16/09/2024: Went for a Pizza this evening in Saillagouse, three to be precise the service was great and even though we had a different request the chef handled it perfectly. The pizzas were to die for and were some of the best I had tasted. I would highly recommend this pizza place. Go you won’t be disappointed. PS the chef has a cool sense of humour. Thanks.

21/09/2024: I loved the fine dough, I loved the impeccably fresh ingredients, I loved their cold and very friendly welcome after the first encounter, and their sense of service. I tasted their pizzas there for 5 days? And almost every day, without getting tired... Place to share only for the caring... the others?? Continue with the pseudo pizzas at 15€😎😎😎

I'm patient, waiting 2 hours for a pizza by myself It's weird but ok It's wood-fired, it must be crazy considering the reviews I arrive at 9:40 p.m. 9:50 p.m. I'm asked if I want to order a pizza? 10 minutes in the void without reception, a dirty atmosphere weighs on without a word Not a good evening Anyway 9:50 p.m. I explain to him that I ordered a pizza Nothing was ready 22:00 I have MY VEGAN PIZZA with truffle oil (which is truffle in name only) I think it has been forgotten like saying hello or good evening when someone starts a discussion impossible to wait I sit in front of the neighboring bakery AND An UNCUT pizza 😂 I go back and ask for it to be cut The pizza maker with glasses asks me if I want it cut into 6!? The pizza maker answers me 42 very gently And the boss gets offended and loses his temper when I point this out to him That said, in passing, a customer who was waiting very kindly told me that everyone was capable of using a knife. So I ate my pizza (no wow, it's spread out with the machine, there's no soul) There is no hand ✋🏼 of the pizza maker in the dough It's just an old assembly assembled by a guy who gets his supplies from METRO, he is not at all commercial or professional I encourage you to talk for 5 minutes with the boss; you will understand what I am saying for yourself.

June 2024 Linguine with al dente vongole as it should be, and with the taste of vongole, thin crust pizza, very well seasoned fresh salad, desserts to match, all served with a smile. Next to the Bon Marché and more…Excellent address for lovers of real Italian cuisine.

20/08/2024: To flee!!! Burnt pizza, 20 minutes late on order. Staff not very friendly... Clarification on your answer: no drink offered and for your information the 2 pizzas remained stuck in your super oven. If I had not alerted the young man when it was cooking, the second would have been in the same state as the first.
