20/04/2026: Pizzas cost €12-15, we ordered 4 and the taste was terrible, the dough had no flavor and neither did the toppings, whether it was the seafood or the ham used on the pizzas.

13/03/2026: Fantastic experience at this pizzeria on the port of Argelès! The welcome is warm, the service is quick, and the pizzas are truly delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the ingredients are fresh and generous. You can tell the products are high quality. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially with the view of the port; it's the perfect place to spend quality time with friends or family. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

10/12/2025: We were very disappointed with the service. The person who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant; it was as if she didn't care about working. When we arrived at the scheduled time, she didn't even greet us: she snapped, "The card!" in an irritated tone without any explanation. Then, it was "Cash or card," still without any politeness. Finally, she literally threw the pizza order and the change onto the counter. We remained polite and calm from beginning to end, but she made no effort whatsoever, no smile, no courtesy whatsoever. It's truly regrettable and completely ruined the experience.

03/07/2025: It's like a newsstand, with a large selection. My special request was on the pizza, but a standard item was missing. The pizza wasn't pre-sliced.

27/06/2025: The manager told me he didn't have time to take my order. No, but I say that.

12/04/2026: A couple's visit for coffee and hot chocolate. No more pastries at 10:15 am this Sunday. Paris Marathon day. Slow service. 25-minute wait for our order to be taken and for us to be served. The restrooms smelled of urine and were dirty. Cups and saucers were of questionable cleanliness, with bits of old sugar packets still stuck to the saucers.

08/04/2026: My girlfriend and I both ordered the same dish (salmon steak) and got the worst food poisoning of our lives. It was awful. It completely ruined the end of our trip to Paris. There are so many restaurants in Paris, I would never risk going back to that one given the quality of the food we received, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Please, make sure you store the salmon properly and cook it thoroughly!

11/04/2026: So, our experience tonight... catastrophic!! We ordered by phone... 2 pizzas, 1 starter! As a result, they forgot the starter, which I can understand. They put it on the oven (the pizzas were waiting on the side). While waiting, the two cooks took the liberty of talking about their day/evening of alcohol, and so on... After 15 minutes, here's our order... What a surprise when we got home! The starter wasn't cooked at all; I had to finish cooking it myself. So, the pizzas were COLD after all that time... Not to mention the hygiene... We're used to coming to your place, but never again!!!

29/03/2026: I ordered pizzas and a Starter Deal today. The potatoes weren't cooked, the onion rings were burnt. The pizzas had no taste. It's a shame, there aren't any pizzerias left to eat at in Douai.

12/03/2026: We ordered in-store at 8:04 PM. I ordered a Buffalo and a chicken BBQ pizza because I don't eat pork. I got it to go. When I got home, I realized I'd been given a calzone instead of the Buffalo. When I called, the woman told me I'd ordered a calzone, but no, I don't eat pork, so I don't see how I could have ordered a calzone with pork! The restaurant didn't even acknowledge the mistake and didn't offer to let us come back and give us the correct pizza. According to them, since they made a mistake when they put the order down and gave us the calzone, well, the calzone is due! The woman even insisted that I'd ordered the calzone, which is impossible since I don't eat pork. In short, they need to review their order taking and customer service.

27/03/2026: We ate at the restaurant on March 27th, and the service was frankly disappointing. The owner made snide remarks to her employee in front of the customers, and in a fit of anger, she slammed all the doors in front of everyone. So, we ate amidst the noise of slamming doors and inappropriate comments. The young waitress was very pleasant but clearly uncomfortable with the situation in front of the customers. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the owner definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

13/03/2026: The pizzas are good and the prices are reasonable. The service, and especially the owner who waits for you... you should change careers... Accounting or cleaning seems more suitable; interpersonal skills aren't your strong suit. It's a shame!

21/03/2026: A pleasant surprise! Location right at the foot of the cathedral. They just need to update the menu and give the facade a fresh coat of paint. 😃

19/03/2026: It's a shame that with such a beautiful location the food leaves something to be desired. Poor quality salmon. Vegetables swimming in oil. And a stale mille-feuille.

13/04/2026: The real taste of pizzas, just like the one in Béthune 15 years ago before everything went downhill. The staff are super friendly and don't work drunk, which is a must compared to Béthune 😆

13/04/2026: Honestly, you have no shame! We ordered three pizzas for delivery and it was the worst experience of our lives. The quality of the ingredients was horrendous, a complete joke, and the Bolognese pizza (it was like canned food with bits of carrot, onion, and disgusting meat). Not to mention the pizza dough, which was full of holes and as hard as a table! Don't change a thing, keep up the mediocrity.

14/04/2026: Where to begin?! Cash payment required (weird), the dough was terrible and completely raw, the tomato sauce was acidic... it went straight in the bin.

08/04/2026: The pizza delivery was very good, the delivery was a little long but as advertised (45 min).

20/04/2026: The steak tartare was indigestible, with too much sauce. The fries were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. You practically had to beg to get any sauce. You order a beer as an aperitif, and you get it with your meal. The waiter wasn't friendly. And it's expensive…

13/04/2026: A decent menu to choose from and reasonable prices, a nice dining room, friendly staff, music stuck in the 80s. I ordered the set menu; the flank steak was of above-average quality, the cheese sauce (included in the menu) was very good, I had asked for no salad but it was still on the plate, the fries were thin but tasty. As part of a group, a colleague had an issue with her pizza which earned her a discount, but the rest of the group was generally satisfied.
