26/02/2024: The brunch option is quite expensive for the taste quality.
The scrambled egg and cheddar croissant is soft and lukewarm, the avocado cheesecake is quite bland and prepared (a little too much) in advance, not really crunchy.
The classic fromage blanc bowl, ok
The cookie on the other hand is really hard and dry, the melting center is not melty at all.
The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is very pretty.
The waiter yawns in the middle of the room and is quite sleepy.... The waitress is very pleasant.
First and..... Last time unfortunately.

10/09/2024: A must-see place in the Elne area, the Marie Blachere bakery is a must to buy bread. Different varieties, with different cooking, sliced or not. Also, sandwiches, pastries, pizzas are at your disposal! All this in a friendly and lively atmosphere... We don't bother in this bakery! It's moving....

07/09/2024: We stayed two nights in this hotel.
Big positive point for the staff who are really very professional and friendly.
The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. The bedding was comfortable.
We ate well in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was good.
Negative point on the mini fridge which had a musty smell.
The soundproofing leaves something to be desired.
Overall, the hotel is aging in the common areas, the carpets are stained, the room doors are very damaged.
A facelift wouldn't hurt.

A few examples: frozen pastries at the very limited breakfast buffet, broken sun loungers, a damaged balcony, staff in training, and the spa's whirlpool tub requires you to fill and empty it yourself...
Avoid at all costs.

02/12/2024: Hemos ido tarde, a las 14.30 y nos han atendido y servido en seguida. Los platos son variados, elaborados y muy sabrosos. Hemos comido en la terraza, al Sol de la tarde, muy a gusto. El personal está muy atento a tus necesidades, es muy rápido y amable. Aunque estaba bastante lleno, no era un lugar muy ruidoso, los clientes eran educados y hablaban en voz baja. Es muy de agradecer cuando se juntan muchas personas en un lugar.
Por supuesto que lo recomiendo para comer, espero poder volver.

18/03/2026: My fiancé and I were so excited to come here—partly to celebrate our engagement, and partly for our first vacation in Europe after a hectic summer of moving and the recent loss of her grandparents. We had been looking forward to renting a car and taking a week-long journey after settling into Barcelona just a few weeks prior.
Before arriving, we emailed the hotel to inform them of our late check-in. Upon arrival, we were required to carry our own luggage and park our car down the street. While this is not a major issue, I would expect a higher level of service from a Relais & Châteaux property.
The following morning, after breakfast, we approached the front desk to ask for recommendations on what to do for the day. During this interaction, the agent accused my fiancé of stealing a bottle of soap from the restaurant bathroom. In broken English, the agent said, “You steal soap from bathroom?” while gesturing toward my fiancé’s purse and miming hiding something inside it. This was both embarrassing and inappropriate.
I followed up with the front desk after the encounter, expressing that if the hotel is concerned about guests taking soap, they should either use less expensive products or secure them more appropriately—but that accusing a guest in this manner is unacceptable. Shortly afterward, the general manager appeared and apologized for the misunderstanding.
Additionally, we received an email from a front desk agent stating they needed to charge my card an additional €29.60 due to a miscalculation. After already spending €792.10 for two nights, requesting this additional amount felt disproportionate and poorly handled.
There were also some operational issues during our stay. The outdoor sprinklers were set to go off early in the evening, and as we walked back from dinner, we were unexpectedly soaked. This could easily be avoided by scheduling them for early morning hours (e.g., around 4 a.m.) to prevent inconvenience to guests.
While the medical spa itself was relaxing, the website gives the impression that it is directly attached to the hotel, which was somewhat misleading.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.
