09/08/2026: The saleswoman was incredibly unpleasant; she should definitely consider a different career. The service was interminable—over 40 minutes of waiting only to find out that the order had been ready for ages and no one had mentioned it. Honestly, don't go there unless you're looking for a truly awful experience.
07/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. The service is catastrophic. I ordered two days ago and paid online through their website, but I never received my order. I tried calling the restaurant ten times, but there was no answer. In the end, I was never delivered and still haven't received a refund. I had to call another restaurant to see if they could help me, and they told me that the employees there were incompetent, closed early, and didn't even bother to notify their customers or process online orders.
The next morning, they tried to make me believe the delivery driver had an accident. (Their colleagues tried calling all the employees, even on their personal numbers, but not one answered.)
A disastrous situation. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Avoid at all costs!

Well, I think like many others, I got ripped off like a typical tourist. I wanted a good pizza for myself and my dad, €15 for a pizza, no problem, I'm ready to pay €20 if the quality is there.
Attached is a photo of the "carbonara" pizza I bought. I only opened the box 5 minutes after picking it up. 🤮🤮
How embarrassing! 😨
(I also got a kebab pizza, it was as empty as my appetite while listening to the pizzas).
Have a good evening and avoid this place ❤️❤️

31/07/2026: I've been cycling for 10 years and I always stop at bars to politely ask if they can refill my water bottles when I run out.
They charged me for a liter of water, and to top it all off, they were awful.
If you want a drink, feel free to go 20 meters further to the bar by the castle; it's much nicer.
31/07/2026: Avoid this place. How can anyone be so unpleasant, disrespectful, rude, and malicious in a business setting? People of Asian descent are usually welcoming, kind, and respectful. Here, money comes first. They refused to give a young man, who had just cycled 130 km in 35-degree heat, a water bottle. There's another, much nicer bar 200 meters away. A polite way to describe this place: run for the hills!

For work, several colleagues and I ordered lunch today.
I ordered a simple "Coul Pizz" and a Santana salad, which, according to the menu, came to €15. But the delivery driver demanded €16 and couldn't explain why!
Then came the tasting.
The pizza was clearly bad. The "Coul Pizz" I ordered turned out to be a four-cheese pizza (with a tomato base). And the salad, which ended up costing €6 instead of €5, was just a cheap bag of iceberg lettuce, a quarter of a tasteless tomato, and an inedible, processed egg... A disgrace! I had a stomach ache all day. We won't be going back! Avoid this place!

09/08/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza, a six-cheese pizza with tomato sauce, and a salmon pizza with crème fraîche. You'd have to look for the cheese and salmon under a microscope. The tomato sauce is so acidic it's gut-wrenching; I'm writhing in pain. I don't understand why they don't taste the food before poisoning their customers. The so-called six-cheese pizza doesn't have a single olive, and unfortunately, it's going straight in the bin—impossible to eat, the acidity ruins everything. The delivery driver was excellent.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment!
Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request).
€65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!
12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

13/09/2024: Accueil et service bien, rapidité du service. On a très bien mangé, pâte et pizza excellente et copieuse, dessert glace je recommande
