10 minutes for two meals when the restaurant was empty.
It's not like they're understaffed.
Cold fries, same for the burger.
Avoid at all costs.

20/04/2026: We ordered iced tea and received it 20 minutes later. The glasses were dirty, with fingerprints and lip marks... avoid this place.

05/04/2026: Living just a kilometer away, we've been to this establishment several times over the past two years. Unfortunately, I can't recall a single truly satisfactory experience: order mistakes, unfriendly staff, cold meals...
But yesterday's experience surpassed all others.
It was around 3 p.m. when we arrived at the drive-thru. We were the only car, yet we waited 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. We then moved to the next bay, thinking there might be a technical problem. A window was open, several employees were looking at us, but no one came over. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we moved to the last bay.
An employee finally asked us what we were doing there. We explained that we had been waiting for 25 minutes without anyone taking our order. One of his colleagues intervened and asked us to turn back, explaining that the person in charge of the drive-thru had muted their microphone…
So we returned to the previous kiosk and finally placed our order: a vanilla milkshake and a coffee milkshake. Five minutes later, an employee asked us again what we had ordered… Then, after several more minutes of waiting, our order was finally handed to us.
And it was just as we were about to leave that we were told, almost nonchalantly: “By the way, we were out of coffee, so I gave you two vanilla milkshakes.” Thinking it was a joke, I asked if it was. The reply: “No. Goodbye.”
I was speechless. It’s the first time I’ve ever paid for something I didn’t even order, without any explanation or solution offered.
I’m unfortunately at a loss for words to describe this establishment.
04/04/2026: Wrong order at the drive-thru, so I had to turn around to change it, and not even a small compensation...

12/08/2024: Mauvaise expérience arrive à l’addition, le serveur ne nous avait pas fourni la carte des boissons, nous avons demandé un pichet de rosé pensant que le prix serait correct pour 50cl. Quelle fut ma surprise ! 28€50 hors de prix, le serveur s’est bien caché de nous avertir que c’était le vin le plus cher de la carte !!! Inadmissible, aucun geste à la fin. Sans compter la crème brûlée facturée 7€50 pour une toute petite quantité. Très déçue

09/11/2024: Terrible service. We are seated at a table of two and given the menu. Two Italians arrive after us and we give them the card. The waiter takes the orders of the two Italians and leaves without taking our order. I call out to the waiter to tell him that this is not the norm. The waiter dares to tell me that I don't have to teach him his trade. The boss comes and kicks us out! People like that have no place in the restaurant business.

And since we can't reply to your comment, I confirm that I'm talking about your establishment, not your employees.
I also confirm that you should be present in your establishment more often and also question yourself on this subject rather than considering it a misinterpretation.
But you're doing what you wish; as for me, I'll never set foot there again. I come to the region often. And when I decide to come to an establishment, it's to treat myself and certainly not to be mistreated by overwhelm, aggressive, and rude people. Fortunately, they still exist! Unfortunately, you're not one of them.
30/06/2025: All the staff couldn't be more accommodating. I spent three days there. They even made sure I had gluten-free bread in the morning for breakfast.

Cependant le prix reste très élevé avec en boisson uniquement une boisson chaude proposée
Pas de jus de fruit frais propose !
Pour rappel le brunch est à 48€
Petite bouteille d’eau 33cl facturée 4,50€
Personnel a été agréable
Brunch bon mais rien d’exceptionnel non plus
Je préfère y aller pour le déjeuner du midi en semaine ou l’offre reste correcte dans l’ensemble

18/12/2023: UNE NOUVELLE INTOX 9 mois après !!! Mais fuyez cet établissement c’est inadmissible !!!! Mon fils est tombé dans les pommes et à vomi toute la nuit, il y a 9 mois il a vécu la même chose 😭😭 (dim 17/12/23 j’ai actualisé mon dernier avis)
INTOXICATION ALIMENTAIRE Repas servi froid, salle de réception sale, poubelle qui débordent et en prime une intoxication alimentaire pour mon fils, HONTEUX fuyez passez votre chemin!!!!

L entrée est amenée...nous réclamons les aperos commandés. La chef de salle répond qu ils ont déjà été servis. Elle reconnait finalement son erreur.
Nous avons 2 plats : la bouillabaisse est sommaire pour 42 euros !
L autre plat un petit filet de rouget pour 23 e
Nos 4 voisins : 2 femmes sont servies 30 mn après les plats de leurs maris.
La chef de salle refuse 2 nouveaux clients car n ont pas réservé.
5 mn plus tard elle accepte 6 clients qui n avaient pas réservé
En résumé repas bof et service très bof.
Bon courage aux clients
Pour info et être positif nous avons très bien mangé au clos de lupin le même jour à midi à Etretat (regardez mon commentaire 😉)

30/09/2024: Not great already by the quality of the food that Saturday evening, for the cheddar potatoes knowing that it had little taste, less good taste than Burger King, the potatoes I ate elsewhere better than that, the price was it's so expensive for the quality, it's not nourishing, I had eaten a cookie and yogurt at home, my family received a very round burger and little or no garnish, the steak always crushed, ask if there are any , my frozen dessert with "additional chocolate" was very light I would have thought it was a joke, for the price a scam! The staff always good, the cleanliness remains to be seen it is not cleaned between each customer for hygiene 0 like everywhere else, the terminals work perfectly
26/09/2024: Super long, you wait 20 minutes at the checkout even though there is no one in front. Bad service, always a different product than the one you requested.
