22/02/2026: The pizza was burnt and tasteless. Very disappointed, ruined evening.

29/10/2025: When you get back from the coast, whatever the time or day, the Souraïde vending machine is a godsend. Eight pizzas to choose from, ready in 4 minutes 30 seconds. My partner and I opted for the "Pappy-Jo" and we weren't disappointed. The thin crust wasn't burnt and was even crispy, though not too much for our taste. Just a few toppings were "burnt" from contact with the aluminum tray. When I say "a few," I mean two or three bits of bacon, so it's not the end of the world. We'll gladly try the others when we're back.

20/09/2025: Good food but poor service, waiter not attentive despite the small number of people

15/09/2025: Disastrous experience from start to finish. 1 hour wait for 3 dishes, a nervous and stringy foie gras... inedible, a cold and tasteless tuna tataki (mashed potatoes and tataki), borderline mussels with soggy fries. We never got water for the dog and the menu displayed was not available. Avoid.

06/02/2026: I ordered at 8 PM, they told me 9 PM, and at 9:30 PM they said they'd forgotten about me. The pizzas were good, but we won't be back; not professional enough.

24/01/2025: Nice setting/neighborhood. Very nice decor and friendly welcome! Now, the croques madame are not to be had, they smell a little too industrial (even if the fries are homemade) and some prices are incomprehensible. Non-alcoholic beer? 25 cl bottle? €6.50! I thought I was choking when I found out the price. Overall, I find it too expensive for the perceived quality and I had the feeling more like I was paying for a frame. It's even better to go back down to rue Saint Rémi, a few hundred meters away, and try some little restaurants that offer real homemade food for 20 bucks, the starter/main course/dessert menu!

15/02/2026: Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything, and yet I really enjoyed the pizzas. The prices are reasonable if you order two, but if you only order one, it's incredibly expensive. It's a shame this pricing system is designed to push you to order two every time, but oh well.

22/01/2026: Delicious pizza, very kind and friendly staff. I highly recommend Planet Pizza. The pizzas are good, and the crispy ones are better than at other places; they're less heavy and taste better.

17/01/2026: Disappointing! I waited 50 minutes without receiving a single text or call of apology (the delivery driver apparently forgot the drinks). I had to call three times for an explanation, and the manager was unpleasant, almost aggressive, even speaking to me curtly. I had to insist to even consider a possible compensation, and the dish finally arrived practically cold and undercooked. Frankly, I strongly advise against ordering from them and will never do so again. A complete lack of respect and professionalism. el!

16/01/2026: Cold takeaway pizzas. Online order, promised delivery time completely ignored, with an additional 25-minute wait. Then they forgot one pizza, resulting in even more waiting, and no apology or explanation. No manager whatsoever, a complete disaster! Go somewhere else, you'll regret it.

27/08/2025: We had just left the beach as a family and were looking for a pizzeria. What a great discovery! The welcome was wonderful (smiles and good humor) and the pizzas were delicious. The chicken is halal and the lady took special care during the preparation which my sister and I found adorable. Thank you! I highly recommend!

26/08/2025: Fast service, pleasant staff but very mediocre quality pizzas (hard dough, flavorless ingredients, etc.) All for a fairly high price.

03/07/2025: 3rd time I've tried to get pizzas, 1st time for takeaway (1h20 late, no goodwill gesture), I thought no big deal it must have been a mistake. 2nd time, for delivery, 45min late, no goodwill gesture. 3rd time, today, 31min late for takeaway, no goodwill gesture. So stop setting times if you don't know how to respect them. And next time I'll listen to my loved ones speed is not part of your field.

17/02/2026: It took over an hour to deliver two ridiculously small pizzas that were supposed to be for two. They didn't answer the phone.

30/01/2026: I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I ate there yesterday with a friend. The service was quick and friendly. Plus, everything was delicious and perfect.

20/11/2025: The shop has been nice since the renovations. The pizzas are good (my favorite is the croque monsieur). Kevin and Cyr are friendly and always provide good service.

10/11/2025: I came here for lunch today to eat a pizza, and I'm really disappointed. The restaurant seems half-abandoned, the hygiene is appalling: an extension cord was lying in the middle of the counter, the toilets were filthy, and there wasn't even any water to wash your hands. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked and frankly inedible for €17. I strongly advise against going to this place.

20/01/2026: I ordered a large pizza by phone and received a medium one! You need to pay more attention to the ordering process.

12/01/2026: A warm welcome from a young woman with a Lebanese accent. My pizza, the famous Bacon Groovy, was ready when I arrived. Parking is available in front.

14/02/2026: I find the reviews rather harsh… our experience was excellent, the dish (andouillette sausage and fries) was very good, as was the pepper sauce. I even got an extra portion of fries. Sometimes it's best to try it for yourself.

23/02/2026: For those who remember the sugar crepe scene in the French comedy film "Les Bronzés," this is exactly it. You walk in, and to ask for a table, you feel like you're bothering them. I've read some other reviews, and they're spot on. The "I'm out of pizza at 1 p.m." line couldn't be more true. The service is appalling. Another evening, I went back because my apartment was right next door. At 9:20 p.m., I ordered three pizzas to go, and they looked at me like I was an alien. They told me they'd been out of pizza for ages... They like to claim they're fully booked for two weeks, which is completely untrue. The restaurant is often half empty when you walk by during service hours. Last but not least, I had the "pleasure" of eating a pizza there. It was disgusting, and the dough was frozen. Avoid at all costs.
