29/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT!!!! I placed an order for delivery and was told the delivery time had passed. 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I called to check on the status of my delivery. The person who answered asked me to wait a moment. As a result, I waited 10 minutes, listening to the staff talking amongst themselves. I finally hung up and called back. I first spoke to someone, explained the problem, then there was silence, and then another person took the phone. I was therefore forced to repeat the problem and my contact information yet again... In the end, I received my delivery almost two hours after placing the order!!!

17/04/2026: Our order was over an hour late because apparently they were very busy, and to make matters worse, when we received it, the items weren't right and the pizza was practically empty… This isn't the first time this has happened! And to top it all off, the delivery tracking didn't reflect reality; I had to call the restaurant twice to find out what was happening with the order…

24/04/2026: Horrible atmosphere! We arrived and were treated with no respect; we were not welcome. Absolutely awful!

24/04/2026: Honestly, the food is good, but the waiters are incredibly unpleasant. I've never seen anything like it, especially since the weather is nice. I don't understand how they can be so rude. In short, fire your employees!

03/05/2026: The promised 15-minute wait time is kept, and the online ordering system is very useful, allowing you to choose which ingredients to add or remove, with the price displayed directly for each ingredient. These ingredients are sorted by category, making the interface quite intuitive and easy to use. The pizza dough is fresh and well-cooked. Personally, the large pizzas last us two meals, and instructions for reheating in the oven are included on the pizza box. The number of pizzas on the menu isn't too many to be overwhelming, nor too few to be able to find what you're looking for. Some limited-edition pizzas are offered, allowing you to discover new flavors. The most popular ones should become permanent menu items after a customer survey.

21/08/2025: Good evening, I'm not used to leaving a review that is positive or negative, but this is nonsense for the bar, a terrace there you wait for the server but no he doesn't come you have to guess that you have to go and get the drinks menu to place your order at the bar, a menu where there is a choice but when you order what you want you are told there are no more! so if there are no more on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday where it is the menu from last year or you have to cross off the drinks that are no longer served, finally I am not a bar manager but it seems to me that it would be better

As for the pasta carbonara, the dishes were served hot and fresh from the kitchen. If this was not to your liking, you should have let us know immediately: we would, of course, have responded promptly. Regarding the time of your reservation, we welcomed you at the end of service and never refused to serve you. This was in no way a complaint, but simply an organizational constraint. Finally, no compensation was offered since it was not accepted by you.
