04/01/2026: We were very disappointed. Upon arrival, we asked if it was possible to turn up the heat. We were told no, and in a rather unpleasant manner. Two people were eating wearing hats, and we had to put our coats back on to finish our meal. There were no hand dryers in the restrooms; we had to ask for them. Again, the answer was positive, but not friendly. Not a word of apology (it happens!). The young waitress was very friendly, which was not the case for the other waitress (the manager?). The meat was tough, the fries were soggy and overcooked (reheated?). Some of the potatoes in the morbiflette were undercooked. We didn't dare say anything because we were embarrassed for our friend from Autun who had accompanied us and recommended this restaurant. The pizza, however, was very good. The apple tart was very average (store-bought?). We do not recommend this establishment. It's a shame for the young waitress who was doing her best to make up for it! The setting is very pretty, though.

22/07/2026: An experience bordering on mediocre. We were greeted by the pizza chef, who made it perfectly clear that he was "annoyed" to accommodate a table of seven at 9:15 pm, even though we had booked just 30 minutes before our arrival. I find this attitude very questionable, even disrespectful. The waitress was barely welcoming, completely lost, and her attitude unfortunately didn't improve the experience. It's a real shame, because the food is very good and the restaurant could be excellent. But the staff's behavior makes you not want to return. Almost turning away a table of seven, when the restaurant had probably only served a few customers that evening, is hard to understand. Our table, however, had a very good meal. We also need to consider revenue and the image we project to customers… I understand that the kitchen closes at 10 p.m., but when a restaurant accepts a reservation, the least they can do is welcome customers properly and not make them feel like they're bothering them.

23/08/2026: A takeaway pizza on a Saturday night... super fast service even though the terrace was full... one of the best pizzas we've had in a while, and we're regulars at the weekly pizza place... highly recommended.

24/06/2026: Frankly disappointed with the pizzas I recently ordered. I'll let you guess which one is in the photo... wrong! It's not eggplant/goat cheese, but the one called "salmon." We looked everywhere, but we never found any salmon. Another recurring issue in other reviews, which I also experienced with the "gourmet" pizza, was the completely raw crust in the center. I know what I'm about to say won't bother you, but you've just lost a customer.

24/07/2026: Good sandwiches, no complaints, but the delivery time is incredibly long! We were told 20 minutes, but in the end, we received our delivery almost an hour later… disappointing!

31/07/2026: This restaurant benefits from the near absence of competition. If competition were to arrive, they would have to do better, meaning at the very least, be good. - The service was unpleasant. Granted, there were no smiles, but sighing when a customer asks for a carafe of water is unheard of. Wine selection should be requested at the very least during the meal, ideally beforehand, but not at the end with an air of annoyance at the response of "nothing, thank you." - I ordered a pizza, and I was disappointed. It wasn't to my taste, let's just say. I came once before but returned to give it "a chance," and also because it's the only restaurant in the area. I think I'll pass from now on.

25/04/2026: The value for money isn't great. The pizzas are good, but expensive for what they are. The pasta is egg-free, which I find unacceptable, not only considering the price but also because it wasn't mentioned on the menu. And it was undercooked. We were served a "gourmet coffee," but without coffee, and with chipped dishes.

31/07/2026: We arrived at 7:45 PM. She warned us that they were closing in 15 minutes, which was surprising for a Friday night in the middle of July. So the welcome wasn't exactly friendly, but since she was about to close the restaurant, we probably disturbed her. However, no complaints: the salads are generous and delicious! I highly recommend it!!

17/06/2026: Mexican/Latino friends, if you come, PLEASE don't order the honey mustard. They put wasabi in it without telling you, and it's incredibly spicy. If it weren't for that, it would have been amazing. Come anyway, but be careful with the honey mustard!

We are posting this review to warn the owner of Pizz'América to be more vigilant so that such a hygiene problem does not happen again in the future.
