Restaurant La Tourmente Montalbert
Aime
03/04/2026: We had a lovely meal here last night.
Very welcoming staff got us seated and were well timed in coming back for a drinks order.
We had three generations sitting and the menu catered well.
The kids menu ticked all the boxes and was homemade through and through.
The costs/fare in all these restaurants are very similar so maybe it was the friendly staff who made the difference for us 🤗
Would happily return. D
31/03/2026: Excellent. Everything was very good.
Thank you to Kevin and Charles for the great service and their good humor. We'll be back.

12/07/2026: Family of 4 with children. Warm, friendly, and welcoming reception. The service is quick, the cooks are very well organized. The food is homemade with excellent ingredients; it's superb!
09/07/2026: A fantastic experience, incredibly welcoming, and delicious food in a beautiful setting.
A real treat at a reasonable price.
Don't miss it if you're in the area! 😊👌🏻

McDonald's
Le Pont-De-Beauvoisin
08/09/2026: Overall, still very good.
However, when ordering from the drive-thru, pay attention to the quantity of fries or potato wedges in your order. They are often under-filled, frequently only half full.
08/09/2026: We travelled around France, ate at several McDonald's and the one in Pont de Beauvoisin has the best service.

La Scuderia
Saint-Michel-De-Maurienne
18/09/2026: Large pizzeria, reasonably priced dishes, the food was tasty. It was busy around lunchtime, but I didn't have to wait long.
15/09/2026: Incredibly bad service and unfriendly staff! I ordered a pizza to go and waited outside with my racing bike. In the meantime, three people went inside and got pizzas to go. I was deliberately ignored for 20 minutes. Don't go there!

Les Rhodos Restaurant
La Giettaz
01/03/2026: Great location and a super authentic atmosphere
01/03/2026: The setting was very pretty and welcoming, although the heating was a little low during our meal near the bay windows. The meal was excellent. The desserts were beautiful.

restaurant cote 2000
Les Allues
17/04/2026: Congratulations for maintaining a high quality of welcome, service and cuisine right up to the second seating on the day the station closed!
08/04/2026: Absolutely loved it. Definitely not for PCs - this restaurant is a kitschy representation of the French image of America, with all sorts of depictions of savage "Indians" in feather headdresses, polar bears; in fact, all that's missing is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and it would be complete. But aside from all that, the service and the food were top-notch, especially being right on the edge of a ski slope. Thank you. Cheers. 5 stars

10/09/2026: It took me a long time to find a pizzeria that made really good pizzas, it wasn't easy, but this one is frankly amazing.
17/08/2026: Generous and inexpensive pizzas, with a wide variety of good quality options.

20/08/2026: Passing through, what a wonderful place! Just seeing the children's menu hamburger, a carefully crafted recipe using excellent ingredients, immediately reveals a real commitment to quality cuisine. Everything else was perfect as well. Thank you!
18/08/2026: I had fondue yesterday with friends, and three of us got sick afterwards... Is it because the cheese had gone bad, or because the waitress dipped her sleeve into my plate two or three times? The mystery remains...

Chalet du Sunny
Saint-Martin-De-Belleville
04/04/2026: April 2026
Located directly on the ski slope and the valley run to Les Ménuires.
Great view, large sun terrace with very loud live DJ music. Nice for après-ski, if the drinks weren't so outrageously expensive.
31/03/2026: Super place the staff are so welcoming and make you want to be there genuinely. The food is awesome had the most amazing pizza (savoyarde) a pizza tartiflette . Pastries (tartes) are superbe . A little gem for sure .

Hotel Restaurant Carlina
Macot-La-Plagne
12/04/2026: Quite expensive. They fall short quite a bit in terms of efficiency and quality. They claim a high label, but the breakfast is rather simple; sometimes no yogurt is available... Maybe this is because it was the end of the season, but when charging such high prices, one should expect higher quality. The evening meals, however, were very well prepared. The staff comes across as stressed, which sometimes translates into unfriendliness.
06/04/2026: Our third visit to Chalet Hugo and already booked for next year.
Thank you once again to Alex and the team for making our stay so magical. A big thank you to Mr Vito who went above and beyond to assist us in a time of need.
I really cannot recommend the Hotel Carlina, the Chalet, its team and its location enough.
Thank you once again
