14/08/2026: Every time I came back to Corrèze (I don't live here), one of the first things I did was order a pizza from Authentic Pizza, the one in Brive city center next to the swimming pool. I've been coming here for years. I really loved their pizzas and recommended them without hesitation. But tonight, after a few months away, I ordered again and frankly, I'm very disappointed. It's truly the first time I've left your place disappointed. It's clearly not the same quality as before. The dough is completely different, with these little holes underneath and a texture that really gives the impression of pre-made, not to say industrial, dough... 🥲 whereas before, I found the dough excellent and very generous; it was even a pleasure to have it. But now there's definitely a problem. I also have the impression that the pizzas are smaller and have less topping. I don't know if there's been a change of ownership or supplier, but if so, it's a real shame. I understand the need to be mindful of costs and profitability, but this shouldn't come at the expense of quality, because customers inevitably feel it and are used to a pizza with generous crust and toppings. Even visually, it's not appealing at all. I sincerely hope you'll return to the quality and generosity you once had. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely loved your pizzas, but now it's a downward spiral... if it stays like this, unfortunately, I won't be back. 11/05/2026: I came with a group of 25 people on Sunday, May 10th. The welcome and service were impeccable, with friendly and smiling staff. We had a choice of three original starters, including two asparagus spring rolls with salad, plus three main courses: a well-prepared pollack, a strawberry pavlova, and red and white wine, plus water! All this for a very good price of €35 in a pleasant, green outdoor setting. I will definitely return and I recommend this restaurant. Thank you to the whole team!

09/05/2026: We came to the restaurant area. From appetizer to dessert, it was excellent! Good quality ingredients and truly delicious dishes; everyone was very happy. We ate very well and will gladly return. A positive point is the calm and relaxing outdoor space.

The dough is excellent, the ingredients and recipes are all top-notch, and the homemade digestifs make you want to leave with a bottle in hand. What's more, the prices are very reasonable for a valley like Courchevel. Thank you for this wonderful evening! I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

02/08/2026: I've been several times; the food is good, the setting is nice, but unfortunately, it's not showcased well enough. The major drawback is the cleanliness, especially in the toilets...it's unpleasant because the place has potential.

27/05/2026: We came with five children aged 2 to 12, and they all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon at the complex. We took advantage of all the activities: bowling, the children's play area, laser tag, billiards, and more. The welcome was fantastic and incredibly warm; the young man was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.
