11/07/2025: We went to buy a loaf of bread last night. The bread had holes in it. We told the lady today, and she laughed right in my face. Not businesslike at all. 7 p.m. No more baguettes in that case, closed at 6:30 p.m. Not at 8 p.m. Disappointed, I won't be going back.

05/07/2025: Disappointment once again, 2 horse steaks ordered, one medium and the other rare...results one steak was way overcooked and the other raw...plates distributed almost intact for a bill of 50 euros!!! Bad faith from the manager who claims that the cooking is normal...we don't have the same standards of normality...3rd Bad experience but the last!! We probably should have ordered sausage fries which would certainly have lived up to their competence!!! In short

08/09/2024: RUN AWAY! Nothing is fresh! Flies around the dishes, dry sushi because it is not fresh, faded taste, meats colored MORE than faded, defrosted pastries which are also faded, fries and other cold and tasteless foods.. Nothing positive! You are much more likely to get food poisoning than a good memory! We will never come back again!

23/09/2024: I went to eat this evening with my husband who forgot to take his drink. The cashier told me when there was some in the room so on the ice side I took a drink and the manager told me that I had a tea price (without paying! !) which I put in my bag!! I emptied my bag, no tea!! He got the profiles completely wrong!!! He therefore lost a customer who comes twice a week (so more than 100eurosxper 4)!!!

01/11/2024: Wow... I noticed that the pizzas had been sparsely topped for some time and this evening, cream cheese pizza, nothing on it, not a millimeter of cheese and cream topping combined.. I'm BOYCOTTING from now on

07/09/2024: Do not book this hotel without a contingency. We booked the holiday inn Calais in June 2024 for a stay September. Two days before our trip the hotel cancels our stay. This was obviously a nightmare as we were already on our travels, and trying to deal with rebooking on such short notice with no decent hotels left. When we called the hotel, we were told that there was a “very dangerous” flood in “four rooms”. When I asked why our booking was the one that was cancelled, even though we booked four months prior, we were told there was a large group coming so the manager made a decision. This hotel does NOT honour bookings clearly.

10/08/2024: Crêperie with a friendly welcome, fast service. Excellent crepes, both savory and sweet.... Even hearty I would say.... Nice surprise for a craving for a crepe facing the port THANKS

02/08/2024: What a disappointment… meal last night. Happy to be together as a family around - we hoped - an exceptional meal. This is the memory we had about 4 years ago. Well, we left with the intention of never coming back. Gloomy reception. Very very poor service - amateur and poor quality. Flavorless meal. Tomato starter? Nothing exceptional in terms of taste and preparation. For example, the duck breast was not pink as advertised and difficult to cut and tasteless. Dessert puffs? Too sweet, mushy. Without interest. No carafe of water on the table why? Bread sparingly. Icy atmosphere - discreet but well-chosen music to mark summer, right? Best wishes.

19/07/2024: Very disappointed by the telephone response from the receptionist “Candice” when we called to let them know we were 10 minutes late! She also did not inform the restaurant of our call. In addition, we were taken directly to the terrace even though we wanted to have lunch inside…. Brief ! Unprofessional attitude! Regarding the meal, disappointed by the very rubbery “monkfish” fish and too salty accompaniment. The famous “CD” cabbages really nothing exceptional! Brief ! Very poor quality/price ratio: €30 for a main course and a dessert! We preferred when it was before Alice’s garden! It’s changed a lot!

16/11/2024: Ce restaurant est exceptionnel, je pense d’ailleurs sans mentir que c’est devenu notre restaurant préféré. Ce soir, mon mari a mangé son plat préféré comme d’habitude, un excellent welsh complet avec des frites bien grillées. Moi j’ai craqué comme souvent pour le plat du jour. Ce soir, bœuf Angus mariné, os à moelle, butternut rôti et sauce vin rouge. Et comme j’avais un doute sur la sauce, les adorables serveurs me l’ont ramenée pour que je la goûte avant. Ce restau, c’est le restau des locaux, des habitués … l’été bien sûr car la vue est dingue face à la mer en terasse mais l’hiver bien au chaud aussi. Et j’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires à l’instant sur les équipes que je trouve totalement injustifiées (et je ne les connais personnellement pas du tout) Nous pommes venus de nombreuses fois et nous les avons toujours trouvées professionnelles, arrangeantes et sympas. Même quand il y a 30 min de queue sur la digue ! Je ne peux que vous conseiller ce resto qui pour toute notre famille est clairement le MEILLEUR d’hardelot

