21/06/2026: June 21: We just tasted the Machja bread, flavored with wild Corsican herbs, and the Esmeralda bread, scented with fennel. What a subtle taste, what a delight! Truly wonderful, congratulations on these very successful combinations. June 14: Tasted the Gaia bread, soft and tender. It's a real treat to be able to eat such good, healthy bread. The welcome on Rue du Bac was very friendly.

06/06/2026: The bread is really very good. However, the pizza dough is very sticky and thick – a real shame because the concept is great. PS: Thank you for your reply. Do you sell fresh pizza dough balls?

04/08/2026: I'm a bit stunned by the other customers' reviews. I wonder if the restaurant has been bought out in the meantime? We had a terrible evening. We tried calling to ask if there were any tables available, but no one answered. Living just a few minutes away, we went there hoping to get a pizza. A very friendly young man set a table for two. Then the good times ended. We waited about ten minutes for someone to come and at least get our drinks. Then WE WAITED an hour and a half for our two pizzas (yes, just that long). We thought they must be really good to wait that long, but absolutely not. Both pizzas were tasteless; I've truly never eaten such a bad pizza. It tasted like frozen dough or pie crust, anything but pizza. We were extremely disappointed by the wait and by the taste of the pizza. We didn't want dessert, and the young waitress, seeing that I'd only eaten two slices (even though I was starving given the wait), kindly offered to wrap it up for me. We went to the register, and they didn't accept credit cards. In 2026, are there still places that don't take cards?! And they told me, "But if you had booked by phone, we would have told you." We called, but no one answered, no one warned us, and it wasn't even displayed. I only had my phone with me, so I had to make an instant bank transfer, which meant waiting several more long minutes. In short, a ruined evening, awful food. The only positive point was the friendliness of the two servers we had. Thank you to them.

04/08/2026: The pizzas were excellent, absolutely no complaints: generously topped, delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed them! 🍕 However, the service… well… they must still be trying to get our attention. 😅 We were served half our pizza and told the other half would stay warm and be brought to us later. Unfortunately, it must have felt so comfortable being warm that it decided to stay there for quite a while… We waited over an hour before they finally asked if we were finished. Then, another half-hour wait for the bill, to the point that we ended up getting up and paying directly at the register. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves much better than this service. With a little more attention to the customers, the experience would have been perfect.

14/07/2026: There is a need for organization because we ordered 3 times and all 3 times it was chaos in the kitchen, we waited a minimum of 15 minutes even though we were told a specific time each time when we ordered.

31/07/2026: It's sad to see such a change. A pizzeria we used to frequent is now one we'll avoid. A particularly disappointing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the lack of care was immediately apparent: the menus we were handed were dirty and sticky. Hygiene was clearly lacking, which was confirmed when we were served a bottle of Coca-Cola past its expiration date. The food wasn't much better. The pizzas had an excessively thin and tasteless crust. The overall impression was one of mass-produced, industrial quality. For an establishment called "La Dolce Vita," the reality falls far short of its promise. A place to avoid!

09/07/2026: Horrible evening! We waited an hour and a half for water and cocktails. It took almost two hours for our meals, including the sides but not the main courses. After we pointed this out to the waitress who seemed confused, the owner came over and told us we'd arrived at 9:05 PM instead of 9:00 PM, in front of all the other customers. In short, it needs improvement!
