Finding a restaurant that offers a menu including an all-you-can-eat buffet for starters, the choice between 3 main courses, cheese and dessert with a drink included for €18 is extremely rare these days. 'as much as the cuisine is simple, hearty and tasty without pretension. Address to remember

13/08/2024: Ritornando a Honfleur da Deauville nell'interno, si trova questo ristorante che avevamo notato nei giorni scorsi. Menù a prezzo fisso con buffet di antipasti, scelta fra 3 piatti del giorno (io coscia di pollo arrosto, mio marito il merluzzo) e dessert (mousse al cioccolato e pistacchio). Con 2 birre piccole e un caffè abbiamo speso 44.80 euro. Locale con dehors e fresca sala interna, ampio parcheggio, frequentato anche da lavoratori locali, cibo tutto molto buono e abbondante, prezzo onesto, servizio veloce e molto gentile

10/07/2024: Endroit parfait pour se régaler. l'escalope de veau à la normande était délicieuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du serveur qui a offert le digestif (un petit verre de calvados) en pousse café. Je recommande

26/06/2024: Brasserie traditionnelle française bien située avec une carte fournie. Accueil professionnel et sympathique. Idéal en semaine avec moins de monde.

02/08/2024: Les moules étaient très bonnes. Les crêpes en dessert aussi. Personnel agréable. Situé proche de la mer avec service en terrasse. Nous avons passé un bon moment .

25/07/2024: Un grand plaisir pendant ce repas non seulement le personnel est aux petits soins et vraiment adorable, Mais également, nous nous sommes régalés ! Un fish and chips succulent Avec de gros morceaux de dos de cabillaud, Et de très bonnes glaces pour terminer! Aucun doute, dès que nous reviendrons déjeuner à Merville Franceville, nous nous « précipiterons » 😀 à l’Escapade

20/09/2024: Brasserie located in the Intermarché shopping mall. Once installed, you don't realize it. Lunch package with starter/main course/dessert for 20 euros. Everything is good and the service is quality. I recommend

13/08/2024: As a previous review noted, they don’t seem to like tourists, or maybe it was our children. We arrived at 1250, there were lots of free tables and the lady just angrily said “no” and “treize entrant”. Granted, my French isn’t great but whether she meant we could come at 13h, that we needed to come before 13h (which we had), or our children needed to be 13 to eat there, I don’t know because we were virtually pushed out. Thankfully a place around the corner was happy to have our custom.

16/04/2024: The service was too long, the food was not great, the dishes after an hour of waiting were cold. We asked to reheat them in the end some food was missing. In short, nothing was completely disappointing.

01/11/2024: Un coup de bol pour nous, on passe devant chez Laurence et il y a de la place! Pas de portable, c'est interdit par la patronne, mais quelle bonne idée. On a pu profiter de ce magnifique repas , c'est bien cuisiné, raffiné, servi avec un bon vin, dans un cadre original et bucolique puisque on est assis entre des jupes vaporeuses et Marcel Proust en boîte. On prend son temps, on discute avec l'hôtesse et les autres convives, et on profite des bons conseils de balades et des visites ensuite. Un conseil : réservez, c'est là qu'il faut aller se restaurer....

04/08/2024: Welcoming, smiling, pleasant hosts. The kind of fleeting encounter that leaves a mark. A wonderful place a stone's throw from Honfleur. The building renovated by them is magnificent, as is the carefully decorated interior. It’s good to recharge your batteries, so much so that you almost leave with the keys to the room 😉 And long live Brittany!

14/07/2024: Very warm, quiet hotel, with very friendly owners, who take great care of their customers. We enjoyed our stay where we were able to enjoy the sauna and the swimming pool. I recommend 100%

15/09/2024: Un déjeuner au bar l’étrier Globalement bien maintenant il est sûrement possible de mieux faire rapport qualité prix ! Accueil sympathique Service rapide Salle agréable La nourriture bien mais sans plus . Le vin au verre bien et cher . Sûrement un peu trop cher pour le résultat!

16/07/2024: Le restaurant du grand hôtel bonne cuisine équipe professionnel plats à la hauteur du lieu cadre magnifique avec vue sur la mer Petit bémol les sièges et la moquette légèrement vétuste Un bon rafraîchissement de la salle de restaurant serait la bienvenue

12/12/2024: I find this place pleasant, as a student I have gone there twice now, we take advantage of the student offer which is wonderfully useful!! The coffees and chocolates are quite decent and the desserts are good from what we have or taste (especially the small cannelés) the upper room is pleasant and intimate. Friendly staff both times. Thank you for these nice snacks!!
