15/03/2026: Disappointed by the quality as they were extremely salty. I'm still looking for the duck breast in the French pizza, which wasn't a giga size. The pizzas weren't the ones I ordered. In short, I don't recommend it.

03/05/2026: Excellent pizzas, just like in Marseille. Wood-fired pizzas are not the same as electric ones. The manager is very friendly, never disappointed.

25/08/2026: The waiter was incompetent and unpleasant; we waited two hours for an aperitif and two pizzas, and we skipped dessert. What a shame!

19/08/2026: On vacation. Ate here twice on a very charming little square. The service was very nice and friendly. My command of French isn't perfect, and neither is their English, but together you always manage to work things out ;) The pizzas were truly delicious, and the pastas wonderful! Highly recommended if you are in the area :)

17/05/2026: Three cyclists passing through Chevrey-Chambertin one evening stumbled upon this pizzeria. The manager is fantastic, the pizzas are great, and the price is excellent. I highly recommend it.

05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.

15/11/2025: From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable here. The staff is unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. You truly feel welcome and valued as a guest. But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

20/08/2026: What can I say... A warm welcome, and generous, delicious dishes: We ordered the trio, mussels marinière, and sea bream. It was absolutely delicious and finger-licking good!!! I recommend it 200%!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

18/08/2026: Delivered two days ago. The pizzas were completely tasteless... One was a kebab pizza with three different meats fighting each other, and the other was a goat cheese pizza with the goat cheese completely burnt. Plus, they forgot the Coke... I had previously tried a four-cheese pizza that I would call more of a "Rochfort" pizza! lol I strongly advise against it, a very bad experience. Oh yes, €26 for two cardboard pizzas. Never again! Horrible!

13/08/2026: The pizzas are very good but the waiting time is a big problem, I ordered 3 or 4 times, I was given a time over the phone which was not respected on all 3 or 4 occasions (more than 30 minutes).

21/08/2026: We wanted a quiet, unpretentious meal, and the service was excellent. We chatted with the chefs about the regional cuisine, which was worth discovering. The calf's head was worthy of a competition, the ribeye steak incredible, and everything was very well prepared. The wine was excellent (Faugère red). The price was reasonable and attractive. I highly recommend La Calabrese; thank you for this wonderful holiday experience.

06/04/2026: Order placed at 2:04 AM and a huge disappointment. One burger was missing from the order, which is already unacceptable. On top of that, the pizzas I received were truly pathetic: they seemed soggy, poor quality, and didn't resemble the photos on the app at all. I even have photos to prove the state of the order. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. Between forgetting a paid item and receiving mediocre pizzas, it was a truly unacceptable experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

22/08/2026: Great experience! We had a wonderful family meal! The welcome was very pleasant, which was lovely! The location is fantastic with an incredible view of the beautiful Sens Cathedral 🤩

22/08/2026: Ideal location under a colony of Gothic swallows, very responsive service even though all the tables in the courtyard were occupied, regional dishes living up to their reputation.

11/08/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying a handmade, wood-fired pizza. It was truly excellent. The preparation was incredibly fast; we ordered and it was ready in 10 minutes. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, with attentive and high-quality service. If I return to Pornic, I will gladly eat pizzas here again. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas last night; they weren't very topped and were overcooked. For the price, we expected better. We wanted to support a local business rather than a food truck... We regret it.

06/08/2026: It's a shame, the quality is going down. You order a mayonnaise kebab and you get an Andalusian mayonnaise kebab, all mixed together. I live 500 meters from the kebab shop. When I got home, it was cold. The meat is stored but not cut right away, so it's dry. It's a shame the quality is changing; please make an effort.

14/07/2026: We regularly dine at this establishment, and the food is always excellent. The chefs do a very good job, and the rest of the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, we are consistently disappointed by a waitress with short, red hair who wears glasses. On each visit, her attitude is cold and unpleasant, and she really feels like we're bothering her. This ultimately ruins our experience, when we come precisely to enjoy a meal in a friendly atmosphere. It's truly a shame that a single person can tarnish the image of an establishment that otherwise deserves to be appreciated for the quality of its cuisine and the dedication of the rest of the team. We hope that management will take this feedback into consideration, as this situation is recurring and detracts from the customer experience.
