However, this commitment has disappeared from your website without explanation. It also included a promise of "annual reporting," essential for allowing consumers to track your progress.
When do you plan to publicly republish this commitment and share the progress made in this area?

22/05/2025: The worse things get at Santa Monica. For a long time, even though it wasn't excellent, we went there because it's close to home. We could easily fit a large family table there, and the service is pleasant, but it's supposed to have deteriorated significantly, becoming catastrophic the last two times.
Pizza with mediocre toppings, raw onion (!!!), overcooked ham! Incomprehensible... As for the pasta, a disaster...
All that for a high price. We won't go again, too bad.
09/05/2025: Good reception, it's the worst pizza I've eaten, pizza super dry and a little burnt, poor ham cut up in a hurry, and few toppings there were 2 of us, peaches Melba very limited, Chantilly not firm peach with a funny taste, just white wine and red wine were good, we got away with it for 120€, a shame to drink good wine with not good dishes, the restaurant from afar looked okay, we are very disappointed

30/06/2025: The food arrived promptly, and the staff was friendly in some areas. The prices are rather high. The fact that the food is far too oily is more a matter of taste. They use far too much oil and far too much butter. And the pizzas are also topped with a lot of cheese—tons and tons. My dish is drenched in oil, and even the side salad is oily and inedible. Not pleasant at all.
30/06/2025: Simple continental breakfast, great baguette and artisan croissant, cool but friendly staff.

Fair prices and a good atmosphere - sometimes a little noisy, like in Italy 😉

The 4 cheeses were disgusting due to this poor quality dough...
You would benefit from making the dough at home, even if it means charging a little more...

11/09/2024: A shame! Just because I parked in front of their sign, they intentionally blocked me with their car and scooter so that I couldn't get out! Despite my various reminders, they ended up pushing the scooter, telling me that I was not allowed to park in front! But the places don't belong to them, they belong to everyone! They were 3 young people who were not at all friendly, because they ignored me and if I hadn't insisted, they wouldn't have done anything! I took it upon myself because I was with my son but they really put pressure on me just for parking! It's pathetic, I will never try their pizzas! Really unprofessional behavior at all!

06/08/2024: Wrong opening hours on the site, no telephone number to contact them. We go there to our great surprise it is open but at 9 p.m. there are not enough ingredients and the restaurant only has one table left! A Tuesday evening in high season when all the restaurants are closed in Lochrist...
Being in the restaurant business, I find it hard to understand.
5 pizzerias per km2 and we can't eat one, it's still unfortunate.
