06/07/2026: Among the best pizzas I've ever had, both for the quality of the dough and the generous toppings made with good ingredients. My personal favorite was the Dame Blanche pizza. The service is quick, the welcome is warm, and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

I'm speechless; even the pizza maker is so kind and brings a smile to your face with his innate warmth. 27/08/2026: A bill rip-off, food worthy of a bad school cafeteria, and slow service: avoid at all costs! We had fish and chips and two burgers. The fish and chips was okay. However, the €20 burgers were a disaster: the buns were as hard as crackers, as if they'd been left in the oven for too long. Then, we weren't asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. I asked for them rare anyway. They came back... well-done! But cooked like they'd been microwaved. Rubbery, dense, and overcooked. At €21, it's outrageous. We felt completely ripped off. But that's not all. We paid, left, and thought, "That's strange, it's still expensive." We turned around and asked for a breakdown. The waitress who served us and took our payment told us it wasn't possible to get a receipt. I said, "It's easy, just take the menu and do the bill." She called her manager. He sulked and gave her a dirty look. Well, yes, they secretly charged us 8 euros extra for two beers. Outrageous. Frankly, they're not good in the kitchen and they have dishonest practices at the till. Read other reviews; you'll see that other people have had the same experience. We don't recommend it; quite the opposite. Avoid it.

22/08/2026: We ordered four pizzas to take away and during the 30-minute wait we had an aperitif on the terrace. The pizzas were very good and generously topped. I recommend it.

11/08/2026: I waited 30 minutes at the entrance to be served and no one acknowledged me, even though I'd already signaled to a server. A couple arrived after me but were served in less than 3 minutes.

07/08/2026: Too long a wait, what a shame... at lunchtime it's often people on their breaks who come to eat, it would be good to warn them that the wait is very long... more than 30 minutes when you have a 45-minute break... The waitress who replied to my question about these delays, "I'm not in control of the time," is practically insulting... When the table of 7 people who arrived after us was served before us, we asked the waitress again, and she started complaining, "Normally there are 3 of us, but now there are only 2, it's tough..." I understand your organizational difficulties, your complaints to your management who certainly aren't hiring enough, but we work too... It would have been professional to warn people about the wait for the pizzas... And we weren't the only ones complaining... We won't be coming back and will go to the restaurant L'Industrie next door, which has better ratings and very positive reviews... Pizza Nico, you're going to lose customers with this way of doing things...

15/07/2026: Pizza ordered by phone for 9 PM. When we arrived, it was incredibly busy, and we were told there would be a delay of over 30 minutes... Instead of telling us over the phone about the longer wait, he preferred to take a bunch of orders at once. Zero points... I should mention that the owner left the employees alone without even coming to help them; the employees did what they could. But with an owner like that who prefers to watch his football match instead of coming to the pizzeria, I find it disrespectful to the employees. Shame on this owner.

10/10/2026: One of the best pizzas in Cholet. Disappointed with my order. I clearly stated that I didn't want mushrooms on my pizza, but I received them anyway. It's a shame not to respect customer requests. I hope this won't happen again and that an effort will be made for future orders.

18/05/2026: Horrible! We went to eat there on a Monday because everything around was closed... A disaster! My son and I were sick all afternoon after eating a pizza. It must have been thawed incorrectly... A disaster, never again!

06/08/2026: Avoid this pizzeria! Under the pretext that the person taking my order made a mistake, I was served a Vosges salad without potatoes instead of some kind of pizza with potatoes. So far, so good, except for a very inappropriate and unpleasant remark accusing me of making a mistake and saying it was my fault! Everyone else at the table confirmed my order. When you run a business, you avoid this kind of remark and take responsibility for your mistakes, which is the least you can do! I will never set foot in this establishment again!

16/09/2026: The terrace was great. However, the food was completely unsatisfactory, both the pizzas and the carpaccio. And the service left much to be desired.

15/09/2026: Really shitty, we got there as group as 3 so we decided to order three coffee rallonge, my friend ordered and just because she ordered she got a full cup while we got two middle filled cups my friend even got less than me! We’re really disappointed!
