05/07/2024: To flee ! First order there, 13€, a child-sized pizza in a small box, the leg looks like a piece of cardboard, flat or even so thin that it's toasted! Between quantity and quality I don't know which is worse... but completely disappointed!

19/12/2023: C'est pas étonnant que ce restaurant est vide, le service ainsi que l'hygiène est médiocre à fuir.

19/12/2023: Commande en livraison passée vers 19h, suite a une incompréhension à cause d'une rupture de stock, commande repassée vers 20h45 ... 22h05, toujours pas de commande en vue, rappel au restaurant, personne très peu aimable en ligne. En plus d'un plat à 9,00€ manquant pour cause de rupture, une boisson de 1,5L commandée, mais au lieu de cela seulement 3 cannettes de 33cL ont été livrées. Seuls points positifs : salade généreuse et pizza bonne, mais depuis 19h, à 22h10, je mange !!!

08/04/2024: Really enjoyed our evening here. The restaurant is small and very cosy with a great selection of pizzas. Service is great and very friendly. You can eat on or take out. Very good value too.

05/08/2024: Why bother going to the seaside to pay more and eat a steak with a seafood flavor or prawns as big as shrimp. Go expensive after beach, grab the pasta or a pizza. They're the best in the region! And then the boss is nice. Simple and efficient

02/09/2024: Certainly, it is difficult to find a “pizza” today; what we expect from this simple dish and its culinary origins. Not so simple apparently. We move further and further away from what we hope for and we get closer to the dripping pie, ending up believing after so many years that this is what pizza tastes like. Here too, it is edible, at a fair price, even if the objective of the margin, perhaps too much, sacrifices the quality of certain ingredients. This brand makes pizzas like any other, ordinary ones, which are great when you're hungry. Also tested as a distributor in supermarket parking lots, like other brands established in the Troyes area. Local brand, that’s positive. It's good for the planet! but for the taste buds......further is better.

04/04/2024: We couldn’t get into three of the restaurants further up the road, but La Flambee had lots of empty tables. Perhaps that tells you something. Anyway, we were persuaded by the lovely open wood fired pizza oven. What a mistake. I ordered the “tonnarelli a la sauce tomate guancialle”. It arrived incredibly quickly. The tonnarelli was very under-cooked and very hard to bite through. There was hardly any meat: it was gristly and chewy. A very poor meal. My wife had a pizza. Soggy bottom and the “toppings” placed in piles rather than spread over the pizza: she had to rearrange them. Against my better judgment I also ordered a tirimasu. It was not very nice at all; a nasty mousse poured over some stale biscuit. I have had much better tiramisu from my local supermarket. We had a good bottle of Valipolicello. I mentioned to the waitress that the tonnarelli was not cooked properly. No apology, no recompense. If you can get in anywhere else, I would recommend that you do NOT go to this restaurant.
