16/03/2026: I can't order using my secure credit card on their website. This isn't the first time it's happened. This problem doesn't occur on other ordering sites like McDonald's, Uber Eats, etc. They've lost a customer, even though I ordered very, very often.
(I should clarify that the issue likely stems from Domino's in general, not specifically the Dervallières location).

23/01/2026: I'm very disappointed with my Uber Eats order tonight! I ordered a beef burger with goat cheese and honey. I wanted the meat cooked rare. And this is what I got: a steak in several pieces, and very, very, very well done. It was crunchy like potato chips.

18/01/2026: Outrageous! I found a maggot in my pizza, which I bought last night. This isn't going to go! I went to the "restaurant" today to get an explanation and a refund. The cashier called her manager, who arrived quickly and told me it wasn't possible, that it must have come from my plate, and refused the refund... (Given the manager's profile, I wasn't expecting much more.)

07/02/2026: I called before ordering to get some information, and the person I spoke to was incredibly respectful, attentive, and polite. The order arrived quickly, and everything was exactly as requested: I had specifically asked for pizzas that weren't overcooked, and they were exactly as I wanted.
On top of that, the pizzas were simply amazing! A huge thank you to the whole team for this fantastic service. I highly recommend them! 🍕👏
06/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas and a giant cookie for €8. They ran out of giant cookies and offered me three cookies instead. Since I'm not a regular at Pizza Hut, I accepted, thinking it was a compromise. But no, one cookie costs €2 x 3 = €6. €2 isn't much, but this gesture was really poor. Besides, the pizzas weren't great. I definitely don't recommend this Pizza Hut.
