03/08/2026: Quality is nowhere to be found at this restaurant, neither in the service nor the food. And the price? Far too high; €14 for a pizza like that is highway robbery. To mess up a wood-fired pizza like that takes some doing... The salads and children's menus are just as bad. I strongly advise against going there.

09/09/2026: When will I get a refund for an order I placed on their website on a Sunday evening? After waiting for an hour and receiving no response, I found the pizzeria closed when I went there, with a note on the window saying they were out tonight. :) The payment was taken from my account, and I've called and emailed but received no reply in a week. What do I need to do to finally get them to listen to me?

29/08/2026: First time ordering pizzas from Del Marco for delivery, and I wasn't disappointed. The crust is thin and firm, just the way I like it, no unnecessary thick edges, the toppings are well arranged, and most importantly, the crust is thin and firm enough to fold and eat with your hands without it dripping everywhere. The dough is easy to digest, and the ingredients are excellent. I recommend it! Of course, those who like thick, soggy crusts with indigestible edges should look elsewhere. Plus, the delivery was on time and the pizzas were hot.

03/09/2026: The "tasty crunchy" one was truly inedible. Two tiny pieces of chicken barely scraping by. And the rice? Don't even get me started. In short, it was a complete disaster.

17/10/2026: Definitely the worst restaurant on Place aux Huiles. I ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak. I ended up with a piece of meat that was nothing but fat and completely cold. I sent the plate back to the kitchen. They served me the same piece of meat, just reheated. Avoid at all costs.

11/10/2026: The waitress, who was unpleasant, seated us, and then we waited quite a while without her returning. I finally had to ask one of her colleagues to take our order (even though there were only four occupied tables). The food arrived very quickly, which was a plus. I ordered a burrata salad, simple but good, with a generous portion of burrata. However, my partner ordered an entrecote steak, and it was truly disgraceful! The meat was very fatty, with tough pieces... It really tasted like scraps! It's a real shame, because despite my meal being decent, the service and the quality of the meat disappointed us. Therefore, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place.

02/09/2026: Despite my fondness for the owner (which is why I gave it two stars), I stopped going to this restaurant, where I'd been a loyal customer for years, after noticing a significant drop in quality. I mentioned it, and finally placed one last order (after three disappointing experiences), explaining that it would be the last if I didn't get the same experience my whole family was used to. But the result was a pizza fit only for the bin, not to mention the salad I ordered for my wife... It was our favorite pizza. We don't understand what happened. I was just as disappointed by this "new quality" as by the response during my last visit: "Our customers are happy and prefer our new recipe," followed by "We haven't changed anything." As a side note: I don't get delivery; I pick up my order (which is a 40-minute round trip for me). And I very rarely leave negative reviews for restaurants.

03/04/2026: I called them at 9:15 PM on a Friday night to order two pizzas. They refused my order, saying they closed at 9:20 PM, even though their website states 9:30 PM as their closing time. Frankly, it's not like it takes an hour to make two half-frozen pizzas. They simply didn't want to finish five minutes late. Not very professional of them.

09/10/2025: I ordered a tuna pizza, and it was absolutely disgusting: the crust was soggy, tasteless, and inedible. When I politely asked why it was like that, the owner and his son started verbally abusing me. His son even tried to hit me, even though I remained calm. And to top it all off, the owner told me to go eat at McDonald's! Honestly, shameful behavior and disrespectful service. Avoid at all costs.

The entire team is fantastic: always welcoming, warm, smiling, and very professional. We're greeted with a smile every time we visit, and that's truly a pleasure. The pizzas are excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the recipes are consistently delicious. Preparation is quick, cooking is perfect, and delivery is efficient. The service is consistent, and you can feel their genuine desire to satisfy customers. A little shout-out from your VIP loyal customer: you'll surely recognize me, it's Mr. 2+2 Menu, always with my must-have Algerian and Cannibal pizzas. 😄 Thank you to the whole team for your good humor and professionalism. 15/07/2026: Honestly, always top-notch! We're regular customers with the BigKiff menu: 2+2 Cannibal and Algerian 😉 The team is always smiling, always laughing and chatting, a really great atmosphere. Always on time, orders respected, and the two times there were mistakes, they were corrected and the employees apologized, even though they don't make mistakes. When I read some of the comments about customers being ripped off or being scammed, I really appreciate the number of times I've been there and the employees have always followed hygiene procedures: sneezing into their elbows, washing their hands, etc. In conclusion, that's all for now. Don't change a thing, stay just as you are, always so warm, smiling, and welcoming. I highly recommend it! See you soon for another order! 🙂🙂
