04/06/2026: We had a very good meal on a Monday lunchtime on the terrace at the end of service. It was by far the best beef tartare we've ever had. A special mention for the fries cooked in beef fat. They were simply the best... The waiter was very professional, smiling, and pleasant. The waitress (the older of the two), however, was cold and brought me a tiny ramekin of mayonnaise that had formed a crust on top... Otherwise, go without hesitation; the terrace is lovely and the food is excellent. 👍👍

23/06/2026: One of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. We went to Subway when there were absolutely no other customers in the restaurant. Despite this, we felt like we were intruding from the very beginning of the ordering process. Since we hadn't been there in a while, we needed some explanation about the sandwich sizes, but every question seemed to be a problem. Throughout the ordering process, the server was cold, unpleasant, and visibly annoyed. No smile, no advice (except for the sauce), no desire to help. When we took a few moments to choose our ingredients, cookies, or drinks, we clearly sensed her impatience. I also corrected a mistake regarding whether we wanted to eat in or take out and apologized immediately. In response: not a word, no reaction, as if I didn't exist. The most shocking thing was the way other customers were treated. While we were ordering, two other customers entered the restaurant. The waitress watched them walk in without even saying hello. A simple gesture of politeness that seems to be the foundation of any business. I can understand having a bad day sometimes, but when you work in customer service, a minimum of courtesy is essential. With a welcome like that, especially when the restaurant was empty, it's no wonder customers aren't lining up at the door. Luckily the sandwich was decent, because the service definitely left something to be desired.

26/04/2026: The frog leg menu was very good...it's a shame about the napkins, they had a very unpleasant smell.

07/07/2026: Catastrophic, avoid at all costs!! Eating such inedible frogs!!! Paying €100 for that... you might as well have eaten at McDonald's, it would have been better!!!

06/07/2026: A disastrous experience. The frogs' legs were simply inedible. After just one bite, we were unable to continue our meal because the taste was so unpleasant. We have never eaten frogs' legs of such poor quality. The so-called parsley sauce was nothing like a real parsley sauce: a few sparse pieces of parsley, no garlic flavor, and a preparation that didn't seem fresh. This dish was unworthy of a restaurant. The most shocking thing was the restaurant's reaction. Despite our complaint, the only compensation offered was a €5 aperitif, while our bill exceeded €100. This is paltry and reveals the lack of consideration shown to customers. At that price, one expects quality ingredients and a minimum of professionalism. We left with the unpleasant feeling of having paid a fortune for a meal we couldn't even eat. We will never set foot in this restaurant again and we strongly advise against it.

06/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The manager is very pleasant and attentive. The food is delicious and everything is homemade. Go without hesitation; you'll have a wonderful time and meal.

01/06/2026: An idyllic setting, with warm and friendly service and generous, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, we don't live very close, but we will undoubtedly return as soon as we can to enjoy a breath of fresh air and well-being. Thank you for everything.

28/06/2026: Excellent pastries BUT the sales staff completely lacked any sense of customer service (special mention to the young blonde woman who was commenting on being late this morning, by the way) -> the saleswoman who took my payment and shouted throughout the bakery, "Payment declined, I'm not giving you anything!" was extremely rude, even though I had simply reached my card limit. More tact and discretion were required!

21/06/2026: Taking our daughter to the train station, we were looking for a bakery open on a Sunday afternoon. We ended up going there by chance. The place was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a wide selection of breads, pastries, and viennoiseries. The display windows were lovely. The moral of the story is, we won't be going back there by chance... I recommend it.

30/06/2026: Excellent pizza (the dough was exactly how I like it) and delicious tiramisu. The portions were generous. I had a wonderful meal that evening with my colleagues and left feeling very full! :)

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Cloître restaurant in Cluny! The service was incredible: quick, efficient, and always with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the duck breast with Pinot Noir sauce, and it was a real treat. It was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. Well done to the entire team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend!
