09/10/2025: Exceptional setting just a few meters from the port and the beach. It's the only decent restaurant in the area, and we were very disappointed. No water or bread on the table. The dishes listed on the menu don't exist. "I told you, 'No paella, prawns, monkfish, or fish...'" said the waiter. The ham croquettes are mostly potato croquettes. The mussels with chorizo ​​swim in a creamy pink sauce, and most are already detached from their shells. They don't contain any chorizo. The waiters are heavily tattooed, burly men in shorts. We miss the old-fashioned service in restaurants, and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this part of Hendaye?

29/08/2026: Update following your response (8 months later): For every negative review, you systematically reply that it's the customer's fault. I live in Lherm, I'm not stupid, I know where I'm going, especially since there's no other option 😉 Self-reflection is important. We've been occasional customers since it opened. It's clearly not gourmet food, but it used to do the job. Except lately, it's hit rock bottom. Systematic errors with orders (for 4 people): wrong sauce, wrong meat, missing fries... Tonight was our last order, sorry... Everything was dripping with oil. Hands were soaked... Fries were incredibly soggy and swimming in oil. Nuggets were the same. Chicken was the same. Wrong sauce in one of the sandwiches. Two tacos that won't be finished, and yet, hungry teenagers. 40 bucks for 4 tacos, some of which will end up in the trash... No way.

05/08/2026: Faouzi wasn't very clean, but the quality of the food was still better. Now it's disgusting McDonald's fries with the worst possible mayo. What a shame, first and last time. The atmosphere is nice, and it's clean, but that's it, it's only good for a drink, that's all. Don't order the fries.

22/07/2026: I tried a tray of fries: soggy, greasy, and white—in short, what I call dead fries. Otherwise, the place is very nice, quite secluded, so there's no competition for the other establishments near the campsite: all the reviews struggle to reach 3.5/5. Ideal spot for a picnic!

04/09/2026: What a change!!! The service was incredibly slow, and the food had absolutely no flavor... We waited a while for dessert, which never arrived, so we left. They weren't exactly overwhelmed by the crowds... The dining room wasn't very clean, everything needs to be reviewed, we miss the old pizzeria.

07/09/2025: I used to come here during my childhood for the welcome and the friendliness. I went back on Saturday, September 6. I was very disappointed to run away. The owner yelled at her son for over 30 minutes. The gentleman was there with him, it should have been a relaxing moment, but I was more eager to leave. What a shame...

01/09/2025: Table reserved for 7 elderly people (aged 75 to 90). The welcome was not at all warm. We were confined between a partition and another table, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. It was impossible to move around. The wait for our food was very long, the rosé wine was not fresh and served in water glasses, and the mussels were reheated and dry. We complained to the owner, who felt attacked. This place should be avoided, which is exactly what we should have done!!! Deserves no stars.

17/09/2026: I've been to this establishment several times because I work in the same shopping center. I'm extremely disappointed with the service, especially from the waitresses who are disrespectful, unpleasant, and don't even say hello. They speak rudely. One of them doesn't speak French (the recruitment process was a complete failure). I ordered pasta with cheese, and she said "pasta" with an Italian word I didn't know. I told her, "I don't speak Italian, I want pasta with cheese, please." She made me repeat it a second time in Italian. Then, once I got to work to eat, knowing I only had an hour break, I realized it was pasta with meat, and I don't eat meat. I went back, and she laughed at me. There was no compensation whatsoever. I'll never set foot in there again. I've been several times. Each time I was disrespected, but this time was the last straw. I had to eat in 10 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous. This happened at noon, it's evening now, I still hate her for who she thinks she is. We all work, it's hard, but respect people, you slut.

11/09/2026: Very disappointed with my delivery. Pizzas advertised online at €6, I called for delivery and was charged €30 for 2 pizzas instead of €12. No one mentioned this on the phone. I will no longer use their delivery service.

18/08/2026: It's shameful to send pizzas with so much honey; the thing is inedible. We pay for something we can't even eat! Avoid at all costs.

28/08/2026: A lovely crêperie; the setting and location make the outdoor terrace a pleasant place to relax. The service was relatively quick, and the food was good, made with decent ingredients. Some reviews mention that the shop doesn't accept credit cards, but I didn't have that problem. I'm surprised by all the other reviews, as they're far from the truth. I'd definitely go back; I recommend it.

23/08/2026: It's the typical establishment where, curiously, their card machine doesn't work, and they don't warn the customer beforehand. I understand from other people that this is their modus operandi; the card machine never works. In other words, you've already consumed what you wanted, and you're on your own to pay because they won't make any effort to offer you payment options. Establishments are OBLIGATED to notify customers in advance if they only have one payment option. The worst part is that when I was walking to the car to get cash (luckily we had our own card and told them so), they came chasing us in their car demanding the money, like cops and robbers. Don't go there; there are other bars in town that respect and value their customers much more.

01/04/2026: The service was frankly appalling; barely a hello, and the saleswoman was incredibly unfriendly. The sandwiches were practically thrown into your pocket. The atmosphere in the shop was frightening.

29/06/2026: Absolutely avoid this place – a complete disgrace in 2026! At the entrance, aggressive bouncers who think they're tough guys turn people away based on appearance (style/origin) and spend their time kicking girls out instead of working. Once inside, it's a total rip-off: €5 for the cloakroom for a simple bag. At the bar, the beer is warm and overpriced, and the glasses only contain ice. To top it all off, the music is deafeningly loud, and no earplugs are available. A pretentious tourist trap, keep walking!

26/06/2026: I spent all of summer 2022 there and then went back regularly until last year. I really appreciate the place; the staff has always been friendly and attentive. The outdoor smoking area is a real bonus!

09/10/2026: I have several things to say: the staff is pleasant compared to other Pizza Hut locations, and the pizzas aren't exceptional. But the biggest problem is seeing them fill jerrycans with gasoline and put them in the trunks of the scooters where the pizzas are transported, even though the gas station is only 100 meters from the pizzeria. Shameful!

25/05/2026: The manager is unpleasant. I waited almost 40 minutes for a loaf of bread that wasn't even cooked inside. I ordered a bun: the dough was still raw, nothing was properly cooked. In addition to the disastrous quality, the wait was interminable and there was absolutely no professionalism. Frankly, it's unacceptable to serve raw products after such a long wait. We absolutely have to give it stars, but it doesn't even deserve one. In short, an establishment to avoid.
