03/08/2026: We were in a group and it was perfect from start to finish. I don't eat cheese, so we had a change of starter: diots and crozets au gratin, which were delicious, and Savoy sponge cake, yum! And thank you very much to our server!

11/07/2026: We had a lovely dinner at Le Saint Roch. The kitchen opens at 7 pm, and while the children’s menu is quite limited, we shared a burger and a cheese gourmet, which worked well. There’s a great selection of beers, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English, which was much appreciated.

06/08/2026: A truly unique restaurant with all its cuckoo clocks, a warm welcome, and a magnificent view of the lake. Undoubtedly the best menu of any waterfront restaurant, with a varied selection to please every member of the family. Bravo!

06/08/2026: We came on August 3rd for my mother's birthday. Everything was going well until we started taking our orders. The waitress came to ask if we had chosen our main courses. She took notes in a random order and then made a frankly inappropriate remark in a very haughty tone when my daughter told her she wanted an appetizer. Waitress: "(sighs) YOU COULDN'T HAVE SAID ABOUT APPETIZERS EARLIER!" We started with the people at the end of the table who didn't want any. Luckily, we then got the owner, I imagine, who was lovely and saved our evening and removed the bitter taste from this experience.

20/05/2026: There were serious communication problems among the staff: within 10 minutes, we were called on Saturday morning by several members of the residence team about the same issue, with no one having consulted beforehand to realize we were already aware of it. Similarly, for short stays, check-outs can be at 5 pm instead of 12 pm (subject to availability); as indicated on Booking.com, we had specified in the comments that we wished to stay until 5 pm; upon arrival, the receptionist carefully reviewed all the booking information with us: name, address, city of origin, and departure instructions. On the day of our departure, the receptionist's response was: "We don't always read all the messages on Booking.com. We haven't reserved your accommodation until 5 pm, so you must leave and leave the keys in the mailbox at reception as we will be out." Another disappointing point: we booked this accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon because Booking.com advertised access to a heated pool and spa, without providing any further details. Upon arrival, we learned that these facilities are open Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays, and reopen on Sundays from 5 pm to 7 pm. In other words, it's impossible to use them over a weekend. Finally, the rental is functional, and the one-bedroom apartment has everything you'd expect for a two-room apartment for a ski holiday. However, the draft coming through the door leading to the terrace highlights a lack of thermal insulation. While the accommodation itself was adequate, close to ski lifts and ski rental shops, the residence's services marred our stay. A very bad experience with this residence!

19/07/2026: I go there every year to eat waffles and have fondue or raclette. They have a wide variety of items. The sandwiches are the best. They're very generously filled, and you can choose whatever you want.

16/07/2026: I can't rate it because I booked, received a booking confirmation, and K2 was closed. So I'm very, very disappointed. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. We ended up at La Godille, which was nice, but the standard wasn't the same. Thank you. Frederic.

04/07/2026: Passing through, we were satisfied with the homemade dishes, good value for money, fewer choices than in other restaurants but the quality was good, and the welcome was warm. A refresh and redecoration of the premises would be well deserved.
