09/09/2026: So very delighted to have had a delicious dinner here. The warmest welcome from the host. The service was great from Romaine. All the food was delicious. We loved the crepe suzette. The wine. Basically don't miss 1925 if you are Bordeaux

09/09/2026: It was our first trip to Bordeaux and we did lots of research in preparation. Le 1925 was on our list of restaurants so we made reservations beforehand. Upon our arrival we were pleased to find a very cosmopolitan and elegant restaurant. Imagine our surprise when we were led upstairs to their attic room which was stuffy, noisy and crowded with very close, almost cafeteria-style, tables. It appeared they stuck all the visiting tourists up there possibly saving the more elegant dining room for locals. Food was very good, red wine was commendably served at cellar temperature, but overall experience was very forgettable.

22/07/2026: Dish of the day €10.50 and starter/main course €14. Nice restaurant, friendly welcome and very good food! A really good place where the food is delicious and generous. The decor in the restaurant is also nice, in a vintage style. Top-notch.

18/07/2026: It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't hesitate to go in! Excellent value for money, and the service is incredibly pleasant! It was a real pleasure to have lunch here, finding it on the go at the last minute.

23/09/2026: A charming café we stumbled upon during our visit to Bazas, and it turned out to be one of those little surprises that make a trip truly special. ❤️ Even though we arrived practically at closing time, they served us with incredible kindness and warmth, taking their time and making us feel right at home. They made us some homemade Nutella crepes that were absolutely delicious. 🤤 And what can I say about the coffee… simply divine! They even grind the coffee beans right there, and you can buy some to take home. They also have a huge variety of teas and hot chocolates that are definitely worth exploring. The place is beautiful, cozy, and has a special charm, but without a doubt, the best part was the warm and welcoming service we received. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making us feel so comfortable. It's definitely a place we would love to return to.

20/08/2026: We fell in love with this charming little restaurant during our stay in Bazas. The couple who owned it gave us a very warm welcome for a family meal. The teas were delicious, and the crêpes were tasty. We wanted to avoid the crowds at other restaurants for lunch. The tables in the little alley are ideal for eating in peace and quiet. Afterwards, we enjoyed browsing their chocolate shop. I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: Following the devastating fire, we were evacuated from Cap Ferret to Audenge. At La Gravette restaurant, we were able to find a semblance of normalcy thanks to the highly professional service and delicious food! Meanwhile, Audenge has also been evacuated. Our thoughts are with you, your loved ones, and the courageous firefighters.

24/08/2026: Lovely rooftop bar with a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views. The cocktails were fab and the staff were really friendly, especially Julie, who went above and beyond and made us feel very well looked after. Would definitely come back!

19/09/2026: Present at a group meal, I ordered a main course (quite good) and a dessert (rather ordinary, a simple shortbread with mousse). When the bill arrived, I was in for a big surprise: a €50 charge was imposed on me. The restaurant owner explained afterward that this charge also included a soft drink and a coffee... except that the drinks were never offered to us during the meal. When I asked for the price to be adjusted to reflect what I had actually consumed, the owner was unpleasant, placing all the blame on the group organizer who should have informed us, claiming he wasn't responsible. It's regrettable: between paying for a meal that wasn't served, the lack of transparency, and a complete refusal to offer any compensation, the level of service leaves much to be desired.
