14/08/2026: A perfect restaurant for a break with friends and colleagues. The lunch menu changes regularly, but is always delicious, and the servers are very attentive and helpful. A warm and tasty place!

08/09/2026: Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. Average tourist food at an acceptable price for this beautiful but completely overcrowded place. The two of us paid €67 for three dishes at lunchtime, including wine and cider. We had nine oysters, which were okay but not entirely fresh and not served on ice; a tasty fish soup with side dishes (commercial supermarket quality); and mussels with a small bowl of soggy, greasy fries. The mussels were supposed to be with Roquefort cheese but were served with a flour-based sauce. I think that was a mistake. We then received a new portion with a cheese sauce, which was probably not Roquefort but rather much cheaper Gorgonzola. Everything tasted good, and we weren't dissatisfied, but it wasn't anything special.

24/08/2026: We were very satisfied with our Monday lunch at this establishment. It was the only restaurant open that Monday and a wonderful discovery: refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and delicious desserts. The service and welcome were friendly. We had a very enjoyable time. Reservations are highly recommended.

26/08/2026: A very good experience, the servers were fantastic! Very welcoming and lovely, I even received a nice compliment from one of the waitresses. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area again. The price-quality ratio is good!

24/08/2026: Indeed, my previous comment was for a different restaurant. Regarding Le Bouchon Normand, I found the service chaotic, with the staff running around in all directions… and not very organized (probably staffed for the high season). The dishes themselves were quite decent. I must point out that my wife's dish, the black cod loin, was undercooked in the center. She was sick during the night, probably because of it 😟 The rest was good, and the price was reasonable for the location.

26/08/2026: I couldn't buy bison. I'd already tried a few years ago and given up because of how complicated the process was. I tried again, and here's my experience. I called to ask about ordering. I was told I had to call at the beginning of the week to pick up my order at the end of the week. Perfect, I called on Monday and asked if it was possible to order thick steaks. The person I spoke to couldn't answer my question and told me to call back the next day; the butcher would be there. I called back on Tuesday. The person I spoke to still couldn't answer my question and, instead of putting me through to the butcher, told me to send an email. I received a reply to my email: the steaks are thin, end of discussion. So I asked if it was possible to get thick slices of tenderloin. I'm still waiting for a reply. In short, I didn't eat any bison.
