08/05/2026: When the owner comes out into the parking lot to direct you to a proper spot, even though the lot is empty and you haven't even gotten out of your car... now that's what I call customer service! She'll never see me again... change jobs, the municipal police are hiring!

25/04/2026: What a disappointment… I came for desserts the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I returned for savory food, and it was significantly less good, plus the service was appalling… a very unpleasant person even made a pricing error. Such a reception doesn't exactly inspire me to come back.

30/03/2026: Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Even though it's a restaurant/bar with set menus for workers, I found the quality very, very average. I was very disappointed with the quality and cooking of the food. We couldn't even finish our meals. While the service was very good, that's not enough to give it more stars. I enjoy cooking homemade meals, and everyone cooks differently, but there's a difference between cooking and just throwing things together. Honestly, the quality just wasn't there. We left hungry and with a bill that was completely unjustified for what we were served.

22/02/2026: Three daily specials (red meat, white meat, fish), all homemade and deliciously prepared by the chef. Generous portions. And don't forget the desserts. Top-notch service. A bistro like they used to make. Perfect for a lunch break on the way to the Alps.

22/04/2026: €24 for a starter, main course, and dessert—it's become incredibly expensive. A pitcher of red wine, undrinkable, was certainly made from the dregs of glasses and bottles—a disgrace. The old man quoted €65, divided by 2 = €33. Avoid at all costs.

15/02/2026: Excellent for a comfortable family stopover on the way to the ski slopes. The breakfast package is very generous. Also great for a longer stay as the region has many attractions. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. It's bland, tasteless, and particularly surprising given the positive reviews! It feels like the chef isn't actually cooking, but simply reheating pre-prepared dishes. I don't mind pre-made food in itself, but this is just plain bad.

12/06/2026: Wonderful place serving some nice Indian food! A place with a calm and cozy ambience - perfect to retire to for a good dinner. Had Baingan Barta and Shahi Paneer with some Garlic Naan. Beautiful plating, portion sizes of the gravies were good enough for a group of 2-3. They offer different spice levels for certain gravies as well! Do note to order breads and rice accordingly. The host was the kindest, and the waitstaff were quite attentive. Would recommend the refreshing and wonderful Mango Lassi they whip up to beat off the summer heat.

02/06/2026: I used to rave about the value for money of their lunch offer, which I thought was fantastic!! But that was before the change… it's a shame, now the offer is just one dish. It's still good, no complaints about the taste. The service is also more friendly and pleasant. But going from a lunch menu with a mixed starter, a choice of 3 or 4 main courses plus naan, and a choice of 2 desserts to a plate with meat, rice, salad, naan, and two eggplant fritters for the same price!! The value is completely different. But again, it's still good, no complaints.

14/06/2026: Unfortunately, very disappointed... The place itself is very pleasant, and the welcome was friendly. However, it was excessively expensive for what we ate...tiny frogs' legs, a €45 set menu with a meager salad, and the chicken with morels was just okay...tasteless...😕

07/06/2026: Excellent food; the frogs' legs and the gratin are superb, and the rural setting is beautiful. Reservations recommended.

15/06/2026: We held our wedding reception (cocktail hour and meal) on June 13, 2026, at the Auberge de Saint Didier. There were about forty of us. We warmly thank the entire team. Everything was perfect: the welcome and the impeccable, friendly service from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, the excellent food, and the perfect setting and room. They were also very accommodating to some of our guests with vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free diets—fantastic! All our guests were delighted, and so were we—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! 07/11/2025: It's been a long time since I last came, and it's so nice to find a family-run restaurant that's calm and has friendly staff who pay attention to their customers. I recommend the lasagna, which is rarely so well-prepared in a restaurant.
