We are posting this review to warn the owner of Pizz'América to be more vigilant so that such a hygiene problem does not happen again in the future.

05/04/2026: Outrageous experience. The bartender who served me greeted me with an Asian accent, clearly mocking me. It's not only disrespectful, but frankly shameful. His attitude was arrogant from beginning to end, as if he looked down on the customers. It's a far cry from the professionalism expected in this type of establishment. If this is what "service" is, he'd be better off finding another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

25/05/2026: Forget Italians, pasta topped with pesto and arrabbiata sauce is a disgusting and dry spaghetti. I would recommend clear pasta, lasagna, overcooked pasta such as penne with Gorgonzola and carbonara which have the same creamy taste. Let's skip the pizzas.

29/05/2026: To begin with, the staff is very unwelcoming, and the owner even less so… The pizzas are wood-fired, which is a very good point, but sometimes they're a bit overcooked, even burnt. There's a decent selection, but unfortunately, the flavor isn't very pronounced, and the crust is incredibly thin. The price is frankly excessive for what it is. Inside the restaurant, it's extremely hot; there's air conditioning, but it's turned off… The waitresses seem to be bothering them, especially when you ask questions, which is a real shame… The dining room is actually quite nice. To be honest, Domino's Pizza is better, sorry…

15/04/2026: A nice place, but as a pizza maker myself, I find it ridiculous to sell pizzas for €20, especially when there's practically nothing on them. It was good, but with no toppings on a micro-thin crust. I ordered a Mexican pizza, and my son ordered a Royale (but actually a Reine), each with four small pieces of chorizo ​​without peppers and four pieces of ham with three measly mushrooms... Honestly, it's outrageous. Then you wonder why people don't go to restaurants anymore. You're ripping people off on a dish like that; the profit margin is already high enough without trying to squeeze even more out of them.

13/06/2026: We ordered 7 pizzas for 11 am. We went to pick them up, but the man wasn't aware of the order. He told us he'd prepare them and we could pick them up around noon. However, something came up and we arrived at 1 pm, only to find the shop closed. So we knocked, and the man who opened the door was already rather unfriendly. He told us that since he didn't see us arrive, instead of calling us, he said he'd sold all the pizzas. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

14/06/2026: Hello, The service was appalling… a 1 hour 10 minute wait to be served on a Saturday night with very few customers. We ordered an aperitif and spring rolls with Reblochon cheese. €14 for three measly, tiny spring rolls that were practically nonexistent and tasteless, with only the taste of oil… hardly enough to feed six people. Then came the main courses… the wrong order. We had ordered a classic Swiss fondue, but a porcini mushroom fondue arrived, very small for two people… We pointed this out to the waiter, who insisted it was a fondue with Swiss cheese… true, but that wasn't what we ordered. We reminded him, and he insisted the cheese was Swiss. It seems difficult to distinguish between a Swiss fondue and a porcini mushroom fondue… Anyway, after 1 hour 10 minutes, we weren't about to ask for the correct order again. Furthermore, there weren't any glasses for water. A nice gesture of goodwill from the manager, who offered us a charcuterie board. I absolutely do not recommend this place…

We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer for €14, and we were quite surprised when our order arrived... just three measly, tiny spring rolls. We also ordered some pizzas, waited over an hour and ten minutes, and the pizzas were served lukewarm, bland, and unappetizing... in short, bottom-of-the-barrel. The restaurant was far from full. Some colleagues ordered a Swiss fondue for two people and received a porcini mushroom fondue instead... Not to mention that we weren't given glasses for our water. However, the owner did offer us a charcuterie board, which was a nice gesture. I do not recommend it.
