From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and, above all, a smile. The dining room is charming, warm, and very pleasant. As for the food, an excellent surprise: generous and flavorful crepes, delicious pizzas, a wide selection, and dishes that make you want to come back to try the rest of the menu. This is exactly the kind of place we love to find in Mazamet: friendly atmosphere, quality, a genuine welcome, and the pleasure of good food. 26/09/2026: A very pleasant surprise! A very warm welcome, excellent home-style cooking with great value for money. A perfect children's menu that's a welcome change from the usual nuggets and fries, and a high chair is available. An excellent place to recommend!

13/10/2026: Excellent experience with Mister Pizza! The pizzas always arrive piping hot, generous, and delicious. Furthermore, the premises are impeccably clean and spotless. The delivery service in Annonay is fast and super efficient. I highly recommend it; it's become our go-to spot!

11/10/2026: Unable to resolve a delivery error for the second time. I've already been waiting an hour and a half for my paid pizzas! And still no pizza at 9:15 PM on a Sunday night... Of course, they're going to arrive cold... or dry after an hour and a half of waiting... and then lying on the phone, telling me the order has shipped, and then having the delivery driver call me for my address 20 minutes later, saying he's leaving now 😅😅😅. It's not very pleasant. Mistakes happen, but you should remain polite and resolve the problem immediately.

27/08/2026: Unfortunately, we can't judge the food, the atmosphere, or the service because for 48 hours I tried 14 times between 7:15 pm and 9:15 pm on August 26th and between noon and 2 pm on August 27th to reach someone by phone to make a reservation and try this restaurant. Despite my repeated calls, there was no answer; a message telling me to call back, but no option to leave a message. It's ridiculous to have no one answering at the end of August. Even if the restaurant were closed, a voicemail should have informed potential customers, but no, nothing at all. So, I made a reservation at another Italian restaurant. It's a shame, but my first disappointment before even setting foot inside 😔😔

12/09/2026: Lovely terrace and friendly service. The quality of the food was uneven: the pasta was good, but the pizzas had too much cheese, which overpowered the other ingredients and made them too greasy.

10/09/2026: Response to the owner of the pigeons, who are nonetheless from La Ciotat: you excel at shifting blame, I must admit! For your information, we were indeed exasperated at the end of the meal, as my father, a 78-year-old man suffering from lumbago, waited standing for fifteen minutes to pay his bill. As for me, I was experiencing the onset of heat-induced light eruption. Your bartender's complaint: he's "retired" is astounding. Just like your bad faith; you never smiled once, you were factually unpleasant and haughty. In contrast, the blonde waitress is lovely. Perhaps you should reflect on your own behavior instead of systematically responding to all your comments in a defensive and aggressive manner, instead of reversing roles and portraying yourself as the victim. Finally, my brother is in the industry, having studied to be a chef at the Bonneveine school; I was helping him in the dining room. Unless I'm mistaken, the fundamentals of this profession are quite simple: a smile, friendliness, respect, and a sense of service. Qualities that, unfortunately, you lack. Their motto must be: "Every day, there's a sucker who gets up, you just have to catch them." There were three of us adults; however, we didn't order three children's menus! Seriously, four slices of potato and half a flank steak for 26 euros a plate! As for my father, half a plate of mussels and a handful of fries, the same as me. The brunette waitress with the shaved head was particularly unpleasant and pushy when taking our order, creating a feeling of discomfort. The man at the bar was disrespectful to the customers. Finally, 9 euros for dessert is simply outrageous; you're not a fine dining establishment.

14/08/2026: I bought 8 pizzas, 5 were burnt, the dough separated during cooking, and the taste was uniform and bland regardless of the pizza. Avoid this place.

21/08/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious and, above all, very generously topped: large, loaded with ingredients, and truly flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and they don't skimp on the portions! The welcome, which seems to be from the owner, is also very pleasant and warm. It's really nice to have such friendly service. 😊 Even though it's only takeout, the experience is fantastic. A place I highly recommend!
