18/08/2024: The food, service, and atmosphere are all good. And I do like the hotel style and the classical decoration.
However, according to the unpleasant part of my experiences, please make sure the air conditioner in your booked room works before you check in. Plus, you should absolutely avoid the rooms near the hall (behind the reception) on weekends. It can be incredibly noisy even after midnight lately (later than 1am).

17/10/2024: Pizza delivered which has nothing to do with what I ordered, rotten pizza with fries, it has to be done.
22/09/2024: Run away! Dry pizza, tasteless, very few ingredients on it. I'm still looking for the cheese to melt. Even the children didn't like it. Too bad we can't give zero stars, it didn't deserve one! Next time I'll have a sodebo, I would have eaten better.

25/08/2024: The setting is nice, the servers pleasant, the frogs good but the price is excessive considering the quantity served.
We came out of this restaurant hungry.
30 euros per person for plates of frogs accompanied by a few potatoes. This discouraged us from having desserts. Too bad because the food is pretty good but we won't go back there. Too many restaurants nearby with more respectable value for money.

19/01/2025: Shopping center in disrepair - the entire basement has been under construction for years - impractical parking (very small spaces), broken vending machine, broken electric vehicle charging and spaces occupied by non-electric vehicles - this note concerns the building and the mall infrastructure, not the stores.

23/12/2023: Nous avions réservé. 1h d’attente pour qu’un serveur vienne prendre notre commande, accueil sans les salades, 1h d’attente pour avoir nos plats, des plats froids, deux plats qui ne correspondaient pas à notre demande, fausse commande, mauvaise cuisson d’une viande demandé à point qui arrive À PEINE CUITE. Évidemment le patron qui ne nous fait aucune remise. Lamentable. Tout cela pour avoir finalement mangé en 2h30 le midi, bravo.
19/12/2023: Plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds dans ce restaurant qu'on fréquentait de temps en temps. Samedi soir nous avons commandé 1 assiette trappeur, les ribs avait un arrière goût très désagréable en bouche, on demande gentillement de changer de viande et la personne (chef de salle j'imagine, un chauve costaud) nous parle très mal, nous jette l'assiette sur la table, très impolie et très hautain, aucune excuse en partant, le Buffalo c'est terminé ! Et au vue des prix et la qualité des produits, ce n'est pas plus mal, on mange beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Fuyez ce restau

22/09/2024: Hotel booked randomly on the road. Magnificent Hotel, an exceptional view of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The junior suite is spacious and modern. A message from the receptionist welcomed us to the room. The balcony of the room allows you, on this Sunday morning when I am writing these lines, to enjoy the view while enjoying your coffee, in absolute calm and a hypnotic landscape. The staff is great! It is now our essential stopover point!
26/08/2024: Excellent time spent at Le Panorama restaurant for dinner! Warm welcome, very pleasant aperitif on the terrace facing a magnificent view of the Alps, cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant room, delicious dishes, high quality products.
Very pleasant and professional service, sound advice.
Absolutely worth discovering!

15/08/2024: Disappointed with the room. Very small for 3, no shower gel (just a dispenser at the sink), only one roll of toilet paper already used, uncomfortable bedding with plastic noise at the slightest movement. In short, a hotel in its original form which deserves a good renovation.

07/07/2024: We enjoyed the Margherita, Dolce Vita, and Mimosa pizzas. We waited 30-35 minutes for them to be ready. It was super good, especially the dough 👌 Thank you very much. We pay in cash, not by credit card, but we also accept Swiss francs in banknotes 🙏
Also, there is no problem with parking while waiting because the pizzeria is opposite Netto, so there is Netto parking right in front.
