30/01/2026: We were a group of six adults on Saturday evening, December 6, 2025, and we found the tagines absolutely delicious. At the end of the meal, we had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

29/12/2025: Horrible welcome. There were four of us adults. I called to make a reservation, and they asked if there were any children. I said no. They told me, "Good, I don't like kids." The tagines were taking "too long to make because the cook had just arrived and the oven wasn't on." So, all I got was couscous... awful. Three merguez sausages were practically fighting each other on the edge of the plate with semolina and no butter. The plate was as sad as the rest of the dining room. The vegetables weren't even chopped, and the sauce was nothing like homemade. The waiter only spoke to the one man at the table, who apparently made all the decisions for everyone. In short, not friendly, not very good, and the atmosphere was far from great.

28/02/2026: A beautiful spot nestled in the forest, but above all, excellent cuisine with a very welcoming, attentive, and efficient team. Polite, friendly young people who listen to their customers, a top-notch head waiter—thank you all, we had some wonderful lunches!

28/02/2026: What a shame the service didn't live up to the setting, not by a long shot. We had a table reserved for 2:30 pm, were seated at 3:15 pm, and were served at 4:00 pm. The food was decent, but the price was completely unjustified. We couldn't ski back to the hotel because the lifts were closed. We expressed our disappointment several times, but were met with complete indifference.

16/11/2025: Extremely disappointing experience. I was a guest and didn't comment so as not to embarrass my host, but: Overpriced wines: €8.50 for a fruity Italian wine by the glass with no appellation, and over €40 for a bottle of basic Gamay. Regarding the vegetarian dish, "you have to trust the chef." This was translated 15 minutes before service, and he didn't know what he was going to send. I ended up with a slice of roasted squash, a side dish, for a menu costing over €38. The desserts were advertised as homemade, but they probably weren't; otherwise, how could a chocolate fondant arrive cold? Not to mention the dog in the kitchen entrance... Truly far from the hygiene standards of the industry. Despite the good intentions of the staff, it just wasn't good enough. Nothing lived up to the prices, despite the promising setting... It's time to rethink your positioning or change chefs.

25/02/2026: We ordered a honey pizza to take away this Monday to share between two people. To our great surprise, we received a tiny pizza, barely topped and consisting mainly of dough... Attracted by the advertisement that it would be wood-fired, we were doubly disappointed. We were left wanting more for the 15 euros it cost us for this pizza the size of a hand...

22/02/2026: Unkind people! In the afternoon they only serve takeaway food. Ok, but they didn't let us wait in the restaurant while the food was being prepared. They threw us out front to wait at a temperature of -3°C. Shame on them.

03/02/2026: Pizza Regina , one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Other pasta dishes Inc a gluten free dish were all good. Waitress was good but did try to hard to upsell me a magnum of wine. Biggest issue was lasagne which came very late, we had all finished our food so eventually we cancelled the lasagne and then it appeared, it was very good. On paying the bill the waitress asked if I would tip the team with a 10% service charge , normally I would, but sadly I did not tip. Really enjoyed the restaurant and hope you see my review as fair

31/12/2025: It’s an absolutely disgusting rip-off restaurant and I got sick from the Pizza which cost 40€ for a simple Margarita. I got so sick that I missed 3 days of ski. This restaurant should be investigated due to the lack of hygiène.

27/02/2026: We stopped at Pachu a few times on the slopes. The waiter was unpleasant except when it came time to pay (the prices are exorbitant). We waited over 30 minutes several times before our order was taken. Sometimes we had to leave because no one came to take our order. I strongly advise against going there.

04/03/2026: Note that the restaurant isn't very well located, as it's only accessible via a red run; if you're coming from the blue run, you'll have to put in some serious legwork. But it's not a big deal. The service was pretty poor; the owner asked us to wait at the entrance… After waiting for about ten minutes, we took the initiative to show ourselves, and a waiter took care of us. Given the really high prices of the dishes, we opted for two omelets and fries, €42 (the cheapest on the menu). To top it all off, we spent the entire meal with the heat pump or something similar running in the background, and it was incredibly noisy… First and last time, then.
