservation in August for the weekend of 10/31/25 to 11/2/25 for my husband's birthday and this Thursday the hotel calls us to cancel our reservation due to a boiler problem. I ask him if he has an alternative solution because it is a school holiday weekend and a football match so the surrounding hotel is full, he tells me no! I find myself without a solution a week before our departure the only response I got from them is be glad I let you know. I will never come to your hotel!!!

26/04/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered two Americanos, and were served two Americanos in different cups, which meant they weren't Americanos and weren't good. The couple next to us wanted tea, but they didn't have any. And the waitress wasn't exactly a smiley face.

25/04/2026: Avoid this place! No one came to see us. We asked for the menu, but the waiter never returned. People who arrived after us were served before us. In short, I do not recommend it!

14/02/2026: The food was delicious. The daily special was half a chicken, which was really delicious. The steak wasn't great, but for the price, it was definitely decent. The radio was a bit loud for a cozy meal. Dessert was okay.

14/02/2026: Kitchen Nightmares!! When we entered this restaurant, we asked for a table for two, if possible in a corner (as the dining room is extremely small and the tables are very close together). Our request was refused by the waitress, who replied in a nonchalant tone. As a result, we had to constantly move aside to let her pass from one table to another. The tablecloths were a sorry sight. We can't judge the quality of the food since we were only there for 15 minutes; we decided to leave when we heard the table next to us, which had been there for 30 minutes and still hadn't received a drink. This prompted the gentleman to go and get a glass of tap water himself from the restroom. This restaurant should get a visit from Philippe Etchebest to turn things around. We then ended up at Papy Henry's (across the street) where we enjoyed a delicious burger with excellent service and a warm welcome.

16/11/2025: WARNING!!! Tonight we placed an order and ran into a problem: first, after placing our order online, we received a phone call informing us that the card machine in the store wasn't working and that the others were being delivered. When my son went to pick up the pizzas and paid in cash, one was missing, and we only noticed it when we got home. He went back to the store, and another employee showed the total of our order on his till, revealing a shortfall of €45 compared to the amount we had paid in cash! They then confirmed that the card machine was working. We did, however, receive the missing pizza, thankfully. Very disappointed!

24/10/2025: A real horror! Run away before even entering! Bad reception, no hello, stared at by the waiters, they made us feel like we were in the way. We left before even ordering... I never thought I'd experience this!

26/04/2026: Avoid at all costs. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. The kitchen staff showed no regard for hygiene: they touched the bin and then calmly went back to making sandwiches, as if nothing had happened.

11/04/2026: The atmosphere was as cold as the weather, and the service wasn't great. On the plus side, the wait was short; considering the size of the pizzas, you didn't have to wait long. The taste wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either. In short, don't go there.

16/11/2025: For my first visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed. I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza and a Reine pizza with an extra minced steak for the goat cheese and honey pizza. When I opened the containers, the honey and minced steak were missing from the goat cheese and honey pizza. Also, the portion of the goat cheese and honey pizza was more like dough than anything else. I do not recommend it.

02/04/2026: Delicious, generous dishes, worthy representatives of Northern cuisine! A great spot in the Lens2 shopping center. Fast service, good value for money, warm atmosphere.

31/03/2026: When you see a "Master Restaurateur" establishment, you expect something other than frozen fries, stale salad, and a cold main course. Very disappointed.

24/04/2026: Asked for the Aperol Spritz they didn’t put ice, asked for ice, he brought it on his hand and one of the scub when on the till, he was gonna put it on my glass i said no its dirty, the waitress young girl gave me a bad look, i paid said thank you, she looked at me bad and i left. Hygiene 0, Waitress girl attitude 0. They should know what is the cafe service and hygiene. not happy at all

06/04/2026: The waitress was incredibly unpleasant; no thank you, no welcome, no please. She mumbled insults as she left when we asked for a menu. I do not recommend this place!

30/01/2026: If you like casinos and slot machines, go for it, because there's a 50% chance it'll be good and a 50% chance it'll be bad. Good luck!

28/01/2026: The lunchtime buffet is reasonably priced at less than 19 euros including drinks; for a buffet restaurant, that's very good.

28/12/2025: This chip shop is very expensive for the quality; many people have left bad reviews. They should be consulted and all of this reviewed.

27/03/2026: €22 for a standard size pizza (32 cm) Even if the pizzeria calls it large… It’s a disgrace, they need to be reminded that pizza is where the biggest profit margin is!