25/10/2024: Les boissons et la crêpe étaient bons, le cadre sympa. Malheureusement cela est gaché par des serveurs peu aimables, une table sale pas nettoyée....on a l'impression de géner... Ce restaurant qui est le seul sur la digue d'Hardelot mériterait de la concurrence pour se remettre en question.

29/12/2023: Mon ami et moi venons tous les ans fêter les quelques jours qui entourent le Nouvel An au Touquet depuis belle lurette, nous avions ainsi fait de l’Impasse notre bar favori au Touquet lors des dernières années pour les vacances d’hiver où nous n’avions jamais eu de soucis particulier et où nous consommons comme tout le monde. Cette année nous nous sommes une nouvelle fois rendu dans ce lieu le 28 décembre (la soirée s’est bien déroulée nous sommes restées 2/3 heures) nous avions prévu de revenir le lendemain. Le lendemain (vendredi 29 décembre) le videur nous dit que c’est sur réservation, nous partons et décidons d’appeler pour réserver, la personne qu’on a au téléphone nous dit que ce n’est pas une soirée sur réservation et que nous pouvons passer avec plaisir, la personne décide de nous passer le videur au téléphone, ce dernier nous dit d’arrêter de l’embêter (pour rester poli) et que si nous ne pouvons pas faire notre week-end au Touquet tant pis pour nous en gros il en a rien à cirer. (Je cite « le patron n’est pas au courant de tout) Merci à l’Impasse cependant pour les soirées qui ont eu lieu auparavant nous venions spécialement pour le Nouvel An cette année et notre week-end est désormais compromis, nous allons nous intéresser aux bars aux alentours mais nous aimions vraiment beaucoup l’Impasse. Nous nous sommes jamais vu refuser l’accès d’un établissement et nous ne connaissons pas les raisons qui ont poussé ce videur à nous refuser l’accès à l’Impasse (mon ami et moi étant respectueux et toujours bien âpretés) mais nous n’en voulons évidemment pas à la direction qui n’est apparemment pas au courant de tout.

26/12/2023: Petite visite dans ce bar qui paraissait vraiment sympa.. Cadre vraiment extra, super musique.. Mais après 20min à attendre alors qu'il y a presque personne et 4 serveuses, aucun service 🤷🏻‍♂️ la table à côté de nous même soucis et quand on décide de partir et voir les serveuses en plein papotage.. Je me dit que s'est bien dommage..

16/08/2024: Top staff, mediocre cuisine, the salad was crunchy, the chocolate mousse was very compact and the boss was barely friendly. We will not return there.

01/11/2024: Well for my part I don't recommend it at all. Stay planned from October 29 to October 30. Arriving there around 4 p.m. you have to call a number because no one is there. The lady on the phone tells me that the family suite is unavailable so we won't know more about why. And, that the boss should have warned us. Something he obviously didn't do. She's really uncomfortable. She offers us two rooms, one opposite the other. It’s clear that it’s not. We also realize when we look closer at the dilapidation of the establishment. The note on the door where you should contact is downright moldy. It costs nothing to change it regularly other than to give it a clean appearance. In short, for me, an absolutely unserious boss.

26/10/2024: The contrast between the website and the real experience 🤯 Firstly, empty room on a Saturday lunchtime during school holidays, smell of grease as soon as we entered. The staff sitting at the table speaking louder than the radio. The hygienic state of the cards 😱 a disaster both outside and inside 🤢 The toilet floor hasn't been washed for a few days. The meal remains on the stomach, Welsh of mediocre quality. We don't offer any seasonings, you have to ask for them. The frozen fries were good. First and last time here!!!! The horror 😬
