28/04/2026: The location is very pleasant, but there's a major drawback: the soundproofing is poor, both from the outside and from neighboring apartments. The nights are very noisy.

27/04/2026: Perfect residence for a week of skiing...located in the heart of the resort, right at the foot of the slopes...parking 200m away...shops very close by... Top-notch apartment...and the staff's welcome and friendliness were impeccable.

06/08/2026: The hotel is very well located, close to the main road and right in the direction of our trip, so it was very convenient. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and the area was quiet. We slept very well, and it was perfect for an overnight stay during our trip.

04/08/2026: Disappointed with the spa, water not hot, counter-current swimming out of order, after inquiring at reception the temperature of the baths was lowered at the request of the customer, sorry but a spa is not a municipal swimming pool so it is not pleasant to sit with the bubbles in water that is not hot.

30/07/2026: In the heart of Moutier, this restaurant, popular with locals, regulars, and discerning tourists alike, offers home-style cooking made with fresh, flavorful local ingredients. The cuisine is simple yet satisfying, with a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €17.50. The charcuterie is homemade and served in abundance. The main course features a beautiful chicken leg, and dessert is an assortment of Savoyard cheeses. There's also a good selection of Savoy wines by the glass. The owner is worth meeting—a bit grumpy but friendly, a true Savoyard...this establishment has been recommended by the Routard guide for several years.

31/07/2026: We'd love to give it 6 stars, but it's not possible. The welcome was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant. The dishes were very tasty, with a menu to suit all tastes. Vegetarians, we were in heaven! The cocktails were very original and well-made. In short, don't change a thing!

03/07/2026: Good evening. This establishment is to be AVOIDED… “Absolutely!!!” I can’t tell you anything about the reception, the service, or the quality of the food. I booked 48 hours in advance… directly… with (some doubt) WE WERE STILL LEFT IN FRONT OF A CLOSED DOOR!! P.S.: I’m being polite… But the insults… how can I put it… “they were like sheep from the Alps!” A word to the wise… Everyone should come to ST ROCH 3!!!

10/12/2025: Today, The naan sandwich was poorly made; the naan bread was too thin, too small, and torn, causing the filling to fall out. There was also a lack of attention to detail with the initial order. The price was far too high for their naan sandwich, which has shrunk considerably since the restaurant opened, which is unacceptable.

03/05/2026: It is with immense pleasure that we have been celebrating our anniversary at the château for the past few years. The setting is magnificent, the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are exactly to our liking. We also appreciate the meal, which is always exquisite and beautifully presented. Thank you again for the thoughtful touches. Kisses to the cats. 29/06/2026: Because restaurant reviews aren't just about the food, this place doesn't seem to like children. Twice in two years (several calls for each reservation), I tried to book a table for my daughter and me. The unpleasant, almost condescending tone of the woman, without explicitly saying so, led to some rather ludicrous arguments! "Madam," she said, "your food is very highly rated on Google. This contrasts sharply with your friendliness when you want to share a meal with your child. Not all families are the same, and there are still some parents who know how to raise their children in restaurants and, more importantly, take them there because they know they'll behave. Best of luck, but even when they're grown up, you've lost four customers for good." A drop in the ocean, you might say. I call it a blemish on an otherwise perfect table.

22/04/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times with friends, and everything had always gone well, but our last experience was truly unacceptable. We ordered a takeaway pizza with honey and goat cheese. There was probably a mix-up: my friend said "miel" (honey) and I said "honey." When we got home and opened the box, we discovered a completely different pizza, with meat and hot sauce (which is particularly problematic since my friend is vegetarian). We calmly returned to the restaurant to explain the situation, even apologizing for the possible confusion. Despite this, the pizza maker's reaction was completely disproportionate: he became angry, raised his voice, and insisted that the mistake was entirely ours. He made no attempt to find a solution. The most disappointing aspect was the manager's attitude, who witnessed the scene without intervening, allowing his employee to continue speaking to us aggressively. When we asked if we should pay for the new pizza, the pizza maker started yelling again, blaming us for the mistake, even though it was obvious we would never have ordered a meat pizza, especially since one of us is vegetarian. The experience was so unpleasant that we decided never to return. Mistakes happen, but how customers are treated makes all the difference—and here, it was very poor.

22/04/2026: We were regular customers of this establishment for a while, but after what happened, we won't be going back. One day, we ordered a "honey" pizza, but the pizza maker thought we had "Haníbal" (meat). Being vegetarian, when we received the pizza and realized the mistake, we tried to return it calmly and respectfully. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or at least handling the situation professionally, the pizza maker reacted very rudely. He spoke to us disrespectfully, refused any solution, and blamed us, showing no interest whatsoever in resolving the problem or treating regular customers properly. I can understand that mistakes happen, especially with language, but what is unacceptable is the lack of respect and the attitude towards customers. Making mistakes is human; mistreating customers is not. I do not recommend this place.

03/04/2026: The best tacos in Chambéry! You won't find better anywhere else, and I've had my fair share of tacos in Chambéry!! I order once a month, sometimes more, and we've never been disappointed. We ordered again tonight, and once again, we weren't disappointed. Super tacos and great fries. My 3-year-old daughter loves them every time 🤩 The meat is fresh, the tacos are incredible, and they even make XXL tacos, which very few places in Chambéry do 😌 So don't hesitate, family, go for it without hesitation 🤩❤️ Brian

23/01/2026: A truly astonishing experience… in the worst possible way!!! I never would have believed that in 2026, a hotel could still refuse a guest after 9:30 pm. This is probably the only establishment in France that considers travelers a nuisance! My reservation, made on Tuesday, January 20th for an arrival on Friday, January 23rd, was perfectly confirmed. I had even specified that I would be arriving late, since I was coming from the south of France. Nothing unusual, until that fateful phone call on the road. The receptionist, charming and impeccably professional, explained, slightly embarrassed, that her boss had ordered her to no longer accept anyone after 9:30 pm. Fortunately, she knows her job: she even described the protocol for late arrivals, with an external key box and an access code, and kindly sent me photos of the system – location, code, everything. Everything was ready for a smooth stay. But clearly, the owner prefers guests who go to bed before him. He refused to implement this protocol, claiming that this solution was "reserved for regulars." In other words: if you have the misfortune of not being a regular customer, move along, your reservation is worthless. A contemptuous, anti-business, and outdated attitude. One really wonders what kind of "hospitality professional" closes their doors at 9:30 p.m. when everything is ready to welcome a tired traveler. When a hotelier treats their guests this way, they don't deserve the name "hotel," much less the trust of travelers. Absolutely avoid!

04/04/2026: We absolutely loved Le Chalet du Motet! We enjoyed every bite from start to finish: the porcini mushroom fondue was absolutely divine 🤤, bursting with flavor, incredibly delicious… pure bliss! And the salad dressing… incredible 😍 Honestly, we'd love to know the secret, it was so perfect! A huge thank you to the waiter, who was fantastic: welcoming, professional, and super friendly. And the owners are simply wonderful, warm, and passionate. This is exactly the kind of place we adore, where everything comes together for a truly great time. We'll definitely be back!
