17/08/2024: One of those little restaurants that we don't make anymore. Top notch service and cuisine. Perfect semi-cooked foie gras! Monsieur Seguin's tomato with crispy crackers... Your taste buds are in awe... And what about the fish in its candied lemon sauce? The dishes are plentiful. The homemade seasonal aperitif makes you want to prolong the summer... In short, the boss doesn't make any fuss and we have a great time!

28/08/2024: Having owned a Burgers restaurant myself, I must say that we have never had such quality meat for hamburger steaks. Well done! The homemade brioche buns, the sauce and the quality of the ingredients show the attention of the team in the kitchen. It's worth the detour!

19/08/2024: D’après une recommandation, nous avons décidé d’y aller pour dîner. Remarquable. Le décor, le lieu ainsi que l’ambiance sont appropriés pour passer un bon moment. Le menu n’est pas excessif au regard des produits proposés ainsi que des proportions. Mon épouse et moi-même avions pris en entrée un carpaccio de petit pois au noix de saint-jacques, le plat est superbe. Nous n’avons pas trop aimés ce plat car il nest pas à notre goût mais voilà, on s’est trompés. Ensuite nous avons pris un paves de boeuf irish et une compotée d’agneau au thym et au miel. Un vrai délice. Nous nous somment littéralement régalés. Le désert était bon aussi et bien présenté mais rien d’exceptionnel. Bref, nous avons passés un bon moment dans ce restaurant et assurément nous y retournerons bientôt car nous somment curieux de découvrir les autres plats de cette carte, surtout les « grande assiettes ».

16/08/2024: Parfait comme à l’habitude. C’est un endroit où vous ne serez jamais déçu d’y manger. Il est agréable d’y aller en hiver comme en été.

21/05/2024: Bar. Good beer selection. Almost all staff speak English. Prices as in Old Riga bars. I definitely recommend it, because I really liked it.

16/08/2024: Very pleasant and smiling staff. After a good fifteen minutes of waiting, someone came to ask us what we wanted to eat and drink. We had a prime rib (asked well done) and salmon. Unfortunately, the prime rib was not cooked and was accompanied by a maximum of 2 diced potatoes to give a little more volume. The rib was supposed to be accompanied by a béarnaise sauce, which never happened. The salmon was good, only problem was that the vegetables that came with it tasted like dirt.

16/08/2024: Ordered prawns with vegetables and Lyonnais salad, both very mediocre. I felt sick (diarrhea) after eating.

14/12/2024: salle sobre et silencieuse, pas de promiscuité avec les autres tables. service discret et efficace , carte des vins bien établie avec des prix très abordables. Très bon rapport qualité prix , préparation des plats avec des produits de choix. pas de chichi, pour les décos d'assiettes , mais une cuisine juste et authentique. foie gras poêlé, ris de veau au morilles etc..

09/11/2024: C'est une excellent adresse pour y manger un très bon repas, chacune de nos visites ont été un plaisir et a chaque fois on découvre une nouvelle carte, le personnel est très gentil nous y somme très bien accueillis, je recommande grandement

08/09/2024: The best of the best in Bourg if you simply love seafood! We have known this restaurant for over 10 years now and we have always enjoyed it! The owners are very friendly, Mr. in the "stoves", Mrs. in the dining room. This is one of the best restaurants we know, so yes, quality has a price, well deserved in this case. Importantly, the tables are spaced far enough apart so that guests have their space. The atmosphere is calm.

10/08/2024: I have passed this restaurant thousands of times without knowing what a gem it is. I left the Bourg region, but I come back several times a year. And this time we got through the door. We tried: bouillabaisse and basil sea bass. Special mention for the rum baba, served with an extremely interesting choice of rum. We opted for the owner's rum and it was amazing... extraordinary. Dogs are welcome, kept on a leash. A wonderful moment. The owners are adorable. We loved it, we will come back, that's for sure.

06/01/2024: Magnificent, an atypical restaurant, the atmosphere is super nice, the owner too, the quality of the products is top notch, the quantity too! Rather well located with parking nearby, affordable prices, I highly recommend!

09/12/2023: A little disappointed with the menu. The carp gougeonnettes were a little bland, lacking in seasoning! Ditto frogs….. chicken dish with morel sauce and entrecôte it was ok but lacked flavor too. the ice cream desserts from the Alps: good but hey everyone knows…. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly. The value for money is a little expensive...139 euros for 3 without aperitifs, only a pitcher of white and rosé wine.

12/11/2023: A very good address that we are delighted to have discovered, The service is a little long but the culinary level makes us forget this detail... We started with an appetizer offered on our arrival (foie gras crème brûlée) Then we took the menus at 30th As a starter, choice between terrine or carp goujonettes with tartar sauce. The 2 dishes are validated 😊 served with green salad and grated carrots Then, choice between part of Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank. Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious ! The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections! And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other A very good time spent at this address. Possibility of eating Bresse chicken and frogs. We will come back !

09/09/2024: We came to eat on a Sunday lunchtime, the service is very good but you don't have to be in a hurry it's quite long, the setting is simple and the room is still quite noisy. We were disappointed with the dishes, the value for money was not there, we had the impression of not having gotten value for our money.. The quality of the products is very good but quite simple the accompaniments are very simple and not at all rich, the dish between 25 and 30 euros for so little filling and so simple it is not worth the price, it is not a gastro. And the flavors were too banal. Bottles of wine are very expensive too. We are left on our end and disappointed with the value for money, especially for the place and the very simple setting, we will not come back.

01/09/2024: Traditional cuisine, finesse and elegance of the preparations. Very close to semi-gastronomic in my opinion. Good table service. It is prudent to reserve.
