07/06/2026: Even giving it one star breaks my heart. The management is nonexistent; it's immediately apparent when you go to the shop. They're all listless, unwelcoming, and ALL on their phones. The pizza is mediocre—in short, nothing is right.
16/05/2026: The pizza was way overpriced. It had no taste and was far too expensive for the quality. I don't recommend it.

16/05/2026: Very pleasant. The food was very good, the servers were friendly and professional, and there's a beautiful view of the Nice theater. The service is quick and less expensive than other places on the same street. I don't understand the bad reviews.
I recommend it!

13/01/2026: Excellent experience! We placed a spontaneous and quick order for several people, including burgers, kebabs, and paninis. I highly recommend the Italian bread paninis—a real treat! The portion was more than generous and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

12/04/2026: A very warm welcome and a truly cozy atmosphere, which is lovely. I ordered three large 40cm pizzas to take away. While the toppings tasted quite good, they unfortunately lacked generosity.
The most disappointing aspect was the crust: despite the pizzas' generous size, the dough didn't seem fresh and was severely undercooked. Very white and with a cardboard-like texture, the experience was disappointing. It's a shame, but I don't think I'll be back...

01/02/2026: Very disappointing pizza. The dough was a disaster, and the toppings were very meager (Parma pizza). A former customer, I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
21/09/2025: Never again!!! The pizzas are not at all tasty, the ingredients are of poor quality. The bacon is excessively salty, and as for the ham, it's just dry, tasteless, roughly chopped ham end. In short, a terrible experience.

06/06/2026: This Pizza Hut is engaging in illegal business practices. They advertise a "buy one, get one free" pizza, but refuse to give out the free pizza. Plus, the manager is awful; I had to call the police to resolve the issue. And to top it off, I found hairs in my pizza.
30/05/2026: Avoid deliveries via Uber Eats…you never get the complete order and the pizzas are good but tiny, I don't recommend it!

27/04/2026: A huge thank you to Pavel (I hope that's spelled right) who delivered our order tonight. He had a big smile and was very polite; he even came up the stairs for the delivery! 10 stars to this gentleman! Delivery drivers like him are rare.
And of course, thank you to the whole team who do their best all year round so we can enjoy your delicious pizzas!

18/06/2026: I ordered a kebab through Uber Eats from Pizza des Lys in Osny and was extremely disappointed.
The "kebab" I received was nothing like a real kebab. The meat was of very poor quality, with an unappetizing texture and appearance. Frankly, it was disastrous.
I regularly order kebabs and I've never received such a disappointing product. I couldn't even finish it.
I do not recommend this establishment for this type of order.
25/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and frankly, it was a bad experience: a huge delay (cold Greek food), small portions (especially the meat), and overall not very good. Hoping I don't get sick in the next few days.

You're better off getting a pizza from a local pizzeria or somewhere else; I'm disappointed.
25/04/2026: I ordered a Groovy pizza without the BBQ sauce, which is the heart of this pizza. I called, was put on hold forever, and then they hung up on me.
For the second pizza, I ordered the bacon topping for €3.50, and I only received two pieces of bacon—unacceptable.
I filed two complaints online since it wasn't possible to do so by phone, and this isn't the first time.

I'm seriously considering reducing the number of orders I place, or even stopping altogether.
They have promotions for groups, but what about individual menus or buying things individually? The prices have become ridiculous.

16/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the location! This place is a tourist trap. The food is frankly mediocre, the mayonnaise and mustard are from the previous season, and to top it off, they don't take credit cards… in short, avoid it.
22/02/2026: Beef tartare that was still thawed, expired mayonnaise, and the manager tells us it's impossible because he just opened. The truth is, it's all from the previous season. Completely unprofessional and not good at all. You're better off eating at home.

08/04/2026: As a customer for 20 years, I'm changing my rating from 5 to 0! The staff has become unwelcoming since the owner changed, and the pizzas are no longer good. I ordered eight pizzas, and they put tomato sauce on every single one, even the ones that were supposed to be made with crème fraîche!
They need to take a hard look at themselves.
