19/10/2025: So here we have reached, not the summits, but the human stupidity of high-altitude catering. If you arrive in traditional ski gear, you are looked down upon and put in a corner. EVERYTHING is overpriced, the music is way too loud, you can even hear it from the top of La Saulire! An establishment like we no longer want in Courchevel, fed up with this kind of wart at the top of our beautiful mountains. Return to traditional and accessible.

29/08/2025: Rude waiter and super expensive. Also super loud. People are coming to the mountains to relax not listen to your stupid music. Food is average, nothing special.

27/01/2026: The best crêperie in Saint-François-Longchamps. Quality ingredients, a friendly atmosphere, and fast service. A delicious treat at a reasonable price.

11/01/2026: I highly recommend this place! My family and I ate there: a Savoyard fondue, a warm goat cheese salad, and a raclette—everyone loved it! We all left with full stomachs. The staff was lovely. If you want to eat a real Savoyard fondue and a real raclette, go for it without hesitation!

15/06/2025: We went to eat at a restaurant and after 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant, I had stomach pains and was vomiting all evening so you should definitely avoid this restaurant.

And then the restrooms are in a disgraceful state: no toilet paper, the water is boiling hot, I burned myself, I didn't even wash my daughter's hands!! The director was quietly eating with two other managers, but the welcome from one of them (whom he could see very clearly) didn't seem to bother him! Change careers...

Positive points: -The room is clean -There is a large bed -A beautiful view -A very kind cleaning lady (who was able to inform us better than the reception staff) Negatives: -Definitely not worth the 4 stars -Hammam, hot tub and fountain in the pool not functional (apparently for several months given the reviews) and no treatments available -Drinks at €5!! -No explanation when we arrived (breakfast time, services offered, etc.) -2 people from the table service ready to fight right in front of us and were shouting lots of insults!! We do not recommend it

29/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food is excellent, as is the service. The team is dynamic, attentive, and very professional. The decor and ambiance are lovely. I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable for the level of quality offered, especially compared to other lakeside restaurants. We each ordered the Alchemist menu, with an aperitif. The cooking and flavors were perfect. I highly recommend it.

No choice whatsoever, only two kinds of sushi, a very limited selection of dishes, truly mediocre taste, no sliced ​​meats, no cheese, no whipped cream, no sauce for the ice cream, and the ice cream was hard and completely frozen. In short, even at €23.90 in the evening, it's still too expensive for what it is.

05/12/2025: I was very disappointed with the service. The saleswoman (or owner?) greeted me in a particularly cold manner, without a smile or any friendliness. I even felt like I was bothering her by taking a few seconds to choose something, which made me feel uncomfortable. It's a shame, because a little courtesy makes all the difference in a customer experience. That said, the products are excellent; I left with two hot chocolates and some pastries.
