29/11/2023: A good stop on the GR5. Friendly welcome and good food. I have not tested the dormitories having slept in a tent (very good...). The only downside is that the number of toilets is a bit tight.

10/09/2023: I put 5* +++. My best experience in a shelter. The welcome is warm. The team is at the top. The cuisine is excellent. The refuge is authentic and offers great comfort.

18/08/2024: Tout était parfait. Vue magnifique sur le lac. Plats raffinés où le végétal prend une belle place. Les associations sont surprenantes et excellentes. Un bel etoilé ! Le service est très professionnel mais sans chichi. Les chambres rénovées récemment sont contemporaines et très confortables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

19/07/2024: Complètement au niveau de l'étoile Michelin. Le "petit" menu à 120 me semble largement suffisant pour être rassasié. Belles variétés de mise en bouche, poisson du lac, produits variés et bien travaillés. Un bémol, le magret de canard très nerveux, dommage. Desserts de très haut niveau., à tel point que je n'ai pas regretté d'en avoir 2 alors que je trouve normalement cela ennuyeux. Tarif "lac savoyard" pour la carte des vins avec des marges excessives, genre 4 ou 5 fois le prix d'achat. Et ça on ne le sait pas avant de réserver.

03/01/2025: Probley the best choice that we have made this trip. If you are confused with all of the fancy restaurants in the mountains - don't bother. This restaurant is what your looking for Homey service and very good quality food is the the main event here. Not white table cloth but it is all about product and service. In the michelin guide for a good reason

The semi-gastronomic cuisine is refined, tasty and creative, highlighting local products with a nice touch of modernity. The setting is warm, ideal for a moment of relaxation and pleasure. Special mention for the impeccable service: attentive, discreet and very professional. Each dish is a journey for the taste buds. An essential address for lovers of good cuisine. Well done to the whole team! 👏

28/09/2024: An excellent time in this very good quality restaurant. The “confidence” menu is extra and very generous. The dishes are of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff. The Chef: Extra, he’s the one who comes to take your order at the table.

08/09/2024: Fans of the Atelier that we have known since its beginnings. Anneciens, every time we go to Chambéry, we stop at the Atelier. Always perfection, the same know-how. Gilles and his foie gras, unmissable, you will be delighted.

17/09/2024: Typical mountain meeting place to enjoy a great polenta. Cozy atmosphere, very nice owner and available for any explanation about the territory and cuisine, with a final blessing. Excellent value for money.

18/08/2024: Incredible, rural and calm setting. Small stop for a refill of cyclist's bottles, the waiter imposes an increased consumption per credit card on me. To my pleasant surprise, after payment, this gentleman kindly told me to fill my containers with spring water innocently taken out of the mountain. A small scandal knowing other mountain refuges that are less accessible and more helpful.

05/09/2024: amazing fish we had today! A whole trout made for three. Waiter was super sweet and patient with our poor french. exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended

11/04/2024: Très belle découverte un peu par hasard de ce restaurant rue juiverie où la devanture discrète cache pourtant un petit restaurant avec une ambiance très cosy. Belle endroit avec des murs en pierre où l' ancien se marie parfaitement avec la déco moderne du mobilier chic sans ostentation. Carte avec un seul menu à 40 euros qui semblait élevé pour nous qui n'avions pas vraiment faim après une journée de travail. Mais la qualité est là , de l' entrée au dessert toutes les propositions sont des plats très élaborés d'une finesse rare avec une variété de saveurs élaborées . Nous nous sommes en définitive régalé, nous qui n'avions pas très faim. L' ambiance est feutrée avec une petite musique en fond pas du tout désagréable. Le service est discret, et les tables bien dressées. La responsable est très affable . Ça a été une très belle soirée et une très belle découverte
