18/11/2024: Passing through during a trip on the A10 for an electric recharge break, I took the opportunity to go get a sandwich for a future break. It's 10:30 a.m., I ask for a sandwich and I'm told it's not possible before 11 a.m. However, there are posters with our formulas written in large letters at all hours... In short, go your way...

16/11/2024: Apart from the bread, everything else is frozen for your information... The cakes are tasteless, no flavor... it's not for lack of having tried several... Even at 50% of the price from 7 p.m., it's not worth more... For the service, for the welcome, it's Russian roulette, it will depend on who you come across... Ange remains a cut above, even if it's frozen!!! When will the Ange bakery open...???

11/12/2025: Good hotel, clean room. No restaurant on site (in December). Close to the airport and parking.

03/12/2025: Very good except for the duvet which was much too thin... Very well located and convenient with 24/7 reception.

28/09/2025: Okay. We arrived at noon. At 2 p.m., we were still waiting for our appetizers. It was complete chaos in the kitchen and the dining room. A real nightmare. We definitely won't be back. The staff is utterly unprofessional. I've never seen such a circus!

07/02/2026: Friendly and quick welcome. The location is ideal. My room had a musty smell, but it didn't keep us from sleeping.

13/01/2026: Very welcoming. The only hotel in the area, the price-quality ratio isn't justified. The room was clean, certainly, and had everything you need, but it was a bit dated.

09/08/2025: Informed by waitress that she didnt serve our area but because her friends were behind us there was favoritism.

22/03/2026: Excellent service with friendly and efficient staff, top-notch cuisine (kudos for the homemade veal stew!), reasonable prices, and a very convenient location right next to Bordeaux train station. I highly recommend this Bordeaux brasserie!

19/03/2026: Service was great Location is excellent I am an ipa beer drinker like real hoppy beer and I like to really enjoy my beer so I usually ask if I can try a bit of their ipa before I order I got a sarcastic laugh and judgment. After trying the ipa they offer I just said this is not an ipa I Looking at they laugh even more what a pathetic service. You should know your beer options and should not laugh in your guests faces.

13/02/2026: Very disappointing. The "Chef's Burger" at €19.50: a store-bought burger bun, a regular ground beef patty, store-bought burger cheese (you know, those square orange cheeses, not melted, just slapped on there), and store-bought sauce. The waiter offered me sauce for the fries (not homemade at all), oh yes, great, and he brought me a glass full of plastic-wrapped packets. Not even a grind of pepper, nor a little homemade mayonnaise. I'm still saddened and disappointed by such disrespect and lack of care; they don't seem to care about anything. Sad.

19/06/2025: I stopped for a pack of cigarettes and a coke, and a gentleman greeted me at 10 a.m. with a great welcome. I didn't have a lighter, so he gave me one and sat me down on the terrace. It's a really nice terrace, and I'll gladly come and try the restaurant.

15/05/2025: For me, the best restaurant in Gradignan, quite simply. The daily menu is always very good and varied, the à la carte dishes are generous and tasty, the dining room and terrace are tastefully decorated (with bouquets of fresh flowers) and the staff are attentive. We come here again and again. We feel at home, except that here we just have to slide our feet under the table and simply enjoy. Thanks to Fred, Stan and the whole team.

29/12/2025: The welcome was cold from both the owner and the waitress. Never a smile or a pleasant atmosphere, since aside from stealing my fries from my plate, the waitress didn't seem to know how to do much (she couldn't say hello and complained when we didn't say goodbye). They spent their time staring at our table, even though we weren't doing anything wrong except being with friends (no damage, no loud shouting), instead of attending to the other customers… Everything needs to be improved at this brasserie.

07/12/2025: I came to eat at this restaurant on Thursday at lunchtime, it was great! The appetizer and dessert buffet was fantastic, as well as four main courses to choose from—a real treat! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The recommendations were excellent, accurate, and precise—everything you could expect from true professionals. As for the quality of the meal, it was flawless. I was 100% satisfied, hence this review. We will definitely be back.

30/01/2026: The meat is still excellent, perfect for satisfying a big appetite. Not far from the water's edge, ideal for a nice, relaxing day out.

20/01/2026: Bad experience. The waitress spilled our coffee and, without much apology, came back with a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts). We were convinced it was a gesture of goodwill... But on the bill, it was clearly listed as a "café gourmand," so it was more expensive... And on top of that, there were two extra dishes we hadn't ordered... If we hadn't checked, it would have been almost 30 euros more... The staff wasn't very friendly, which is a shame because the meal itself was good.

22/03/2026: The meal was good but wasn't ready to be served. They had to reheat our Camembert, which hadn't melted, and the fries were cold. They tasted like they'd been reheated several times, and were mealy. It was a real shame. The same thing happened to our neighbor at the next table; they had to reheat his cold dish in the microwave almost as soon as it was served. Only three dishes were available out of about ten on the menu. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant, and there was an intimidating dog inside the restaurant. The dining room is very small, making it difficult to move between the tables and the kitchen. There were no more than ten of us in the restaurant at the time, and I think it could have been much better with some organization and a smile. It's a real shame because it's a beautiful place that makes you want to spend a lovely time there.

15/03/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming. Perfect for a light snack by the lake!
