16/03/2026: My father (69 years old) came to pick up a drive-thru order for his grandchildren. After a 30-minute wait, he was finally given an order that had been sitting on the table next to the drive-thru window for over 10 minutes. The result: missing items and the rest completely cold. This is simply unacceptable. At this point, you might as well sell your frozen products directly; the result would be the same. My father doesn't want to come back to your store: nothing was hot, so he had to throw everything away. He also tried to contact you, but received no response or offer of any solution. I find this situation outrageous. You won't be seeing me again anytime soon. I remember when you first opened, around 2007/2008, when I was in high school. The quality has dropped significantly. I can't wait for a Quick, a Burger King, or something similar to open in Falaise.

04/02/2026: I was really disappointed by the service; the saleswomen were chatting amongst themselves... This is my second time here. The first time, the service was mediocre and the prices exorbitant. The apricot flan was extremely sweet, very thick, and poorly balanced with the few apricots. The bread was edible. Really disappointed again... I won't be back.

14/12/2024: Once again I was able to see the poor reception of a short, dark-haired lady who should take sales and friendliness courses, especially when you want to classify your products at the top of the range. And out of season we can't say that it is jostled by the crowd.

13/12/2024: I've never seen that. Price on site or to take away. High price for quantity in the cups as well as serving in dinner parties. Disappointed. I don't recommend it

04/03/2026: McDonald's is like all the others. But the service and welcome from the gentleman who brings the trays is excellent, which is rare in McDonald's.

04/03/2026: Very disappointed. A wrap that wasn't even closed and didn't have the bacon that was supposed to be there. A ridiculous amount of fries for which I paid extra. A McDonald's sandwich that looked like it was from the day before, judging by the bread which looked more like a rusk than bread. And a second fry that looked more like chips than fries – they were brown and extremely hard. It's a shame to pay so much for fries that were clearly forgotten in the fryer. An incomplete and unfinished sandwich and a McDonald's sandwich that wasn't "fresh".

26/03/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. Fast food in name only… They really need to rethink their organization. Worst McDonald's ever, I think. 25-minute wait to order. 25 minutes to be served (and that was twice, since the drinks and ice cream arrived 10 minutes before the meals). 12:20 PM, the bins are literally overflowing, and the tables haven't been cleaned. NEVER AGAIN!

22/03/2026: The wait was far too long; McDonald's is supposed to close at 11pm, but they didn't want to serve their customers after 10:25pm. I strongly advise against going there.

20/02/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A remarkable culinary experience from start to finish. The incredibly fresh oysters were a delicate and elegant start to the meal. The foie gras was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth tender and of exceptional quality. The perfectly cooked duck breast offered precise cooking and a beautiful intensity of flavor, while the tender and flavorful steak confirmed the culinary excellence. The dessert, a Pavlova that was both light and indulgent, concluded this moment on a note of exquisite delicacy. The attentive and professional service enhanced this gastronomic interlude. A must-visit in Le Havre, where we will be delighted to return.

28/12/2025: Disappointed. Expensive, not great. Dirty toilets. Buffalo Grill would be better for a meal at €9.90 per person. The kebab menu was €11, a panini with three small strips of chicken was €10, and a tiny tray of meat was €7. I understand there were no customers when we arrived. We even complained about the toilets and the food. It's unprofessional to close it down; the hygiene department should definitely come, if only for the toilets. The premises need improvement.

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed

19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant. I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier. It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.

21/03/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant/bar. We were served a simple carton of pineapple juice for €4.80, clearly overpriced—a real tourist trap. The owner is particularly unpleasant and impolite, which immediately creates a bad atmosphere. The service is mediocre: no smiles, no attention to detail; you really feel like you're bothering them. I asked for a simple carafe of water… which I never received. Even charging a phone seems complicated… In short, a place to avoid. There are much better options elsewhere, with at least a minimum of courtesy towards customers.

21/03/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. The price-quality ratio is clearly outrageous: a glass of wine for €12.50 when nearby establishments typically charge between €7 and €9 is already a bitter pill to swallow. But the worst part was the hygiene and service. I was served a dirty glass with a mouth smear on it… I pointed it out to the waiter, and his response was simply unbelievable: "Have you been drinking?" he said mockingly. A complete lack of professionalism. The so-called "heated" terrace is also misleading: it was cold, and to make matters worse, the glass was cracked, giving an impression of general neglect. In short, a truly awful experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

06/03/2026: Disorganized, slow, and unpleasant. I placed my takeout order at 6:30 PM. There were a few customers in the restaurant, but nothing out of the ordinary. After a 20-minute wait, I saw two bags that seemed to match my order set aside, pending. Something must be missing. It wasn't until 10 minutes later, 30 minutes after I ordered, that my bags, which had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, were finally handed to me. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the person in charge of drinks was overwhelmed and running late. I could have understood if orders placed after mine hadn't been processed first and if I hadn't seen the person in question chatting with a colleague. The result: my entire order was cold.

06/03/2026: The ice cream toppings weren't included. We ordered via drive-thru. We ordered two Kit Kat chocolate ice creams, one with both toppings. We asked them to differentiate between the two. When we picked up the ice creams, we asked which one had the toppings. The guy opened the package and said, "Uh, it's the one on the left. Well, I'll put a double label on it so you can't get it mixed up." Luckily there was a label, because otherwise we never would have guessed. After mixing the ice creams, there wasn't more chocolate in one than the other (we were told beforehand that when there's a chocolate topping, it's at the bottom), but there was nothing in this one. And within one or two scoops of Kit Kat, it was the same amount. Paying €1.40 for two scoops of Kit Kat Balls? We might as well have gone to the movies to get them. I find it appalling that they ask which order has extras and then openly lie to the customer instead of admitting their mistake. We had ordered drive-thru so we could eat on the road, and we tried calling, but no one answered. Order number 293 from March 6th. If anyone who works there reads this, please let me know.

30/11/2025: Avoid at all costs!!!! Run away!!!! One star, but that's the only way 😕 Not good!! The fish soup tastes like water. The fisherman's pot has three fish, but where are the fish?
