06/05/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had a terrible time at this place because of a disrespectful and rude customer who was extremely drunk and insulted the tourists. I was also very disappointed with the owners and staff, who seemed to prefer serving a drunkard rather than tourists.

05/05/2026: We stopped by for a drink, but a customer (a regular at the bar) insulted us… apparently a regular, so I wouldn't recommend going there. I'm forced to give it one star. It's a shame.

23/08/2025: I had booked for 3 people for my birthday on August 8th. I specified this on the booking, along with a request for a particular dessert, but there was absolutely nothing, not even a "Happy Birthday." Frankly, I was very disappointed.

06/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome from a lady who explained everything clearly. The fries were delicious. They had just refilled the plate when I served myself. I only gave it 3 stars because I found the meat slightly overcooked, even though I had ordered it rare, and I also thought the portion was a little small.

28/04/2026: Hello everyone. I'm not one to complain, but enough is enough! I thought I was a good customer (one or two pizzas a week). Then one Saturday, right at opening time, I was the first customer. They told me they couldn't take my order because people had called before opening to place orders. The couple asked me to come back later that day. You should know that the pizzeria is 10 km from my house. You can imagine my reaction to learning that phone calls take priority over customers who walk in. I find this way of doing things disgraceful for a business. I will never set foot in there again. If their establishment closes, they'll have brought it on themselves. Furthermore, I noticed that some customers had loyalty cards (1 pizza = 1 point). I must be smelling a rat.

10/03/2026: I'm slightly lowering my rating after years of loyalty. The pizzas are still good, but the quality has declined. Several times now, I've found them to be less topped and less flavorful. The crust isn't as soft as it used to be either. I hope this will change because this pizzeria has been my number one since I was a child, and I really appreciate the owners' friendliness.

17/05/2026: Absolutely terrible, impersonal welcome and service. It took over two hours for a meal for a party of five, and the restaurant was far from full 😓 The food was completely uninspired… Avoid at all costs!!!!!

26/05/2026: The mussels were tasty. The Welsh starter was nice to try, but the portion was too large. Cafe Gourmande is an absolute no-go. Practically everything had a metallic taste (especially the cake and the crème brûlée), and it was not fresh at all. This dessert looks nice but tastes terrible; the whipped cream on the plate was the best part.

26/05/2026: "If I'd known, I wouldn't have come!" What an unpleasant discovery! As soon as I entered the restaurant, a smell hit me! A smell that resembled that of a toilet! Once seated, I shared the same opinion: the table was sticky! It was incredibly unpleasant! My aperitif order was taken a good 10 minutes after my arrival, even though only two men were eating inside and a couple on the terrace. In the end, I waited 25 minutes for the same aperitif to be served! I was very tempted to leave the establishment before it even reached my table! The main course was served late as well. In the end, it took an hour to serve a cocktail and the main course. I gave up on the beer because I think the main course would have been digested before it arrived at the table. I opted for a carafe of water instead: difficult to handle given its size. I can't imagine elderly people holding that kind of carafe... I'm thinking of my parents in particular. When the waitress asked if anything was missing: well, yes, glasses for serving water! Obviously, my meal remained limited to that single dish. I preferred to go to the ice cream parlor on the corner of Grande Rue and Rue Thiers where the service was excellent! During the meal, a couple on the terrace couldn't stand the wait. After asking for their starter, which never arrived, they decided to pay for their drinks (aperitif) and leave. I now understand the complete absence of customers who preferred the other nearby brasseries, which were much more crowded. I hadn't read the reviews for once, which I deeply regret. If I had, I certainly wouldn't have gone to that kind of restaurant! Clearly, the reviews don't seem to make a difference since the same comments keep coming up. So, no dessert, and no tip, even though it was practically in my pocket. This restaurant is now blacklisted for me!

18/03/2026: This is definitely one of the best kebabs I've ever had, very similar to the kebabs you can get in Turkey. The vegetables are delicious. The fries are really good. It's very good, thank you to the owner.

02/02/2026: Loyal customers for several years, this is the best place to enjoy the best snacks. No matter the time of day, the service, both in person and on the phone, is always excellent, quick and efficient, even before the self-service kiosks were installed. In short, whether you eat in or take away, we highly recommend their atmosphere and thank the entire team, who truly take excellent care of their customers!

30/05/2026: We ordered two pizzas and a side. Everything arrived cold. The "Cannibal" pizza was clearly leftover, not fresh from the previous evening, and had no flavor. As for the goat cheese and honey pizza, we searched for the taste of cheese and honey, and we're still looking. And the hard cheese balls were cold and tasteless... Disappointing for what they were.

21/05/2026: There are always problems with the order, either a product is missing, or the product is not as ordered (ex: we ordered a big tasty rösti and instead we got a big tasty with 2 steaks inside instead of the potato pancake).

18/05/2026: We got sick after ordering from this restaurant, and it's not the first time! It raises serious questions about hygiene…

11/10/2025: I really enjoyed the variety of pizzas. The Bologna and the Romana were very good. However, I'm not against dogs in a restaurant, but seeing people petting them without washing their hands before going back behind the bar bothers me.

08/04/2026: Very good kebab; the meat was tasty and well-seasoned, and the sandwich was generous. The service was quick and the welcome was pleasant. The fries were pretty good too. Honestly, a good place if you want something simple and satisfying.
