23/09/2024: A relaxing time on a Saturday evening, which wasn't perfect, it's better to be regulars, I think. Afterwards the pizzas and gourmet coffees were very good. Service from our pleasant waitress. A little noisy atmosphere for me, table too crowded and too many people coming and going, I won't go back there because between the comings and goings of people who came to get their takeaway pizzas, the coolness entered the restaurant given where we were placed, Shame. Taking too many orders plus the tables, the service is long too.. In short, not convinced by this place.

18/09/2024: Very nice surprise! Very good dishes (pasta carbonara, and profiteroles), very good quality, very good taste 😄 the plates are not small! Although I really liked it and I don't like waste, I had to leave some on my plate! 🥲 Not too noisy... And personally welcoming 😊 In terms of quality and price, we couldn't do better, I would say that it's not expensive enough given the quality of the service!

Non seulement les ingrédients choisis pour la garniture sont raffinés et jouent la carte fin gourmet ET locale, mais en plus les recettes sont inégalables en créativité La Coppa des Fines Bouches est un MUST EAT et un HIT On en parle de la VERDE ?! 10/09/2024: Always so nice, family atmosphere. It’s never empty! We come there once or twice a year as a family and we have a great time. It's not great cuisine (it's a snack) but there is a lot of choice and the pizzas are good.

The mega pizza was enough for two of us and was really well stocked. If, like me, you are not convinced by the storefront, you will be pleasantly surprised by the good humor of the team, their excellent welcome and the pleasant interior decor! 👌🏼

25/07/2024: On the advice of a friend, we tested it and frankly....a REGAL 👏🏽👏🏽. A real quality of super digestible pizza, well supplied with quality ingredients and express delivery within the announced deadlines with a sporty and smiling delivery man. Thank you again and looking forward to ordering again next time.

22/09/2024: I don't do very many reviews because I find it's useless unless something was either outstanding or atrocious. I'm not demanding at the table, because I usually spend a decent amount of time evaluating where I'd have an upscale meal and I feel like professional front-and-back-of-house staff will know their jobs at highly-rated places. Unfortunately this was not my experience at Gigi in Nice. It was not a "4.4 star" experience at all, especially from the very beginning. The manager was my waiter. He directed me with a non-directional wave to my choice of "table five or six" and then turned his back on me without saying WHICH tables were five or six. WTF? Once I sat down I was ignored for a full eight+ minutes, based on the timestamp of a pic I took just before I came in and sat down. When the manager/waiter finally returned he asked what I wanted to drink as well as took my food order. When my food came I pinged the (different) server about my drinks, but neither of my choices showed up until a THIRD staff member asked me if everything was all right. I said I was still waiting for my soda and water and when ONLY the soda showed up it was the wrong variety of what I'd ordered. I said nothing because I'd lost all faith in the service by then. I rate Gigi two stars rather than one for service because at least the woman who finally brought me water was energetic and paid some attention. Otherwise it'd be a one-star for service, too. As an example, the manager/waiter literally didn't return to my table or anyone's for the next 45min, instead wandering around chatting socially with four other unoccupied staff who were tending to a puppy outside instead of customers. In any case, each of my dinner interactions were with someone different, and twice I only got service because I'd had to flag someone down. I'm not *ignorably* low maintenance, but this was extreme. About the food: I ordered the "Escalope Milanaise" which is basically Italain schnitzel, sorta, which was accompanied by a bit of spaghetti Bolognese. When it showed up, it was attractive, but as a result of being far too thinly flattened, the meat was dry as a bone 90% of the way through plus was *entirely* flavorless. The Bolognese was equally flavorless. I don't mean low on flavor--I mean there was nearly none. Italian food isn't supposed to be flavorless, as I'm sure you know, but apparently they don't. I ordered the "Moelleux au Chocolat" (chocolate lava cake) for dessert and while it tasted like chocolate, it was room temperature!! Two out of three points: It was cake; it was chocolate, but that's all. Again...WTF??? Dear Reader, I'm in Europe twice a year and am the least "American" American you'll find there. It's a point of pride to have happily acclimated to European slow-paced norms a long time ago, but I don't take being ignored OR being served poorly very well. I don't want to take more than an hour to dine simply because *I* had to engage with staff rather than they engage w/me at each turning point of a meal. Gigi Tavola is a tourist trap, somewhat highly rated due to its premium position, but that's the only premium thing about it. If you want Italian, do yourself a favor and visit ANY of the other three restaurants on that same side of the street.

14/09/2024: We were here two times during our stay in Paris. Food was very delicious - pasta, pizza ,lasagne and desserts 10/10 but the service was even better - thank you for your kindness and constant smile on your face! :) We wish we could visit this place once more in the future. - polish family :)

12/09/2024: The first restaurant in France that we ate in and it was superb! Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients and the most heartwarming staff in a quartier close to Paris. Really liked the tiramisu too. We went there a second time, but this one for take away pizzas and we were welcomed with drinks and some greek tunes. A lovely experience indeed!

13/09/2024: Very good Italian pizza. Crispy dough, tasty topping. It's a change from all the other mediocre pizza towers. No more expensive than any other, a stone's throw from the station and fairly fast service. THANKS

13/08/2024: Tried it on the unlucky evening, no customers, we were hoping for the piranha but due to supply problems it was not available as was the bacalau. Fejolada without praise and without infamy, sufficient capirihna. A little sad, but Forza Brazil

10/08/2024: Fast service and friendly manager As for the cuisine, the starters (Coxinha and bolinho) were excellent! On the other hand, the dishes were disappointing: fish casserole a little bland, the dish with chicken and cassava fries were really dry (despite the fact that the honey and ginger sauce was good) Very generous proportions but I find the price a little excessive (9th for starters and count 24th for main course)

17/08/2024: While in Cherbourg for the holidays, we ordered a takeaway pizza from this restaurant. Very warm welcome and delicious flavors. We are delighted with our pizza.

04/08/2024: Great Pizzeria for takeaway only. The dough is super thin and all the pizzas are tasty. The welcome is great and always smiling. Don't hesitate to try the experience.
