15/07/2026: I was in a hurry before my flight and stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the welcome was particularly unpleasant. At the time, I even wondered if my appearance (I'm Arab) had influenced how I was treated. However, after reading other Google reviews, I noticed that several customers reported the same kind of behavior. Upon entering, I said hello. The two men there responded, but not the woman. They were standing in the middle of the aisle, making it difficult to access the tables inside. I had to walk almost directly past her before saying hello again. A few moments later, after I had already entered, I heard someone behind me: "Sir!" "Yes?" "Where are you going?" "I'm here to eat." "Outside or inside?" "Inside." "Are you eating? Are you having a drink?" “— I’m eating.” — “Okay, have a seat inside.” Beyond the questions themselves, it was the way they were asked that bothered me most. Calling a customer over from behind with a curt tone, asking them where they were going when they were already inside the establishment, is not a welcoming way to greet someone. You then tried to be more pleasant, but the first impression had already been made. Madam, this feedback is constructive: your tone, your manner of greeting customers, and your attitude all need to be reviewed. A simple smile and a “Hello, would you like to eat here?” would have been enough to make this experience completely different. Your attitude didn’t even make me want to order anything decent. I know in advance that you will probably respond by denying the facts or claiming not to remember them. Yet, this scene took place barely two hours ago.

23/06/2026: A very bad experience. We came as a family and had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple pizza. The wait was abnormally long, and no explanation was given. With a child, this wait was particularly unpleasant. Such slow service is hardly acceptable. We left very disappointed and do not recommend this establishment.

23/07/2026: Disgusting. They often say that a restaurant is judged by the state of its toilets... well, that's certainly true of this one. As I was leaving the restroom, I saw the owner spreading tomato sauce on a pizza base with his bare hands, even though he had just opened the door for us. Run away before you risk septicemia in this restaurant. In fact, mea culpa, that's exactly what we did before our aperitifs even arrived at our table... The waitress, on her boss's orders, chased us down to demand payment for what we hadn't consumed. The health inspectors should pay a visit to this establishment, which seems more than a little dubious... ugh...

23/07/2026: Passing through one weekday evening in July, we stopped on the terrace for a chef's burger (surprise! Today it was delicious chorizo ​​and cheese) and an andouillette sausage, all served with fries and salad—just the right amount of filling. The service was really friendly, and the chef even came by to say good evening. We highly recommend it :-)

26/08/2026: We had a fantastic time at the Pizzeria du Golf de Ponant! This family-run pizzeria has a very friendly welcome and is ideally located on the edge of the Étang de Ponant lake. The outdoor setting is beautiful and artistic, both day and night (see photos). You can eat in or take away—we opted for takeaway. That evening, there was a piano performance on the water: a perfect combination! The restrooms were clean, and as a bonus, they gave us a free pizza at the end. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

28/08/2026: Hello, I've been a customer for several months and have never been disappointed, but today was a disaster. I ordered two pizzas (ham and dauphinoise), and the dough wasn't cooked. We realized this as soon as we got home and called the kiosk. A very pleasant woman put me through to a very unpleasant man, and I mean it. Aside from saying "yes, yes," and completely ignoring what we said, he didn't say a word, didn't want to hear anything. This person is in no way customer-oriented. To be able to eat the two pizzas, we had to put them back in the oven. It's a shame because once cooked properly, the pizzas are good. But this uncooked dough and unpleasant man ruined everything.

16/08/2026: The bread is very good, the service efficient (if not particularly friendly), the roast chickens and other takeaway options are good value for money, they even make reasonably priced pizzas (which is handy)... The real bargain for me was getting the breakfast deal every morning for a week: for less than €5, you get a good coffee, a large orange juice, a croissant and a pain au chocolat (both quite good)... Excellent value for money!

The atmosphere is really pleasant, and we quickly felt at ease, which made the meal even more enjoyable. As for the pizza, we have absolutely no complaints: it was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a light, soft texture and a slightly crispy edge. The ingredients were very good and, above all, well-balanced, allowing us to appreciate each flavor without any one element overpowering the others. You can really tell that attention is paid to quality and preparation. The cooking was also perfect: neither overcooked nor undercooked, exactly just right. The pizza arrived piping hot, generous, and very appetizing. It's exactly the kind of pizza where you finish your plate thinking you could have almost had a second one. The service was also impeccable. The team is professional yet remains warm and friendly. The wait was reasonable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It's friendly, pleasant, and comfortable enough to take your time and enjoy your meal. The cleanliness was also excellent, which is always a big plus. Finally, the value for money is very good considering the quality of the meal and the overall experience. You really leave with the feeling of having had a great time and having eaten something high-quality. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and of course, the pizza. I highly recommend Di Napoli to anyone looking for a good pizzeria. It's an address I'll definitely keep in mind and where I'll gladly return!

The pizzas are good, but before ordering, make sure you have all the ingredients listed on the menu, and take your pizzas to go elsewhere because the service is currently deplorable and the air conditioning and credit card machine are out of order. They will be paying by check or cash.
