09/05/2026: All the pastries have a blue snowflake on their price tags. I asked why, and it turns out they're frozen! On the other hand, the croissants and pain au chocolat are very good and not tiny like some bakeries are making now... without lowering the price, of course. We only buy these from this bakery now.

Well, you charge as soon as you serve! …I think everyone understands what's going on here.

03/06/2026: I wanted to thank a young employee at your bakery for her kindness. I wanted a chicken sandwich with raw vegetables, but they were out. Only ham sandwiches were left, without the raw vegetables I wanted. She then took the time to prepare a sandwich especially for me, which I found very thoughtful. It's a simple gesture, but it shows genuine concern for the customer. I regularly shop at this bakery, and the service is always pleasant. Thank you to her and the entire team for your professionalism and kindness. ☺️🫶🏼

01/07/2026: A very disappointing experience for my first seaside restaurant. The food wasn't fresh and some items were almost inedible. The waitress was very cold and unwelcoming, which didn't make me want to stay at all. I would recommend "L'Encas," which is right next door, with very pleasant and smiling waiters, and the food is very, very good; thanks to them, I made up for my second seaside restaurant experience.

28/06/2026: We ordered a charcuterie platter "TO SHARE," but the platter was ridiculously small; there was more salad than charcuterie. Three slices of chorizo, three slices of rosette salami, one slice of smoked ham, and a spoonful of chicken rillettes. All that for €15—let's just say it wasn't very appetizing.

11/05/2026: Cooking and seasoning need improvement; meat was overcooked and some dishes lacked flavor. The waiter was pleasant, but the wait between courses was too long. The atmosphere and restaurant were pleasant.

25/06/2026: Hello We have been customers of your establishments for over 5 years, always enjoying the pleasure of buying pastries and other treats in your shops without hesitation. However, we have noticed a decline in the freshness of the pastries and some other baked goods, and even a rather cold welcome for this type of shop. And to top it all off, we witnessed a customer politely asking for access to the restroom. 😔 The only thing that remains constant is the exorbitant prices. 😡 Our enjoyment should remain beyond reproach when we are satisfied with the quality… (price is a minor detail, of course. 😔) We will make one last attempt. But there are other very pleasant pastry shops in Cabourg… Sorry for this rant. 😏

13/06/2026: I came yesterday with a group of friends, and a customer (you couldn't miss him, he weighed at least 200 kg, and I'd never seen him before) kept staring at us. It was becoming awkward and unkind. I come fairly regularly (between two and four times a month), and clearly the atmosphere is getting less and less pleasant because of people like that. The establishment bears some responsibility since you control who can enter and who can't. Apart from that, the service was fine and the music was great.

24/05/2026: The cloakroom staff were incredibly rude. You pay a fortune to get into this club only to not be able to retrieve your coat at the end of the night. The person at the cloakroom didn't even bother to check if our jacket was there, even though we had ordered drinks and were otherwise very friendly. She had absolutely no humanity; she was just waiting for her cigarette break. Avoid at all costs.

09/06/2026: I find the comments harsh. As a regular customer, I very rarely experience any oversights. Wait times vary depending on how busy it is, so it's understandable that on a busy weekend, you'd wait longer. The only downside is that the products are often cold, possibly because they were prepared too far in advance.

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed

19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant. I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier. It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.

15/03/2026: What does it mean to call the toilets in such a pitiful state? The bar would do well to offer a small restaurant; it wouldn't hurt. Furthermore, there isn't really a menu. Prices are arbitrary; you'll pay depending on how you deal with the owner.

04/07/2026: Takeaway service closed half an hour before the closing time announced on the McDonald's+ app and Google. Customers are left waiting in the drive-thru line, without being blocked beforehand, only to be told in the end that they're no longer taking orders because they're closed, and it's not even 11 PM!! I can't wait for Burger King to open in Bayeux...
