21/11/2025: So I went there with my family during the summer holidays, and the service was really quick and good. However, a customer, probably a regular, was talking really loudly and was having a beer with the owner in peace and quiet, but we ignored it... My food arrived; I think I ordered a chicken salad, and THERE WAS AN INSECT! HELP!!!! Then I had two scoops of ice cream, and the price was a bit high for the quantity. Otherwise, the waitress was super pleasant and really kind.
07/10/2025: I really like this restaurant; its food is very good, with fresh, healthy, and very well-prepared ingredients.
And its authentic French character makes it my favorite restaurant near the port of Antibes. I prefer to go there outside of busy days or hours, and I watch the veterans who meet there, chat amicably with the owner, and reminisce about their adventures at sea. It's not a Pagnol painting because we're in Antibes, but it's one of the rare living and authentic portraits of Antibes, daughter of the Mediterranean.
And the food is good!

30/08/2024: Very good pizza. We ate margarithe pizza and kebab pizza, which we highly recommend. The meat, onion, and cheese were good: We received olive oil that was very, very spicy, probably for spicy fans, but not for us. Nice gentleman from the staff. We waited about 10 minutes for our food.
I recommend it at a very good price👍👍👍👍👍

21/08/2024: Attracted by an attractive menu, we were very disappointed by the pizzas that were too thin and tasteless. The service is efficient and fast.
Remember to book or come early because the restaurant fills up quickly.
11/08/2024: We stayed 2 days and ate at their place both evenings. Duck breast with ginger, honey and lemon sauce, super good. Entrecôte also. Very good thin crust pizzas. I recommend.

15/11/2025: Pizza La Seleyre is a classic takeaway pizzeria with a good variety of thin-crust pizzas. However, since COVID and especially the opening of Pizzeria Le Bocce in the town center, the pizzas have declined. Initially, they were generously topped with fresh (and homemade, if I remember correctly) tomato sauce, but now they're a bit dry and cardboard-like. Another thing that puzzles me, compared to other pizzerias in the area, is the feeling of not being full after eating a whole pizza. It gives me the same feeling as sushi with MSG, which prevents satiety. I also saw a "For Sale" sign that has since been removed, so we'll see...
Update: The pizzas reflect the same issues as the response from the long-standing faulty front door and the awkward remarks about using restaurant vouchers in supermarkets...

12/09/2024: We visited this glorious place on Wednesday September 11th 2024. We were greeted by the most charming and brilliantly bi-lingual staff member (perfect for me - Scottish and my partner - French). He was kind, articulate, professional and not only wonderful service but with a lovely warmth that made you feel like you were chatting with an old friend. Beautifully decorated to a very high level, incredibly clean including the bathrooms, fast service, crisp pint and brilliant food. It also has a really lovely large garden with ample seating, pub garden tables in addition, outdoor games, glamping pods on the grounds and accommodations upstairs. I know this will read like a fake review but genuinely, it’s not. We’d had an absolutely knackering day of traveling and randomly picked this place on Apple Maps when just searching for any seat with food and we were so grateful and surprised to have our spirits lifted and this place turned what could have been an “eat quick and get to bed” evening activity into a relaxing and rejuvenating date that warmed our very knackered little souls! Thank you for uplifting us and helping us on our merry way!
28/08/2024: Service at the bar a little disturbing, however, a substantial piece of beef cooked perfectly and tender. Nice terrace decor!
