20/02/2026: I very rarely post reviews, whether positive or negative, but I ordered Cheesy Crunch today. I received a chicken-based product instead. The delivery driver told me they were out of stock, which is why I didn't receive any. WHY not make out-of-stock items unavailable for order? Because a product will end up in the trash because of this.

13/02/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered three pizzas in advance, for a specific time. They arrived late and there was an error in the order. The corrected order arrived after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. As a result, two of the three pizzas were cold and my evening was ruined. There was no compensation offered, and I lied when I called to inquire about the order's status. I now remember why I haven't ordered pizzas in a long time.

05/12/2025: So convenient, open 24/7! The pizzas are good, the ingredients are fresh, and there are several options, including pizzas as well as sweet and savory snacks. I met the young man who works there once; he was super friendly and well-maintained. I highly recommend it—very convenient and delicious!

08/10/2025: Since Tutti Matic has been here, I don't go there anymore, they don't have what you need and they can't make custom pizzas, I would like it to become a tutti pizza again with qualified people to manage it etc.

25/02/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to the manager who is currently (February 25th) in Laille, filling in for the absent manager. Finally, a competent and honest guy who takes responsibility and actually comes to see the customers when something goes wrong. Thanks again.

12/01/2026: Unprofessional and nasty (BAD):((((((((( The pizza was bad, the quality was zero, it tasted like frozen pizzas, and I had a horribly burnt one.) Avoid this restaurant, run away! They are unprofessional and horrible people. They respect nothing, and it makes you wonder about the hygiene and how the pizzas are made. The guy goes outside to smoke a cigarette and uses his hands to make the pizza without rinsing his fingers. Don't order and don't buy it! They are bad people! They don't care about the environment! They don't respect people! They don't respect animals! Bad restaurant! Zeroooo Pizza shop that pollutes! Their delivery trucks leave their lights on for the entire delivery, they pollute despite our numerous complaints! I do not recommend this establishment, which has staff who do not respect people. I question their hygiene standards. An establishment open 24/7, what kind of hygiene standards are they operating under? Are the conditions for pizzas met? Stop ordering pizzas from them. This shop doesn't respect the environment. They use mopeds that don't meet regulations, there's motor oil on the sidewalk, and the window lights are on all night with spotlights that disturb birds and all animals, including protected species. It also disturbs the neighbors. There's no respect for the environment. Motorcycles have oil problems, there's smoke, and some motorcycles leave their engines running, polluting the air, noise, and light. A business with no environmental ethics in the face of climate change? I advise against this place. You are responsible. 14/12/2025: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!! It's a scandal!!!! My pizza was never delivered, the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and dishonest, and Pizza Hut refuses to give me a refund.

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

05/10/2025: As I told you on the phone, your pizzas are delicious, but your delivery management is catastrophic! We called at 6:10 p.m. to be delivered on time; you announced 7:15 p.m.... and we finally got our delivery at 7:40 p.m. For a simple pizza! Tonight was the last time I'd come to your place. You're losing a good customer because you're not professional.

03/03/2026: Placed an order at 13.30 on a weekday and it took over an hour for the delivery to arrive despite only being a 10 minute drive away. Pizza arrived overcooked and cold.

27/02/2026: Delivery times are never met (over an hour and a half wait). I called several times to check on the status. Each time, I was told the driver would be leaving in a minute. Judging by the laughter the employee on the phone was having with her colleagues during the call with the customer, I gathered that being responsive wasn't exactly their priority. And to top it all off, there was an error on the order once the pizza was delivered... Unbelievable!

27/06/2025: The food is adequate to the price. However, there is a drama with Mr. Gray who serves customers. He is not nice if he hears that you want to order fewer pizzas than there are people. He takes away the cutlery, talks under his breath. Drama.

16/01/2026: First of all, the pastry is disgusting, there's way too much cheese even though I didn't ask for much cheese, and then the next day my whole family got gastroenteritis, so frankly it deserves 0 stars and I'm being nice by giving it 1 star!

08/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. The place wasn't very clean, there were crumbs and stains on the tables. The owner was unfriendly. There was no staff to serve us, and we waited an hour for a hot meal. The fish casserole was watery and overflowing from the dish. They sold us a mere 200 grams of butcher's cut of meat – you'd think they'd be trying too hard! The portion of fries was shameful. The kids' cheeseburger was just a bun and a patty with no cheese, salad, or anything else – very dry. The ice cream was frozen solid. One thing is for sure, they won't be seeing us again.

01/11/2025: We were with two small dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Yorkshire Terrier. The restaurant only allows one dog. We received a very poor welcome. The owner told us, "Otherwise, he'll open a dog bar." We understand, but there's a way to say it.

02/03/2026: Friendly welcome, slightly dated but pleasant dining room... Generous and tasty dishes. However, overpriced for such an establishment.

01/02/2026: Four of us called in here for hot drinks after a hike. We got a warm welcome, a table by the log fire and delicious chocolat chaud. The lemon meringue pie was good, too. The decor is a bit quirky but that's part of the charm of the place !
