29/07/2026: We arrived last night and were very disappointed by the waitress. She was unpleasant and it took two hours to finish our meal. Dessert took a very long time to arrive, and we only got compote and fromage blanc with coulis. Luckily, I think it was the owner, and after we expressed our dissatisfaction, she offered us a discount. But because of this woman, we won't be returning.

17/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The place was dusty in every corner, cobwebs everywhere, wobbly chairs, damaged, torn, and dirty armchairs and sofa, a bare wire hanging from the ceiling. As for the food, the fries were undercooked, the pizza cheese was burnt, the mayonnaise didn't taste like mayonnaise, and the virgin mojito was basically just ice cubes. It was far too expensive for what it was. I strongly advise against going there.

14/08/2026: Avoid this place! The wait is incredibly long! In fact, there's no service at all! The prices are very high, and drinks are €5.50.

15/03/2026: What does it mean to call the toilets in such a pitiful state? The bar would do well to offer a small restaurant; it wouldn't hurt. Furthermore, there isn't really a menu. Prices are arbitrary; you'll pay depending on how you deal with the owner.

24/05/2026: We wanted to book Chez Marion – a lovely hotel – for the Pentecost weekend, but the establishment appears to be closed. No one answers the phone and everything is shut down.

01/05/2026: Booked directly a week before May 1st for one night, April 30th. Arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, closed; at 6:00 PM, still closed, no one there. No one answered the phone and no response 😵‍💫 We found a room in Cabourg at the last minute at 7:00 PM. We were with a child, an elderly woman, and two dogs... So ZERO stars!!!

29/09/2026: Over an hour at the drive-thru when there weren't many people there... only to end up with unsalted fries instead of potato wedges. At some point, they need to realize the situation and close the drive-thru.

28/09/2026: Let's set the record straight because this place has a 3.4 rating, inflated by bots that look like they're 15-year-old kids and are all about being tasty and crunchy. The food is slow no matter how busy it is, the dining area isn't clean and the floor is slippery, and the card reader wasn't working at the kiosk or the register. The food is on par with McDonald's. 👌

11/04/2026: Quality, quantity, reasonable prices, a warm welcome, and very pleasant staff. I've made it my regular spot without hesitation. We eagerly await your reopening.

22/08/2026: Tasteless apple crumble, an apple tartlet with four thin slices of apple and no compote to complete the pastry, and just hard pastry for this cake and the others! The Tropezienne tart was far too dry. First and last time you'll see me! I strongly advise against it!!!

07/03/2026: This place is absolutely abhorrent and wouldn’t stay here if I was paid. The food was radioactive, not a single bit of variety and felt like I was eating dog food (could be considered an improvement). The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, to list a few: mould on walls and bed sheets, showers that flood, sewage smell, and complete lack of concern for hygiene. Wouldn’t be surprised if the next global pandemic stemmed from this place. The staff were mostly ok but got a lot of funny looks. They seemed completely disinterested in working there as-well. The location was alright as had easy access to the historic d day landing beaches. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, stay away out of concern for your health. Would give this place negative stars if possible

09/07/2026: Very good bar/tobacconist, lots of choice, friendly atmosphere, I recommend it.

14/08/2026: I ordered the worst pizza of my life here… avoid at all costs!

12/08/2026: Eating at this kebab shop was a bit disappointing. The taco was good, but ordering an "American" with just sauce and steak inside meant getting a panini with cheese and nuggets from the not-so-great kids' menu.

26/09/2026: Order pickup at 7 PM. I noticed the orders were mixed up, which worried me about my app order. In the end, my six sandwiches were ruined, there was an extra piece of meat that shouldn't have been in the Big Mac, and the Happy Meal boxes were ripped. No greeting, no thank you. The staff were completely unmotivated; I felt like I was bothering them. I won't be going back.

20/09/2026: Catastrophic wait time, incomplete order... burgers placed on ice cream... shameful!

19/12/2025: We had booked a table using a gourmet pass for the 19th at 12:45 PM. We received a booking confirmation. Big surprise! When we arrived, the restaurant was closed and marked "for sale." Unbelievable! Luckily, it was just the two of us; if we had booked for six, we would have looked pretty silly. Who is responsible for this major blunder?

24/10/2025: Mediocre. The Martini was served lukewarm without ice or orange, but for the price, it's a steal 😉 It took 45 minutes to be served (mussels and fries 😮). The quality of both the food and the service was mediocre. The waiter seemed completely indifferent to what we were saying... We won't be back; there are much better places nearby while waiting for the ferry.

03/04/2026: Still taking bookings but the restaurant has closed down

25/10/2025: I had a table booked two days prior, arrived at 8 pm (the reservation time) only to find the door locked. Of course, without any prior notification. Under these circumstances, I wouldn't presume to judge the food.

21/03/2026: It's going to end, well... that's a good thing! It's a wise decision! The service was more than just sloppy, no drinks or wine list... the cocktail was very average and the dessert was simply not good. The setting is nice, but I don't recommend it.

05/03/2026: Pleasant atmosphere and setting, everything from the appetizer to the very good dessert. We'll be back.
