23/08/2026: Besides all kinds of pizzas, there's a daily special, which this Sunday was duck breast. We also ordered steak frites and a café liégeois for dessert. Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't understand some of the comments... A great experience, I'd love to go back.

16/08/2026: Disappointed... We ordered two ice creams for €9.50 each and two crepes. The ice cream was tasteless. The hot chocolate was just toppings and whipped cream from a can! At that price, they deserved better!

14/08/2026: While on a family holiday in Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche, we wanted to have dinner at a restaurant. We went at 10:00 AM to reserve a table for 17 people for the evening, but the owner refused our reservation because it was too many people at once! At that early hour, perhaps they had already reached their target business? Well, I guess they don't need to work! Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

20/08/2026: Very disappointed with our experience. Being pregnant, I ordered a Virgin Piña Colada, clearly stating that I wanted a non-alcoholic drink. When it was served, I even asked the waitress a second time if it was indeed a Virgin Piña Colada, which she confirmed. Upon tasting it, I had doubts about the presence of alcohol. A friend went to ask at the bar, and it turned out that I had been served an alcoholic Piña Colada. They then made me another Virgin Piña Colada and apologized, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to pay, no compensation was offered. I was charged for the Virgin Piña Colada, and when I asked for it to be removed from the bill, I was told that the alcoholic cocktail had already been removed and that the restaurant "was not responsible." I find this response particularly disappointing. I'm not talking about the price of the cocktail, but the principle: I clearly asked for a non-alcoholic drink, I specified that I was pregnant, and I even double-checked with the waitress. Yet I was served alcohol. Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference.

18/08/2026: I highly recommend it! We got a table without a reservation, had a delicious meal, and enjoyed a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! The decor is a world tour style, sometimes quite surprising...

25/05/2026: The hotel was very clean, with two spacious and well-equipped rooms, each with a large terrace. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, featuring delicious fresh, local products. A special mention goes to Charlène, who presented the buffet to us, explaining all the items and serving with cheerfulness. The bedding was comfortable, and the location was very close to the city center, yet very quiet. We would gladly return.

24/05/2026: A full breakfast, perfect service from Charlène and the chef Gwen, who were very welcoming and smiling – nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it. The room had a magnificent view of the Bay of Ajaccio.

05/08/2026: We have been ordering pizzas from them for years, we have always been satisfied, the pizzas are always very good and the delivery is fast.

20/07/2026: I ordered four mega pizzas to take away for eight people for the evening of July 14th and the World Cup football match. The pizzas were ready at the agreed time. All my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas, which had a lovely quality crust and generous toppings. We had a wonderful meal and I highly recommend this family-run establishment, which has a real charm, thanks in particular to the kindness and professionalism of the owners, Laurent and Cindy.

28/07/2026: Great location for a bite to eat. There is also a nice shaded terrace outside. You can choose from a changing 3-course set menu, but there is also an extensive selection of pizza and they had tasty homemade hamburgers. The host was very friendly and spoke good English as well.

13/07/2026: Friendly establishment, welcoming staff, very affordable prices. Very good food.

11/08/2026: We had lunch there twice (once during the spring festival and another time while out for a walk). Friendly welcome, the food is good and plentiful. A big plus: continuous service.

11/08/2026: Nice setting, but be warned, it gets extremely hot in the summer. A pleasant place for a drink, it's a shame the ice creams are very expensive and small.

24/05/2026: Excellent experience for three people one evening at La Gazza Ladra. We arrived shortly before closing time but received a warm welcome. The atmosphere is inviting and the service is excellent. The dishes are delicious and the portions are just right. I personally recommend the tagliatelle carbonara and the homemade chocolate mousse. If you're looking for a great meal with friends or family, I highly recommend La Gazza Ladra!

02/08/2026: A little disappointed with the service. Furthermore, when we asked to have the goat cheese removed from half of a pizza for my pregnant sister, I was told the person in the kitchen was too tired to do it. Aside from that, we ate well; the pizzas were good. A little more of a smile from some of the servers would have been a nice touch.

We were surprised by this unassuming place, but it's worth taking the time to stop and discover the excellent pizzas with their thin, flavorful crust and generous toppings... Fantastic!
