02/12/2024: Add 5th (66% of the price of the children's menu) for salmon for a children's dish knowing that we remove the chicken or bacon is very very very exaggerated. So 10th more for 2 children which amounts to a complete menu or almost 2 menus. I used to like coming before or after a movie screening but I think I'll settle on something else from now on. Especially since we have no advantage because we supposedly take menus. So neither less than 20% nor jackpot on the loyalty card. Too bad but that doesn't make you want to stay faithful.... THE RESTAURANT’S RESPONSE BELOW (full of irony): Hello Sir and thank you for your comment which ultimately makes us very happy! We remember your arrival in the restaurant at the very end of service where you had sent your little daughter to ask us to serve you... and we saw you arrive, you and the 4 children who accompanied you. We waited for you very late then, you took your time to leave while all the cooks and those on duty went home... Given your comment I am not sure that we would repeat this experience, rest assured. Everything is obviously a due, nothing is ever obviously good enough. Yes, we add a supplement of 5 euros for salmon because it is not a "normal" priced garnish and there is no question of doing less in price when it should be even higher in relation. This seems to be common sense and our culture does not put us in a position to always "bargain" for everything... Reading you, we deeply regret (!) that you are falling back on something else from now on... We can even advise you. And indeed the 20% on presentation of cinema tickets is not valid on menus and takeaway sales. You will understand from common sense that the menus are already "tight" prices, so they are reduced in advance. We imagine that you don't come to us for the prices... no! Obviously not... 14/09/2024: One word...disgusting! An outrage to Lyon's gastronomy. How can we leave the appellation of Lyonnais cork to this palace of frozen pâté en croute, Lidl vinaigrette and charred meat???

04/09/2024: Very disappointed, for a so-called traditional Lyonnais restaurant TO FEE!!!!!!!! Where to start, very unpleasant and bitter waiter, the waiter serves you with annoyance, if you didn't like your job, do something else sir!!! Icy atmosphere, no background music, nothing. Dusty dishes, not washed for a while, questionable hygiene!! Inedible dish, too much fat, too salty, not very appetizing. Manager in the image of his restaurant, does not accept criticism and lets you know. Very bad experience, I wanted to give them a chance given the 3.7 rating but it was a very bad idea. TO RUN AWAY!!!

25/09/2024: bien servi a 20h45 le mardi lors d'un retour de vacances, accueil sympa, moules frites correctes, le seul souci c'est que le parking devant possede des cameras et pas à l'arriere ou nous nous sommes fait voler notre caravane attelee ce entre deux voitures !! visiblement il y a beaucoup de vols sur ce parking!!! effractions pendant que vous dejeunez ou dinez! si vous vous y arretez, mettez la devant et ayez un oeil sur elle depuis la salle car nous ne nous remettons pas de ce qui nous est arrives!

06/09/2024: I have been a loyal customer for several years now. I enjoy eating there with my children and am always made very welcome by the manager and his son. There is a bit of a wait given the large number of orders, but they are always accommodating to find a small slot for everyone. On top of that, having tried a lot of them, the kebab is good and the meat is good quality. I recommend +++

25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome!!! A woman doesn't even take the time to give us the timetable even though we tell her that we don't know the ice rink and that we have driven 2 hours with 3 children. We take the ticket at 11:21 a.m. and the ice rink closes at 12 p.m. and she doesn't tell us!!!! What use is she in a RECEPTION if she can't even give reception information!!! And what's more, I ask her for skates, she tells me that they don't exist and at the skates the ladies tell me that of course they do exist! Incompetent, mean, unwelcoming, unpleasant and so on. Has nothing to do in a public reception where people come to have fun! Fortunately we found a very understandable employee who listened to us. (Hence the 2 stars otherwise 0) In short, pay attention to the reception, ask for all the information because apart from "collecting" it is useless (that's what she told me when I went to ask her for accounts)

30/04/2024: Very nice to spend time with family. I recommend the ice hockey matches. Small downside for the speakers (too bad for the atmosphere during matches)

22/09/2024: I’ve been living in Lyon for almost 8 years, I’m fluent in French and met one of the rudest waiters in town… Food was ok, nothing out of this world. The service, that’s another story. From the get go the waiter was not very nice. I’m not pretending the waiter to be super happy but at least a little bit of courtesy. After he brought the bread I gently asked for butter and he rudely said NO. He ended up bringing a big slice of it charging 50 cents. Fine. Then he sat down and had a meal break. A few minutes later a couple entered the restaurant and he told them no service until 19h. It was 18:30h… the couple sat there waiting. We had to ask him to pickup our plates while he was eating… After reading other reviews I guess we weren’t the only ones with a not so pleasant experience.

17/12/2024: We eat very well at the Nazionale, I go there regularly, no complaints about the food, the desserts are very good too and above all homemade. Nothing to say
