22/09/2026: Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: remember to reserve the ramp as an extra. Friday evening, we had planned something particularly daring: going out to eat as a group of three, one of whom was in a wheelchair. Being cautious, we had called that morning to ask if the restaurant was wheelchair accessible. The answer was yes. So we reserved a table for three at 8:30 p.m. So far, so good. Upon arrival, we were asked if there were only two of us. "No, the third person is waiting outside. In their wheelchair." We were then told that they would have to enter through the garage or that a ramp would be installed. Perfect. We waited. And we waited. And… we waited some more. After several reminders and about 20 minutes outside, a cook finally arrived to install the ramp. A big thank you to him, by the way, because he was incredibly kind. So, we brilliantly completed level 1: GETTING INTO THE RESTAURANT. 🎉 Level 2: FINDING A TABLE. And then, a waitress very seriously informed us that the only available seats were downstairs. Downstairs. With stairs. For the person in a wheelchair whose presence we had specifically mentioned when making the reservation. At this point, I admit I was looking for a hidden camera prank. We were finally told that an accessible table should become available "soon." So we waited another ten minutes before deciding to abandon this fantastic immersive adventure. In short: we had called, specified the presence of a wheelchair, checked the accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and reserved a table. And despite all these precautions, we spent a good part of our evening waiting outside, waiting for a ramp, then waiting for a table that we had, in fact, reserved. A quick reminder: being "accessible to people with reduced mobility" doesn't mean having a ramp stored somewhere in a garage and stairs leading to available tables. It means being able to welcome a person with a disability with dignity, especially when they've taken the precaution of notifying us several hours in advance. We ended up leaving without dinner. Next time, when making a reservation, we'll remember to specify: "Hello, a table for three, please. And could you also reserve the ramp, the restaurant entrance, and a table on the same floor as the wheelchair?" Apparently, "accessible to people with reduced mobility" lacked a bit of precision. 😉

13/08/2026: Pizza Royale is a real gem. The pizzas are top-notch: bursting with flavor, perfect crust, and an incredible selection that lets you mix things up. I really appreciated being able to choose from several sizes, ideal for a light snack or a serious pizza craving. The prices are very reasonable, especially for such quality. This applies to both the pizzas and the drinks. The service is impeccable, fast, and friendly. The owner is exceptionally kind: he always takes the time to chat with his customers for a few minutes, even when the place is full. This thoughtful touch makes all the difference. Honestly, I wish there was a pizzeria this good, with so many choices, in my area. Pizza Royale is a place I wholeheartedly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

23/08/2026: We booked for 9. Upon arrival, not a smile, a cold welcome from the manager, I think. Arrived at 6:45 PM and ordered an aperitif within minutes of our arrival. The aperitif was served 15 minutes later, and our order was taken. Our main courses were served at 8:27 PM after we asked several times. 1 hour and 30 minutes for two pasta dishes and 7 pizzas, not an apology, nothing. It's really a shame, the place is very nice, the pizzas are a bit pricey but very, very good; however, the pasta was served cold.

01/07/2026: Dinner last night, just the two of us. The pizzas were as good as ever. Warm welcome. Quiet outdoor terrace. I highly recommend it. Come and visit!

21/11/2025: So I went there with my family during the summer holidays, and the service was really quick and good. However, a customer, probably a regular, was talking really loudly and was having a beer with the owner in peace and quiet, but we ignored it... My food arrived; I think I ordered a chicken salad, and THERE WAS AN INSECT! HELP!!!! Then I had two scoops of ice cream, and the price was a bit high for the quantity. Otherwise, the waitress was super pleasant and really kind.

07/10/2025: I really like this restaurant; its food is very good, with fresh, healthy, and very well-prepared ingredients. And its authentic French character makes it my favorite restaurant near the port of Antibes. I prefer to go there outside of busy days or hours, and I watch the veterans who meet there, chat amicably with the owner, and reminisce about their adventures at sea. It's not a Pagnol painting because we're in Antibes, but it's one of the rare living and authentic portraits of Antibes, daughter of the Mediterranean. And the food is good!

06/09/2026: I ordered four-cheese pizzas, and we saw the owner rush to the supermarket to buy them and serve them to us, claiming he had made them himself. Unfortunately, he had forgotten the packaging on the counter.

13/09/2026: The meal was very good, however the service needs improvement… a 30-minute wait for a pizza and linguine bolognese. Then the waitress kindly offered me grated Gruyère cheese, which I gladly accepted, but she never came back… a bit disappointed.

25/09/2026: Hats off to the young team! Passing by chance and desperate to find an open restaurant near the highway, it was a wonderful surprise to receive not only delicious pizzas but also pizzas made with excellent ingredients, some of them local and organic. Seeing the team of young people working with such enthusiasm was truly a pleasure. Well done and thank you!

27/08/2026: We wanted to try Pizza Rhuys after seeing that most of their ingredients were local and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas were good, but...: Regarding the cooking, we didn't taste the wood fire. The ingredients are good, but the major drawback is that they are really under-topped. Add more toppings because we were left wanting more... For example, my dad wanted to try the sardine pizza, and there were only six small pieces of sardine... The goat cheese pizza had far too much honey, which is a shame because the goat cheese was really delicious. I'm not sure I'll try it again because there are better and more generously topped pizzas in the area (Sulniac or Elven, for example).

15/10/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! This is the second time I've been to this bakery. The first time, the saleswoman was petting a dog, and then she came to serve me without wearing gloves or washing her hands. The second time, she had a cloth with some kind of cleaning product in her hand and tried to serve me without washing her hands. I find that disgusting.
