Surprisingly this is the 3rd time they have refused us, the very first time, it was understandable since there were 7 people and without reservations while the restaurant was 3/4 empty, the 2nd time ditto there was a match and they were waiting for customers....so that there was room but this time naively I still reserved 2 hours before our arrival but the worst was during the telephone reservation I asked the question if he could provide us with a pie to celebrate l- birthday for two children, he replied that at 02 hours of our arrival it was not possible and my answer was ok I will see with my wife to do what is necessary...but at no time did he forbid me to bring me back even a pie to celebrate the birthday of my two daughters and he has the right to accept or refuse...the bad surprise is that when we arrived he attacked us before we even sat down "not classy "screaming and trying to ridicule us for forcing us to apologize before even sitting down with a very haughty and disrespectful attitude...while I was asking the waiter for the possibility of serving us our two pies after the meal....he was very unpleasant, casual and very aggressive in front of a witness, he has no sense of business or communication, he started screaming in front of the few customers who remained amazed, showing that we didn't ask his permission to bring back the pie ( so it was well insinuated on the phone). frankly I have never experienced such humiliation in front of my children who remained stoic.....he clearly kicked us out by saying behind us... "THE ARABS ARE ALWAYS LIKE THAT...", he didn't have the courage to tell me to my face but unfortunately it was in front of my naive children.....what cowardice. ah! I forgot another detail: he does not accept veiled women even when they are very old...frankly he I wondered how a restaurateur who just sells pizzas refuses to serve 7 people when the tables are 3/4 empty unless he has other beliefs..... It's a shame that Google doesn't have a rating less than 1 star because it doesn't shine there...if even...it shines with contempt and casualness! .

18/06/2025: Very disappointed. My online order was not processed even though I received the confirmation email. The person I contacted to check (after 1 hour) the status of the order was very unpleasant.

12/09/2025: We stopped here after a long days trekking and we were a bit too early for most restaurants to be open. The owner/chef was very friendly and the pizza was fantastic. The pizza base is very light and crispy with the toppings generous and delicious.
