04/07/2026: The owner seems blasé. I hope he won't complain if he's closed due to Covid, since masks are optional there. The waitress was very efficient, and the French music evening was enjoyable.

01/07/2026: We visit this bar on 6th June every year after the D Day ceremonies, and again several times before we head back to England. The food is always good and the service is great, nice beers as well, see you next year.

23/06/2026: Good coffee but has a tired look. Ash trays not emptied, hand drier does not work. Needs some TLC.

29/01/2026: Now only pizza. Okay, we understand, except it was COLD on top as soon as it arrived at the table because the ingredients were frozen... It's emptying quickly, and we get it. Seriously, make an effort with the service too. It's rushed. Disappointing. At least the atmosphere is quiet given the low number of customers.

10/06/2026: It was a wonderful discovery, both in terms of the food and the people. The staff is pleasant, always smiling, and very professional. As for the food, in addition to being generous portions, it's delicious. I highly recommend it. I won't hesitate to return.

16/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at Maison Saiter. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant. The products are fresh and of very high quality; you can really taste the difference. The service is excellent, and the whole team is very attentive. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!

19/02/2026: Lots of activities. The children had a blast with the water games. The beach, the sea, the sand, the horses, the sailboats, the sandcastles... In addition to the historical sites about World War II, tanks, cannons, bunkers, and museums... So much to do.

29/01/2026: Relatively disappointed with this Capfun campsite for my week's holiday. Positive points: Close to the beach, the pool is pretty good, and the mobile homes are in good condition, but that's about it. Negative points: - The mobile homes are crammed together. You sneeze, and 15 other mobile homes practically say "bless you." Absolutely no privacy. Our living room overlooked the toilet in the next mobile home; its toilet window was a meter away from our kitchen. - The pool is okay, but the wooden castle with the slides stinks terribly. The wooden slats are cracked, and mushrooms several centimeters high are visible everywhere inside. - The campsite's safety is questionable. A child got their leg stuck in a play structure 3 meters off the ground. After waiting 15 minutes for someone from the campsite to finally come (in vain), some parents had to climb onto the structure to help the child... - A Club Med staff member contacted my 13-year-old daughter to explain that they were going to organize a pool party exclusively for girls. My daughter wanted to go with a friend, but my wife was refused because it was reserved for minors only and parents weren't allowed. So, Club Med staff (and only men) are organizing pool parties with ONLY minors and "hidden" from view; it's a pretty questionable concept... - The snack bar is a complete joke... the prices displayed aren't always the ones charged. During a "themed" evening on August 15th, we had reserved meals for the family. Once we arrived, the meals had been given to the "regulars at the campsite." I wanted to get something else, but apparently at 7 p.m., the snack bar was out of stock... - On the day of departure, a maintenance worker thought it would be a good idea to run a string trimmer around the pool area near the children, scattering dozens of pebbles everywhere. My 6-year-old son got hit in the face with one while he was in the pool...

08/05/2026: The location is right on Omaha beach. The historical significance is amazing. Well kept, in walking distance to restaurants.

27/12/2025: Very disappointed. The waiter was barely friendly, and the service was poor: he didn't offer water or any other drinks. After our savory crepes, he didn't even offer a dessert menu or coffee! We paid and left. I definitely don't recommend this place.

19/11/2025: I had a quick bite of a ham/egg/cheese galette, which perfectly met my expectations; the service was fast and pleasant.

08/07/2026: The service and the meal were disappointing, nothing special at all. The mussels were too salty, and the cheese galette was nothing special for the price. The waiter, excuse me, but at first I thought he was some drunken lunatic who'd just wandered in… and then he really started talking his mind. I noticed that very little effort was made to accommodate foreign tourists in terms of language.

08/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The mussels were truly awful, the butcher's meat was cooked in a thin fish sauce, and the green salad looked like it came straight from a snail garden with no seasoning whatsoever. In short, strongly advise against it!

01/07/2026: The fish soup was very good, and the dessert was pleasant. It's a shame the owner thought it appropriate to say our bill was as tight as my after-dinner ristretto. Was it humor, clumsiness, or irony because we hadn't ordered much? And perhaps a spontaneous greeting from him upon our arrival would have been nice...

28/06/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We came with our dog and asked for a table on the terrace. We were told the terrace was closed, even though it was clearly open, with many tables occupied and several seats still available. We felt that the real problem was the presence of our dog, which would have been more honest to say. The unfriendly welcome and the impression of bad faith make us not want to return. This is all the more disappointing in a city known for being dog-friendly, where one would expect a better welcome for dog owners. Unfortunately, this restaurant owner doesn't seem to share this attitude.

11/10/2025: Huge disappointment. I ordered a scallop casserole with leeks: the leeks weren't cooked, nor were the potatoes (not listed on the menu). Furthermore, the dishes served looked nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or Instagram. It's also a wine bar. From what I understand, there have been problems with the cook since a change of ownership. Avoid this place.

04/06/2026: Disappointing service. We were celebrating my son's birthday. We were refused a table, which was then given to other customers. I asked for a small gesture for his birthday, but to no avail. The rules regarding takeout orders were only explained to me after I had already started serving myself. I have lived in France for several years, and this is the first time I have felt treated differently and unwelcome. What a shame.

03/06/2026: The waiters at this restaurant are incompetent. When I asked them about the drinks menu, they replied, "I don't know." To work in this field, you need at least a basic understanding of everything on the menu.

29/06/2026: Slow, slow, slow. €14 for a saucy burrata and one pathetic slice of dry-cured ham... very, very dry, and the salad was overly vinegary, inedible. We pointed it out, but apparently they didn't care. Tourist trap.

13/06/2026: What a joke!! Might as well eat at the Leclerc cafeteria. We ate salad dressing. The mayo on the eggs was disgustingly industrial, when a little homemade mayo takes two minutes. The burrata was straight from the Lidl fridge. And the dessert 🤢 was a pink, foamy Carrefour-style cake with a not-so-homemade tart, the same one you get in the supermarket. Change your chef, it would be simpler!!! €50 for two people to eat bistro-style food is a steep price for a seat.
