12/04/2026: An exceptional restaurant to discover! I had a magical time… surrounded by fir trees with an incredible view of Méribel. I loved the warm welcome from the staff and the meal. Everything was delicious; if I had to give it a score out of 10, I'd give it a 20 🤩. Be sure to book ahead… We were very lucky and got seats on the terrace… it was MAGNIFICENT!

09/04/2026: What a disappointment! For several years, while passing by, we'd wanted to try this secluded restaurant in the forest in Méribel, which boasts an enviable location. The quality of the food is mediocre, with ridiculously small and basic side dishes. The service is disorganized and therefore inefficient, and the close proximity of the tables makes it difficult for servers to move around and for customers to be seated comfortably without disturbing the person behind them. At an average bill of €70-€100 per person, the disappointment is all the greater. There are much better and cheaper options in the ski area, unless you absolutely must have this "secluded" location, which is nonetheless very close to your neighbors.

28/04/2026: A very rude young lady server abused us for not standing in the right place and got the bouncer with no sense of humour to threaten to kick us out. We finished our single coupe de champagne and left. They were SO rude we thought it was funny!

24/03/2026: A very bad experience at La Vanoise, which clearly ruined the end of our stay. We had already been there once before: a cold welcome, but we had been warned about the absence of a chef. Despite the wait, the food was good, so we decided to return at the end of our stay as a group of 14, with a reservation. And then, disaster struck. More than 3 hours of waiting, even though we were among the first to arrive. Dishes were served sporadically, making it impossible to dine together, and above all, we had the very clear feeling of being completely neglected in favor of other tables. After a while, exasperated, I left the restaurant without even eating. And instead of a modicum of understanding or an apology, I was met with an aggressive and inappropriate reaction from the manager. This is all the more incomprehensible given that we had been tolerant during our first visit. But this time, it's a total lack of organization and respect for customers. Yes, the food is good, but that absolutely does not make up for such a disastrous experience. I strongly advise against it, especially if you are in a group or if you simply want to have a pleasant time on vacation.

05/04/2026: The bartender mocked my wife by imitating an Asian accent. This was disrespectful and racist behavior, accompanied by an unpleasant attitude.

05/04/2026: Outrageous experience. The bartender who served me greeted me with an Asian accent, clearly mocking me. It's not only disrespectful, but frankly shameful. His attitude was arrogant from beginning to end, as if he looked down on the customers. It's a far cry from the professionalism expected in this type of establishment. If this is what "service" is, he'd be better off finding another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

07/04/2026: Excellent! The bar is ideally located, I found a great atmosphere, reasonable prices, a quieter interior space away from the slopes, and a smoking area. Definitely a place to remember in Val d'Isère.

17/04/2026: The pizzas are ridiculously small; it's a shame you don't include the advertised ingredients! The "Campaign" pizza has no bacon, onions, or cream, and the "Carnivore" pizza has no cream. Very disappointing!

14/03/2026: Having been regulars at the resort for several years, this restaurant was, despite everything, a very pleasant surprise. From the warm welcome of the staff to the quality of the food and the cozy atmosphere (especially the table we were seated at in the cabin), we had a wonderful time.

10/11/2025: I was very disappointed by the telephone reception. The woman who answered was cold and disrespectful; we felt like we were bothering them. It's a shame because it gives a bad impression of the establishment.

30/10/2025: Superb pizza 🍕 much better than Domino's. Domino's pizzas have a 2-meter-wide crust and very little seasoning, which is the complete opposite of Pizza Chic Bassens. I recommend it and I'll be back.

26/04/2026: Hello For your own good, you should review your prices because what you served us – perch fillet swimming in fat with frozen spinach as a side dish – the dishes were not at all up to the price.

06/04/2026: At the entrance of the establishment, we found a sign for the staff to seat us... we waited a very long time... 5 tables arrived after us and were served first... so we went directly to the bar to order, but they refused at first... the staff were very unpleasant... we will not be returning... avoid at all costs, no smiles, no friendliness...

21/04/2026: Hello, I came for lunch today for two people. I can't even begin to tell you how slow the service was. My wife wanted to leave after waiting 30 minutes for a Perrier and a Monaco! Then, when we asked about our food, the waiter asked if we wanted to leave… Welcome to Le Zinc restaurant… In short, after an hour's wait, our food arrived cold and tasteless… Never again. What a shame.

25/12/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! Disgusting. We ordered two poke bowls; the salmon was overcooked, my daughter didn't even eat it! We asked for a vegan poke bowl without a vegan patty, just a little salad, and she charged extra for two ridiculous lettuce leaves—unbelievable! She was dishonest, and I even spoke to the manager. Since she told me my negative review was very gratifying, I'm taking the liberty of writing it.

25/12/2025: Great spot in Courchevel 1850! Prix ta luge et tire toi is a top-notch place: friendly staff, quality equipment, and a super convivial après-ski atmosphere. Ideal for getting kitted out, enjoying a delicious snack, or having a drink with friends. A must-visit in the Forum area!

21/02/2026: A moldy crouton in the fondue and not even a small digestif offered. A lack of business sense.

15/02/2026: A mountain atmosphere we adore, a warm and welcoming meal, and a lovely owner. I'll definitely be back. In fact, that's all I ask for. Special mention to the two adorable little dogs.
