20/07/2026: A beautiful place, a very cozy restaurant. Superb welcome, top-notch staff 👌👍. The food was high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. A wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back because everything looked so tempting.

16/09/2026: We arrived at 6:00 PM. The main courses (fish, burgers, etc.) couldn't be served. We left disappointed. What a shame.

12/09/2026: Beautiful view but a cold welcome. The outdoor sofas are very dirty. We only came for a drink initially, but the manager's attitude didn't encourage us to stay longer. What a shame.

13/09/2026: The food was extremely disappointing, with the exception of the fish and seafood. The two tartares were particularly bad. I had never tasted anything like it: dry, unseasoned, and unfortunately, not even hand-cut. The minced meat was served in a ball in the middle of the plate. I had to add a generous amount of salt, pepper, and oil to try and salvage the flavor. The fish was good, however. The restaurant has an excellent beachfront location, with a lovely, large terrace.

12/09/2026: Great location, terrace right on the sand, quick and friendly service. The only downside was the tasteless fish; the seafood sauerkraut with fish and cabbage was rather bland. The seafood was decent (oysters, whelks, shrimp). So, you pay for the location, that's the price you pay.

22/09/2026: I wanted to give it one last try because I really love crepes, but the staff doesn't make me want to come back. It's not the first time; the two women are incredibly unfriendly, and the man who served the crepe practically threw it on the table. You don't feel welcome at all.

15/09/2026: I was promised a warm welcome, but I was completely disappointed. I felt like I was intruding on the bar. I ordered a coffee, and my friend had a strawberry Diablo. The staff seemed skeptical that the third person with us wasn't ordering anything. They only ordered a glass of water, which I don't understand. I find that behavior appalling. I felt like I was bothering them throughout the entire service with their constant glances. We were the only customers; not even a thank you or a friendly gesture. I'm very disappointed with the service; it could even have been a nightmare in the kitchen.

09/06/2026: RESTAURANT ONLY!! During a trip to Omaha Beach, I went straight to the adjacent hotel restaurant for a delicious lunch. I received friendly service. I ordered a pizza and was satisfied with the price of €22, including a drink, considering the beachfront location. Nevertheless, I don't think the pizza was a perfect 10/10; I'd rate it more like 6.5-7/10. Still, it's worth a visit if you want to eat right by the sea.

09/06/2026: Never stayed in a room but ate there several times. Usually busy and had to wait a few minutes for a table. Service was ok and the food was decent.

03/10/2026: Delicious food but extremely small portions, even for gourmet cuisine.

07/09/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this gourmet restaurant. We regularly try new restaurants, especially when we travel. I think this is the worst "gastronomic" experience I've ever had (and I'm 38). The food itself is decent, but you have to wait for the pre-dessert to really get your taste buds flowing and experience any depth of flavor (and on the plate!). The real problem lies with the service: several oversights and a very long wait between courses. Not to mention the €39 wine pairing, practically highway robbery, especially when the last glass is forgotten and the waitress finally arrives and pours the dregs of the bottle without a word of apology. In short, the food itself is just okay for the prices, but if you're allergic to fake smiles and service errors, don't eat here.

08/08/2026: The staff were unpleasant, both in their appearance and tone, and rushed even though there was no queue. The bread was stale. Prices are still reasonable and there's a good selection.

27/07/2026: The churros, sandwiches and ice cream are all very good and not too expensive

14/09/2026: I don't find it as bad as some of the reviews suggest. Only used for drinks. I agree with another comment that if outside you are better off ordering inside and then going to your table, otherwise there might be a wait. The service can be imperfect, but I feel that if I kept visiting I would get to like them. You may need to be clear with your order. The server didn't seem to know what a bière blanche was, even though it is on the pump (La Bête Blanche). All OK in the end. Opens a bit later on a Sunday than some other bars.

02/06/2026: Since the change of ownership, I think things have changed a lot.

01/10/2026: Finding a nail extension in my neighbor's plate. So hygienic! The poor guy had to pay half his meal, and those of us who were with him only got a €1 discount. It's a disgrace. No apology, and the owner was nitpicking because we asked for some kind of compensation... I wouldn't have even paid for my meal... Avoid this place!

05/09/2026: I ordered the gourmet waffle and I'm very happy with the ice cream waffle… They're homemade waffles, I recommend them.

05/09/2026: The waitress was unfriendly, and one of the waiters acted like he owned the place and argued in front of everyone! The mussels were undercooked and the fries were dry. I gave it two stars because the owner was very embarrassed by the situation and gave us a discount.
