07/07/2024: We only had dinner here so we can't judge the rest of the hotel. Positive: +very nice meal +cheese trolley is fun and cozy +good prices for adult menu + very friendly service (but awkward moment when paying, see further) + cozy classic interior but it has something of "what if grandma and grandpa opened a restaurant", so it's not for everyone. Negative: -children's menu is really expensive. 16 euros for fries, a sauce and a chicken fillet, and 1 scoop of ice cream... in France a children's menu is on average 8-12 euros -the chairs were really uncomfortable. They were old upholstered chairs without good support. It was so bad that I even had to sit in the car seat for 10 minutes to rest. -the service is very classic and correct according to the old 'protocol', but at checkout they asked directly for a tip. I have never experienced this at a restaurant. We also felt very uncomfortable about this Conclusion: in all honesty, we will probably not return here, but I do think this restaurant is recommended for people who like an old interior. Almost all guests were over 60 years old. It's the first time I've criticized chairs... because they asked for a tip at the end, we left with a very uncomfortable feeling. But still, if you don't have children, and you're not looking for a modern interior (there was even a stained glass window in the ceiling of the restaurant!), I think you can definitely find a delicious meal here for a very democratic price. I'm hesitating between 3 and 4 stars, but since some of it is personal preference, I'm leaning towards a cautious 4...

08/09/2024: Superb inn, used to the products on sale at the store, 2nd time meal at the inn on Sunday, today pork on the spit, vegetables, pdt, cooking like at home. Top-notch welcome, top-notch cuisine! Warm atmosphere! I highly recommend it!

14/08/2024: Beware of the bedbug, the reception does not warn you of the problem while they treat their rooms, forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to return home 4 hours away. My partner was so stung that her hands were swollen and she couldn't work for a week. I strongly advise against

23/08/2024: Si la bécasse a pour habitude de se cacher, le chef n'est pas obligé de l'imiter. Ici, on joue manifestement la montre. Le service reste souriant mais il est beaucoup trop rapide. La vingtaine de clients ne remplissait pourtant pas la salle ce samedi soir en saison. Les pickles de brocoli servis avec les apéritifs ne méritent pas le nom, dans un bocal mis en commun au milieu de la table avec une unique pince. Le tartare proposé en entrée est de bonne facture mais ne gagne rien à être dissimulé sous une carapace de mimolette. En plat, le seul filet de vive dans l'assiette n'est pas davantage mis en valeur sous sa couche de gros haricots et de gros pois verts. Côté fromage, la tomme de Savoie ne dépasse pas la première phalange de la main et est accompagnée d'une salade de laquelle les larges côtes n'ont pas été enlevées. A la question de savoir si le chef était déjà parti à notre sortie vers 22 heures 30, il nous a été simplement répondu : "Oui, il y a bien longtemps." Autant surprenant que décevant. 30/07/2024: Disappointing, a good starter and a good dessert but a piece of fat as meat for a rack of pork, this was reported but without any reaction despite the friendly staff. The setting of the restaurant is rather sad, it was very hot and that has nothing to do with the grandiose exterior of the hotel. We are divided without wanting to return.
